Experiencia fantástica: My experience was very good. Everyone was very friendly and didn't make you wait long. The young woman named Jasmine Muñoz was very pretty and professional, and Dr. Bhatt was also very professional. He doesn't feel any pain and explains very well what he's going to do. I highly recommend this place; you won't regret it.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I would have taken the time to thoroughly research this Dentist, before leaving mine of many years and coming here per a referral from a family member. When I went to the first appointment May 2024, for a consultation for braces. I was immediately seen by a finance guy who STRONGLY reccomended invisiline and gave me a beautiful story of why it's better etc.. I addressed my concerns from another dentist, he ensured I didnt need any teeth pulled out etc... he convinced me... I decided to go with Invisile... I beleive my first trays came in July 15, 2024, my process started. When I went in for my evaluation 12/28 I advised them how I have seen no shift in my teeth those, nearly 6 months and I am very unsatisfied and requested to see the Dr and discuss the braces, as i originally wanted when i went in May.... I was asked to go back 1/8/25 , then back again 2/14/25 to see the Orthodontist whose only there 1 x a month. After this visit I'm advised I need a tooth pulled out, a crown or implant , and need to return 2/17/25. TODAY (1:45pm arrival) I waited 2 hours before being taken in, and was out until 4:39pm, i was here nearly 3 hours..... Now, I have a pulled out tooth to "assist" in the braces movement, I need to wait until 3/21/25 to get the invisiline brackets removed and get braces on, not to mention the braces will be on 10-12 months, if all shifting goes well.. So the whole process is approximately 20 months. Nearly 2 years... ‍♀️ So aside from wasting what will be 8 months on invisiline I now need to start the process all over, and pay $3,200 for a crown, then whatever other fees are racked up... I wish there had been transparency from the start, if a patient wants braces allow them to get what they want. All of this could have been avoided if they just allowed me to proceed with my initial request. Most importantly, here, I wasted my time, and my teeth have not moved. It's my time wasted that pisses me off the most and I already said this over 4 times in person... I regret 100% not just sticking to my own dentist referral. The braces quote was nowhere near as much as the total estimate cost I am paying here, and thats not even including whatever other fees they'll add in... Yes, I did request a refund. I was told they'd tell the Dr... I did advise I want the braces,and decided to stick with this place because I've already started here and paid towards it, and just IRRITATEDWITH THE WHOLE PROCESS. Mind you i drove 30 mins to come here... But after reading all the bad reviews today, I am having serious doubts about my choice!! Nonetheless, this is an informative review, I am still going there. I will Deffinately update my review. They reccomended patients to leave good ones immediately, its only right I leave a current one with real/honest experience/process... Braces were removed 3/30/2026, unfortunately, I was not 100% satisfied with the results, and am forced to continue dental services for Braces AGAIN as my front tooth is still overlapping my other tooth. Such a waste of time, and money.

Experiencia fantástica: I had severe pain from a cavity that I had been avoiding getting treatment on (due to having a fear of dentists I’ve visited in the past) I went in the mission dental hoping to get relief and I believe I got a lot more than that. I think this was probably the best experience I’ve had at a dental office that I can remember. The staff made me feel so welcome. While I did get anxious a few times, they reassured and accommodated me. One dental assistant even gave me a blanket and a stuffy (thank you) after that I felt relaxed after a little and was able to get my procedure done quickly. The dentist was so gentle! The office staff and medical staff were so attentive making sure to answer any and all procedure and financial questions. The dentist himself is very kind hearted and I can tell he truly cares about his patients. Thank you Dr Bhatt!

Experiencia negativa: Been dealing with this dentist for almost a year now. I came in with severe pain from a root canal and wisdom teeth. They were super kind and helpful at first and told me they would take care of all my dental work if I paid 2000. I paid 2000 and after they removed my wisdom teeth they ghosted me. I had to call them multiple times to get an update about my permanent crown. Turns out they never sent it through Insurance after waiting for months for an update. I had to come back in December to retake my X-rays for what feels like the 100th time. I’ve called 3 times and still no update on when I can get my permanent crown. I give up honestly. What a waste of time. They also tried to charge my fiancé 600+ for a laser cleaning and I had recommend for him to go since they were nice but they never told me about a charge for the cleaning and never charged me so I assumed insurance covered it? Makes no sense. Also the people training there are very talkative and it makes me uncomfortable about the things they talk about. I can’t tell when they are talking to me or a coworker. They are nice at first but they are only trying to get money out of you.

They removed 4 of my teeth on the same day and did X-rays and they were so nice and reassuring. I was very scared id feel pain when i got my teeth removed, but i felt absolutely nothing and i trust these people a lot. They were all so sweet and i highly recommend this place!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: This office has lots of high tech but what is the point if the can’t do a simple cleaning. I came in as a new patient and after an hour of scans and X-rays they say they will give a cleaning but with lazers, they explain the benefits and what not. I said okay and the lady said she will come back with my out of pocket expense, this confused me because I get two free cleanings a year with my insurance. They wanted to charge me 600+ for this laser cleaning and said that no insurance covers this. I asked if they can just do regular cleaning and they said no. They are nice people but only because they know they are gunna dump a fat bill on you. Waste of my time.

