Diamond Dental Care

Experiencia fantástica: I have genuine dental anxiety, and finding this office changed how I feel about going to the dentist entirely. The best professionals I came across, who take their work ethic seriously in keeping their customers happy and they take the time to understand your needs during treatment. I get anxious easily and tend to panic during visits, but they comforted me, explained everything as they went, and still kept things quick and thorough as I really appreciated it. If dental anxiety has been holding you back from finding a new dentist, stop scrolling and book with them. You'll be glad you did! The whole team is the best❤️!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this dental clinic! All the staff and doctors are nice and caring! When I lost my job recently, they gave me a letter saying they’re willing to provide me with free teeth cleaning for a year! Who does that nowadays? Thank you so much! You’re the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing. Dr. Patel is especially fantastic. I am someone who fears going to the dentist because of negative and painful experiences in the past. Dr. Patel is extremely careful and gentle. They are also very helpful and transparent about the work that needs to be done. They are extremely respectful and are not pushy. I highly recommend this dentist. Two of my friends have taken heed of my recommendation and they too are quite satisfied.

Experiencia fantástica: BEST DENTISTRY PRACTICE AROUND! Virtually painless! I have had cavities filled, a tooth extracted, I use the angel aligners (like invisiline but better), and more! Bryana and Michelle are superb! Absolutely love coming in and seeing them! They are not only excellent at their jobs, but very friendly and welcoming! I think I have seen every doctor in there and am amazed at how great each one is. Professional and personable. Seriously cant give them enough credit for how great they all here!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience for teeth cleaning and scans

Experiencia fantástica: Over the last couple of years, I have had deep cleanings, cleanings, exams, a couple of crowns, and a couple of filings. My uncle was a dentist, and I know quality dental work. All of my work was excellent. This is a young staff, which has all of the high-tech equipment. In fact, the crowns are done in house all in one day.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Diamond Bar Dental! I usually get very nervous when it comes to going to the dentist, but not at this place. The dentist and staff truly care about making sure I feel comfortable during every visit. They always take the time to explain what’s going on and clearly discuss their recommendations, which helps put me at ease. A special thank you to Bryanna Vasquez, who does such a wonderful job keeping my mouth clean and hydrated during procedures. Her kindness, attention, and care truly make a difference and help me feel comfortable throughout my visits. I’m so happy with my dentist and the entire staff. They are professional, caring, and genuinely amazing. Thank you for always making my experience such a positive one!

Experiencia fantástica: First time using Diamond Dental and had a great experience! The staff was very attentive and answered all my questions. The hygienist was very gentle as well as the x-ray technician… Always were careful to make my cleaning and x-rays as comfortable as possible. The office was equipped with what seemed to be the latest technology. Would highly recommend! My previous post didn’t post so I’m going to add to it… Another great experience with Diamond Dental. My teeth were so stained from turmeric and the Dental Hygienist (Kimi) Spent almost, an hour Cleaning and polishing and getting all the tartar off. This is the best cleaning I have ever had in my entire life and I’m 72.:). Plus, she was so gentle! The office is kept immaculate, and their prices are very fair. So thankful I switched dentists!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Patel & his staffs are all very friendly & very accommodating.

Experiencia fantástica: I genuinely feel taken care of here. They take the time to explain everything and actually make sure I understand. They go over all the imaging with me in detail and walk me through the treatment plan so I know exactly what’s going on and why. The whole team is welcoming and kind, which makes a big difference when you’re already a little stressed about dental work. They also offer things like music or Netflix while you’re waiting or during treatment, which is such a nice touch! Last time I went in, I was exhausted, mom of toddlers nonstop life, and I told them I just needed to close my eyes for a bit while waiting for the next step. They dimmed the lights and brought me a blanket so I could take a quick nap. That meant a lot. I recommend them to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy with Diamond Dental Care. Everyone is very happy and nice. Great care.

This is where I go for all my regular care and treatments, and they’ve done an excellent job managing my entire treatment plan, from my aligners to irrigation treatments, and even the simplest cleanings. As someone who didn’t always have access to dental services growing up, finding a place that truly cares has meant a lot to me. Dr. Romi is exceptional, gentle, attentive, and genuinely invested in my comfort and progress. I always leave feeling well-taken care of and confident in my smile. I highly recommend this office. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Romi , Payle Patel and Britney were amazing and thoroughly explained everything to me. I’m glad I decided to go to this Dentist office. Highly recommend anyone to come here

Experiencia negativa: This dentist could have filled a cavity 6 months ago where it would cost me nothing. But let it sit and wait 6 more months so he could put a crown on it. This dentist just wants more money from the insurance company and doesn't care about patient expense. This dentist just wanted to be paid money for the free crown he put on cause he didn't do it right the first time and it kept popping off. All this dentist wants is money which is why he dropped hmo plans. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: For my family they have been taking care of our dental health and hygiene for more than two decades and they provide great quality and honest service. They also help with providing the best possible insurance coverage. We are thankful and grateful for the service they provide....Sankar & family.

