They always make me and my kids feel comfortable, which is so important when it comes to dental visits. One thing I truly appreciate is how flexible they are with scheduling—they’ve been very accommodating with my busy schedule and always try their best to find times that work for both me and my children. It makes a huge difference as a parent. Also, Brenda at the front desk is amazing—she’s always so nice, welcoming, and helpful every time we come in. She really sets the tone for a positive visit! Brenda the receptionist is super sweet. KP the assistant is kind and was also gentle when taking my xrays. Maria the office manager is always very welcoming. Dr. Ruiz is le has always been very informative during my visit. I can’t emphasize enough this is the place to come to get the best dental and orthodontics care. Prices are the best here. Look. I more and make your appointment here’s. You will always get 5 star treatment.

I can't be more pleased with the customer service I received… from the front desk to the doctor they were all very kind very & helpful with the work I had done. I had a root canal that was performed in my opinion painless and to perfection. I had a crown placed on my front chipped tooth that i got from being shot by a beebee gun by my little brother lol… I believe the crown is perfect ! Acevedo dental has become my new Dental home & I recommend to anyone also in search of a dental home

I first started with their Montebello office years ago, and when I moved out to the Inland Empire, I was thrilled to find out they had a location here in Ontario as well. From the front desk staff to the dental assistants and doctors, everyone treats you with genuine kindness and respect. Experiencia negativa: Worst dental clinic in Ontario, for sure. The staff is rude and unwilling to clearly explain their services and rates. Trying to manage my elderly mom’s appointments and covering the costs was impossible with these people — over the phone, they seemed unwilling to take the time to explain anything in detail. I have no idea how they have a 4.9-star rating here. Never again. I will be reporting this dental clinic to Medicare and our health plan.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for everything I did my Invisalign’s here and my teeth came out really nice after the use of the Invisalign’s, and the staff were super friendly and made me feel comfortable. The office was really clean, and the cleaning/checkup didn’t hurt at all. Definitely coming back!

Experiencia negativa: I suggest people stay away from this dental office. Acevedo Dental Group told me I had 19 cavities and I had to pay $1,700 out of pocket to fix them and fix the fillings. I went to a trusted dentist the next day and they told me I have 0 cavities. This dentist is dishonest and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Went on google and looked up nearby dentists and saw that this establishment had good reviews and was within my dental insurance. Gave it a shot and I’m pretty impressed. It’s very welcoming and the ladies are very professional and knowledgeable. They even have their own financial side which was pretty cool. All in all, I came in nervous but came out happy and more confident that I chose a good dental place. I recommend this place 100%

Experiencia negativa: My Mom was referred here by a friend and from day one it has been amazing. Customer service is amazing the office is well taken care of and clean and best of all they speak Spanish. My mom is defenetly a very happy patient. By not having this communication barrier has help her confidence and made all her treatment process a breeze. Appreciate all the Acevedo team for all the care and dedication to a high awsome costumer service So I will not delete or disregard my previous message as for that had been the experience till questions and concerns started arising. Elsie was the most sweet of them all fortunately I got to meet her myself but sweet girl turn rude and unprofessional when questions in regard to treatment arrise. A wonderful treatment soon because a horrible experience all around from front desk to back office. To begin with everyone basically started juggling my mom around every single visit was a different tech. No one can answer her questions or concerns on her last visit I got really upset as to her previous visit the tech promised a solution to her problem then following week different tech said No to that solution and back and forth so on. To the point my mom walk out crying from this place. So basically my intake on the whole experience is they don't care for the patient or helping find a true solution they care about getting you trough the door and taking your money which is exactly what happen here my mom is stuck with useless dentures and a high bill. Yet no solution thanks to Elsie so she should really be ashamed of her self screwing her own people over. As far as our concern went they always said you need to take care of this with the front office so basically Elsie is to blame. BEWARE OF ELSIE DOUBLE CHECK EVERY PAPER YOU SIGNED AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING ELSIE PROMISES YOU IS STATED ON PAPERWORK use desernment as for this office is not looking to providing best solutions to your need but to their pockets.

Experiencia fantástica: So far so good . I came in as a walk in and told me if I can get my insurance information for billing. Got me in an hour and half later with appointment same day. They are pretty good about the paperwork to fill out is pretty straight forward nothing overwhelmingly crazy . The clinic is nice and clean. Will come back for the rest of the deep cleaning , crown, and extractions.

Experiencia negativa: The doctor is great but unfortunately the front office is TERRIBLE with scheduling unless you call. I scheduled an appointment after my check up and when I showed up I was told that I didn’t have an appointment and that I had to make another appointment. The woman in the front desk asked me if I received a text the day before but once I set an appointment i should be on the schedule for the date I chose. I called the office the day before my rescheduled appointment and I wasn’t on the schedule this happened to me 2 times. I also witnessed this happen to another patient. Do better. I never had this issue when I called to set up an appointment, only in person. I apologize for the terrible grammar.

Experiencia negativa: The facility was clean. The receptionist was friendly, but I was disappointed with their professionalism. I got an initial quote from Maria, only to come back and get a different, more expensive quote. Also, I was to meet with the dentist to talk about my procedure and she was a "no-show". I hope in the future, with other customers, there is full disclosure of all costs involved with any procedures in their initial meeting.
