Experiencia negativa: Initially, I was happy ..Spent over $50,000 with these guys. Turns out the workmanship and quality of the products does not last after 3 to 4 years and $10,000 later. Beware of what you’re getting with this dental group. I called at least 4 times to get a return phone call to discuss issuesand have left messages with secretaries. Apparently They got their money that’s all they care about.

Experiencia fantástica: The Dental Staff at West Lakes Dentistry were super helpful through-out the whole process. I initially contacted them using their website for some severe tooth pain. It was nearing closing time for them but I was able to be seen the next day. Most of the in-processing was done remotely via email or secure form link submission. I chose them initially due to them being in my insurance network, and, their proximity to Mound. I now plan to revisit them for my future Dental needs.

Experiencia positiva: I have been with them for at least 8 years. Everything was fine until today. The receptionist made everything impossible. I had a quote for Invisalign on May. Recently, I received an email about promotion for $500off.My hygienist told me two weeks ago to sign it on 13th only. So I took 2 hours off from work. Called at 8am, the receptionist kept asking me I had to pay upfront in everything sentence, didn’t even bother to look at her record. Finally, I told her check my insurance and call me back. She said she would call me in a few minutes. I waited over an hour, finally decided to go there sign it in person. OMG, she said I came without appointment, I have to pay upfront.I couldn’t tolerate anymore and said do you have my HSA on file. She said yes. I finally quit dealing with her, and was looking for another dental to do the job. Calling back to transfer my X-ray, First thing she heard my name and asked do you want to cancel your April appointment. Wow, she made a decision for me. But my hygienist is my neighbor, she is very good. I’m leaving now because she made the decision for me.

They left a piece of bone loose and stitched over the top causing serious infection. Ended up having to go to an oral surgeon. Will not ever be returning.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the first place that I went for consultation and actually took two hours explaining the options for implants/dentures and every possible price category to help me find a solution that I could afford. Forget clear choice/nuvia and quite a few others all the places I just listed literally did was a quick easy 3d stand up scan and then sit me down in an office without even asking to see my teeth/gums and say so how are you going to pay for any of this or slipping me a form telling me implants were 58,000 but to fill out this form and sign at the x on top and initial then sign and date at the bottom to see how much financing would be yet when asked how much the interest would be she had to be probed over and over and over for nearly ten minutes to which she finally replied I guess the lowest if ever seen was 7 percent and the highest would be somewhere around 22 percent. Nikki was amazing and the Dr came in as I sat in a dental chair and felt my gums to recommend the urgency that needed to be addressed due to root tips showing abscess on the X-ray and other infection. Lauren was patient and professional and made it a point to make sure I was not experiencing pain or any struggle during my first visit making impressions. I am a very difficult patient due to irratibility and panic anxiety and this is the only clinic I feel comfortable visiting. I know this is an extensive review but if u actually want people who know u by name and do what they can to fix a hot mess this is the clinic that pays attention to detail/client needs period. I’ve had some major work done on my teeth and I’m happy to say that at 62 my smile looks better than it ever did. Today I wanna talk about Mary who was my hygienist! Mary uses a technique that I’ve never experienced before. Usually, you’re struggling with that little sucky thing that’s trying to pull water out. Mary holds that in her hand and makes it so much more pleasant during the cleaning! . She is fast, efficient, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had from a dental hygienist. I have always had a great experience at West Lake but today was exceptional. Shout out to Mary and West Lakes Dentistry for always being consistently professional, amazing, and very patient with me, as sometimes my schedule is weird and I have had to cancel and reschedule! I couldn’t recommend them with higher marks, they are excellent at what they do.
