Experiencia negativa: Our appointment time was not honored, we waited more than 1 hour past our appointment time, after driving here from Huntington Beach. We found Dr. William Hung to be extremely dishonest. My dad has full coverage dental insurance, and immediately was asked to pay $200 for x-rays. We declined. The main reason for this visit was because the dental implants installed by Dr. Hung had shifted, making the teeth look lopsided and crooked. First, Dr. Hung told him the implants should all be replaced, at $8000 each. When my dad said, "you installed these, and told me they were permanent and should last a lifetime, why am I being asked to replace them already?" Dr Hung then shifted the story and said "The screws are bent, we should replace them at $200 each." It seemed easy enough and my dad agreed. The screws were replaced, however, the teeth still looked exactly the same! My dad was upset, and asked to see the old screws. Dr. Hung opened the trash can and showed us the screws, which were still straight and in perfect condition. Essentially, Dr. Hung lied his way to get $600 out of my elderly dad, and fixed absolutely nothing.

Very clean and organized front desk and patient rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Both the doctor and his assistant are very caring and professional.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been staying with them for 10+ years. I never rates the clinic before. Dr do and her team are great for general care. However if you need to see specialists such as dental implant, I will not recommend Dr. Hung. I don’t like my implant. He always talks about he is the greatest, on the top, his daughter sees wealthy patients only which is nonsense and made me very uncomfortable and wasted my previous time to listen about how great he is and his children, about 40 minutes or more because he wouldn’t tell you about your issue or no directly.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a tooth extraction here and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Did not wake up with a headache the next morning. Short wait time, nice dentist, very good, fast and smooth work. Not to mention they have the best prices around.

Dr Do took time to explain recommended treatments and did not try to "upsell" me into procedures not yet required, but explained what may be needed going forward. Experiencia positiva: We recently transitioned our family to Upland Dental and visit the Rancho Cucamonga location. After our first visit we were so pleased with the experience and the staff. My daughter was scheduled to have her wisdom teeth removed at the Chino location and this is where I feel our experience could have been better. There was no explanation as far as how the procedure would go and what to expect during that appointment. The procedure was done in a normal exam chair so nothing sterile about removing her teeth. We will still be a patient due to the overall still good experience with the Dentist and the staff just feel like they did not fully communicate with us.

The people are always kind and patient, going out of their way to fit me into the schedule. The dentist and hygienist explain what they are doing, a plan of action (options) and the front desk verifies the cost. I have not had any surprise bills. I am very satisfied with this dentist and I’ve been going to them for years.