Experiencia fantástica: all the work should have done on the first visit - not going between the dentist and the specialist 4 times. Too long a time for the mouth to heal?

Experiencia fantástica: My husband had an excellent experience with Dr. Patel and the staff. Dr. Patel took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. His professionalism approach made my husband feel comfortable and well-informed. A kudo to Michelle who was incredibly helpful and she excels in customer services. Highly recommend this dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve only had cleanings before, so this was my first time getting numbed for a cavity removal. I was super nervous, but the dentist and nurse were so kind, they kept reassuring me and even gave me a cute tooth toy to help me calm down.

Experiencia fantástica: Diamond Dental Care is amazing! Hands down the best dental service I’ve ever experienced, I love the entire staff, everyone is personable, professional, with high tech equipment and in depth explanation/communication with everything that’s being done. Some places try to push unnecessary services on you just for financial gain, leaving you with an off putting feeling and apprehension of returning, this dental office only recommends what’s necessary, which is such a breath of fresh air. I will never go anywhere else because this place for me was perfect and feels like home!

Experiencia negativa: Extremely disappointing experience. The service was very poor — the check-up lasted barely 10 seconds. There was no professionalism or care shown at all. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for proper dental service.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff and knowledgeable doctors. My whole family goes to them and are very satisfied. This is a family owned and operated dental office and everyone are professional and great. Love them

Experiencia fantástica: I had the pleasure of visiting Diamond Dental Care and meeting with Dr. Romi Patel Sr., the father of Dr. Romi Patel, who was on vacation at the time. Dr. Patel Sr. is truly a gem — knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. He made me feel completely at ease and provided excellent care. The entire team deserves recognition as well. The hygienist and receptionist, Brittany and Michelle, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out and made the experience exceptional. I can’t thank Dr. Patel Sr. and the staff enough. Diamond Dental Care truly lives up to its name — they are the best, and their knowledge and dedication to patient care are second to none. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I always enjoy my dental appointments because staff is friendly and helps put me at ease for whatever works needs to be done. They treat you like family.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Patel, DDS was amazingly wonderful and so was his whole dental and office staff! I haven’t have had nicer more knowledgeable dentist office. I booked a last minute same day appointment after work and they took me right in and worked on a huge painful issue, that just happened that day, immediately. Dr. Patel is the most knowledge, comforting, took care of the problem immediately. I highly recommend everyone to use Diamond Dental Care!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Romi Patel and his staff are nothing short of exceptional. I received the most thorough dental exam I’ve ever had; the treatment plan was clearly communicated to me and executed well. I fully trust in Dr Patel’s abilities and knowledge, and will happily continue to drive the 2 hour drive to his office for long term care. He is absolutely worth it.

After searching far and wide for a dentist that's knowledge, professional, honest, and down to earth I finally found Dr. Romi, who luckily is less than a mile from my home. Thank you for the exemplary service. You rock! Gratefully, Jennifer Buschman

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Romi is both experienced and highly knowledgeable. He quickly identifies issues and makes the best decisions without over-treating. He is patient, has a great personality, and is always pleasant to talk to. I had a root canal and crown done here—a lengthy process—but the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff are also friendly and responsible. I highly recommend this gem of a dental office to all my friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are trying to find a good dentist look no further. I'm serious, STOP LOOKING, you found it! Saying this Dental Office is a great place doesn't come close to how amazing they are! It feels like going to a friend's house to sit and chat. I hadn't gone to the dentist in a few years, there was no judgment just understanding. I have severe anexity, the dentists as well as the assistants helped me feel calm and not rushed. If I needed a small break they would accommodate. I would recommend this office to anyone, especially those who are like me who've had bad experiences and avoid the dentist like COVID. Don't wait, call them right now! Michelle will most likely be the one to answer the phone, she is also amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Diamond dental care… Is legit, very professional, caring, and compassionate, give them a try, you won’t regret it!!

Experiencia negativa: I am trying to switch dentist. Last 6 months I have called this dental care many times. It is ALWAYS answering machine. At first the recording message tells me to leave a message they will call back ASAP. That never happened. When I just called again 05/2025 it's the default message from the phone company. I went online using their CHAT function it says will answer right away. So I typed message and waited for 2-3 minutes. No one came online. How is anyone to make appointment or get information. I gave up.

Experiencia fantástica: Always an amazing visit ! The doctor so nice and the receptionist are very kind thank you for always making me feel welcomed !

Experiencia fantástica: At 67 years old, I have had my share of dental problems. After losing my union negotiated dental plan, I had to find another dentist. After a bad experience with my first stop, I decided to try Diamond Dental. I have zero complaints with the whole operation. Everything from the front desk to the Dr. himself is 100%. Then there is the actual procedures. No pain. The hygienes and dentist are very gentle. They kept me informed throughout the process, and offered many payment options. I do recommend Diamond Dentist.