Experiencia negativa: I’m sharing our experience so other parents can make an informed decision. My underage daughter began orthodontic treatment here with an estimated treatment plan of 18 months. She is now in her 42nd month of treatment, and unfortunately, her teeth appear worse than when she started. Throughout the process, I felt there was a lack of clear direction, consistency, and measurable progress in her care. Dr. Jimmy Bhatt is not a board certified orthodontist, who did not start her treatment initially. He started her treatment halfway through and I was not properly notified thatDr. Jimmy Bhatt is a general dentist. I feel that this significantly impacted the outcome of her care. I also experienced unprofessional and inappropriate comments during visits, which made communication uncomfortable as a parent trying to advocate for my child. I also had serious concerns about clinical staffing. Based on my interactions and what I was told in the office, the assistants providing orthodontic care did not appear to be licensed specifically for orthodontic assisting, which raised concerns for me about training, supervision, and standards of care. Additionally, the office informed me that they no longer have my daughter’s original records, which is very concerning, especially for long term treatment involving a minor. Every patient has the right to quality care, proper documentation, and clear communication. If you’ve had a similar experience, or any concerns at all regarding treatment with this office , it is within your rights to seek review through the STATE DENTAL BOARD so your concerns can be evaluated through the proper professional and regulatory channels. That process exists to protect patients and ensure standards of care are being met. I truly hope no other family goes through what we’ve experienced.

I had a deep cleaning, the dentist was very patient with me, explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. All the staff were super nice deff made me feel at home. 100/10 recommend!

Dr. Bhatt’s level of care is unmatched and it’s reflected in his office staff and everyone in the back office as well. My 10 yr old and 7 yr old also come to this office and actually like coming to the dentist- because of the atmosphere here. Throughout my pregnancy, I was having so many issues and the office tried to accommodate me everytime. As soon as I had my baby, they got me and started to fix the teeth I broke durning my pregnancy (old crowns from different office broke). I am so thankful for the staff and care I have received here. Leticia, Vivian, Franny, Rosie, and everyone else go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of with your insurance plan- i feel like this office truly cares about you and not the $$$ they will get from you. Experiencia fantástica: The best experience that I have had in many years with a dentist and staff. Had to have a root canal, never felt the drilling and pain that normally comes with such a procedure. They took great care with every step from when I first sat in the chair, till getting out of the chair. The support staff also gets the same praise as the Dr. This includes the cleaning, x-rays just to mention a couple of the procedures. The professionalism they take in their work is exceptional and not seen much today in any field. Thank you all, you have earned a loyal patients trust.

Experiencia negativa: The office is nice and they seem to have alot of expensive equipment. However the communication between the people at the front desk is not good. They charged me for a bunch of future services instead of the services they had done that day. I was still in the dentist's chair when they bombarded me with the bill. Then the next time I go, they tried to charge me for the services that I already paid for. The weird thing is that when they tried to charge me the 2nd time, the bill was atleast 1,000 cheaper. Now I'm sketched out, so I asked for a itemized bill to which they said they couldn't print it out. They said they could email it to me. It's been 2 weeks and still no email.

I switched to Mission after a recommendation from my sister, whose entire family comes here. Her referral was golden because Mission is charging me considerably less for deep cleaning than my previous local dentist for Deep cleanings, chip repair and Invisalign. I had been driving 40 minutes but now because of the Eaton Fire fire, I drive an hour one way and but it's worth it! I highly recommend Mission Dental to anyone not only looking great teeth but for painless and/ or cost effective dentistry. Oh, and the front desk team is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: I was introduced to Mission Dental Care by my daughter I have been coming here for about a year and I have been very pleased with the doctor and his staff everybody is very kind and the doctor is very knowledgeable I have been very pleased the care I have gotten in this office today I noticed that he has equipped his office with all brand new equipment very great Update...The new cleaning technology. That the Doctor has his office is amazing. Very gentle, no pain. The staff has always been very kind and very friendly. And next time you need an appointment. Call the office.

Experiencia fantástica: I did a cleaning and extraction as a new patient. Probably my favorite set of staff! Everyone was so nice, quick, and fun. They did little things like scratch my arm to distract from the pain or tap on my head. Above and beyond great for patients of any age. Recovery too has been smooth thanks to a gentle extraction.

Even when I speak with staff on the phone, they are so friendly and ready to assist my needs. My favorite dental assistant is Fanny. She has years of experience and I feel totally at ease when she is caring for me. She also has a great singing voice. Dr. Bhatt is very kind and helpful, and makes my experiences positive. First appointment, the staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. It felt great walking in each time because the beautiful ladies at the front desk are always so happy to see you! Dr. Bhatt is amazing. He made sure to answer each question, didn't rush me and explained the procedure in detail. I'm grateful for that. He has a wonderful personality, very caring and very funny. Second appointment was amazing. Staff once again, was so happy, welcoming, understanding and patient. The extraction procedure went smooth! Dr. Bhatt did an amazing job. Made sure we both were comfortable, I appreciate that because I struggle with anxiety, so giving me updates on my son's procedure was extremely important to me. I am unemployed to my knee so I'm on medical, you know not everything covers but this sweet Dentist and his team were so helpful they offer that they will go ahead and do bonecraftbfor free. Didn't mention the first time when I walked in the office they welcomed me with a smile and really made my day. I recommend this office if you're looking for a family dentist. Service is excellent. I’ve had a bad experience with a dry socket in the past, so my anxiety going into this was sky-high. Dr. Bhat was incredibly understanding and patient with me. He took the time to listen to my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I felt as comfortable as possible. The dental assistant who helped I wish I remembered what her name was she was literally so kind and reassuring the entire timeThe procedure itself was unbelievably quick from start to finish I was in and out within 30 minutes. I went home, took a nap, and when I woke up… no pain. I’m now on day three post-op, and I still have no pain, no stiffness in my jaw, and it honestly feels like nothing ever. happened.What meant the most to me was that Dr. Bhatt even took the time to talk to me over the phone after the procedure. He checked in to make sure I was doing okay and reassured me that he was there if anything felt wrong. That kind of follow-up and care is rare, and it made a huge difference in easing my anxiety.I can’t recommend Dr. Bhatt and his team enough they made something I was dreading into a genuinely easy and positive experience.
