Experiencia negativa: If you're looking for a professional and affordable dentist clinic with an amiable, positive atmosphere, do NOT come here. It was a long drive to come here because I was initially informed that the Hawley retainers were set around $250. This price was confirmed by one of the receptionists working at the front desk, Raquel. When I got to the clinic, they performed an X-ray consultation on me. I was then told that the price for the Hawley retainers was $620—an absurd amount. They blatantly LIED to my face! They misled me by spreading misinformation. Please do not run a business if you're just going to lie to potential patients, because that's how you lose credibility and business. I am never coming here again.

Experiencia negativa: It was good while it lasted, but things didn't work out and parted ways in not so good terms, mutual trust was not longer there. Pay attention to your explanation of benefits, ask questions and the best way to go about is to have the office send your insurance for pre-approval before you proceed with treatment. No need to sign anything. Always get a copy of all documents. The office was trying to charge me for a procedure that it had never taken place. One needs to be alert of all the charges presented to you, never pay upfront. I will never be back to this clinic.

He explains everything so well and very detailed. Luz the manager is so wonderful!! She makes me feel so comfortable with her kind tone of voice and she’s very patient with all my questions. Experiencia negativa: I recently visited West Covina Smiles Dentist for what I was told over the phone would be a $127 service that included an X-ray, checkup, and cleaning. I spoke with Raquel, who confirmed this price and the services included. However, when I arrived, they only performed the X-ray and checkup, and I was told that the cleaning wasn’t part of the price I was quoted. I tried to resolve this with the office manager Luz, but despite my efforts to explain the miscommunication, they refused to honor the quoted price or provide a refund for the incomplete service. I feel misled by the initial information I was given and disappointed by the lack of resolution when I addressed this issue directly with them. Clear and transparent communication about costs and services is important, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel that was upheld here.

Experiencia fantástica: Multiple great experiences here. Onboarding as a new patient is super simple and the office does a great job explaining everything. Everyone I met here has a great attitude. Got a cleaning and multiple fillings, and each time Dr. Marin was very calm, friendly, and clear in his communication. I've been through four different dentist offices in the past decade, and every other dentist has been annoying and pushy with services and operations, obviously trying to make as much money as possible. This is NOT the case with Dr. Marin's office; it's the first place where I feel actually taken care of with none of that "salesman" pressure I'm used to from other dentists. Def recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Hearing the words “deep cleaning” sounds scary in itself but couple that with being a usual nervous wreck at the dentist, it’s not a good combination. However, Lynette, the hygienist here is great. She’s calm and she checks in on you every few seconds to make sure you’re okay. The deep cleaning lasted almost an hour but because of the numbing and her expert hands at work, I barely felt any pain or fear at all. Thank you, Lynette
