Experiencia fantástica: The best dental facility in San Diego

Experiencia fantástica: Took my husband there, as he is very afraid of the dentist. There is the most caring and knowledgeable staff working there. Dr. Patricia Raygada Rabanal thoroughly explained everything to us and helped us pick out the best treatment options to fit our budget. Prices are excellent as well, as we are currently without dental insurance. The hygienist was non-judgmental, kind and patient. The receptionist, Joyce (super sweet) also helped us get our records and referred him to an oral surgeon. He had a ton of anxiety and the team alleviated it all. Facility is very modern, clean and has good parking as well.

Experiencia fantástica: All the team members at South Bay Dental Arts are amazing! They take the time to be patient and caring.

Experiencia fantástica: Profesional and very thorough in their work

Experiencia fantástica: “I had an excellent experience at [South Bay DENTAL Chula Vista]! The staff were friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. The hygienist was thorough and gentle, and Dr. Patty explained everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, and I never had to wait long past my scheduled time. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality care and a welcoming atmosphere!” Good job Joyce. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: So I usually do not post reviews as I am a busy mom but this dental office deserves a great review. We have struggled to find a dental office that doesn’t feel like walking into a car dealership with them trying to push extra costs, unnecessary procedures, or sell us expensive dental products that can be found over the counter for half the price. They were very upfront with out of pocket costs and insurance coverage. They didn’t try to upsell us anything. Very straight to the point and the dentist is very nice and transparent. He explained everything clearly and I felt treated with respect. Thank you Southbay Dental Arts for a great experience. We will be coming back!

Experiencia fantástica: Respectfully, clean, professional, best customer service!

Experiencia negativa: I have always had a great experience until my most recent visit. I was told by the front office after my appointment my visit wasn’t covered by insurance which was strange. I asked her to confirm and I received a call the following day from her saying the visit isn’t covered. She proceeded to ask for a credit card over the phone without the opportunity to fully process the information or at least receive a billing statement. I proceeded to call my insurance company after and it was confirmed the information was false, and my visits are indeed covered. I followed up with a call to the front office and no acknowledgment of the error on their part or at least an Apology. I would have ended up paying for a visit I shouldn’t have, if I did not do my due diligence. The whole process just left a bitter taste and I won’t be returning. The doctor is great but patients should be treated with the utmost respect and care.

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 girls were super sweet and understanding ! Overall they want you to be happy and confident with your smile ! Definitely recommend and definitely will continue to use them !

Experiencia fantástica: I hadn't been to a dentist a long time and knew I had some consequences to face, but they were great about it and handled my exam and cleaning without the "lectures". Dr. Raygada has layed out a great plan going forward and I look forward to getting my dental health back on track. Highly Recommend this office.

When I came in for my appointment, I wasn't even allowed to sit down because they were ready for me to be roomed. I was seen right away and after getting xrays done, the doctor was in to see me within 5 minutes. I love when a doctor does not over book themselves so I'm not waiting 5 hours to be seen. A+++ for the whole team!

Experiencia fantástica: I give this office 5 stars! I have been coming here for years. Then my insurance changed so I had to look elsewhere. After checking out a few other dental offices, I chose to come back to Dr. Raygada (even if my insurance does not cover this office anymore) I would rather pay out of pocket (even though I am retired) to get the care that I receive here ~ everyone here is professional, kind, polite and I trust what they tell me. The care given by Dr. Raygada, Joyce, Christina (the hygienist), etc. is superb and I did not encounter this elsewhere. So, I am back and will stay put! Thank you to the South Bay Dental Arts Group!
