He is a very good dentist and always gives a fair price if needed for dental treatment in case you need treatment that is out of pocket. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Min and this practice is one that actually cares. I've had trouble finding a good dentist for years because I don't feel they are transparent. You get an exam then they give you the sales pitch on all the things that you could do and it feels more like I am being upsold than being given health advice. Coming to Vista and meeting Dr. Min was the opposite. I told me everything that was going on, what he thinks is needed and what's not needed. What's even more insane is his suggestion contradicted another dentist that I felt was trying to upsell me. I can't say enough good things about Vista dental on their transparency practices, how kind and professional their staff is. This is definitely my dentist moving forward for me and my family. Finally feels like I found a trustworthy place. In terms of service, I had plenty of cavities to fill and I didn't feel a thing. He even kept asking me how I was doing and if I needed a break. If you guys need a dentist you should try out Vista. I normally don't do reviews, but I felt like an honest dentist like Dr. Min deserves some public support.

I have semi-frequent visits as I am finishing up the Angel Aligner treatment plan. I have had pleasant experiences with my Orthodontist Dr.Bae and with my dentist Dr.Minn. Sarah, the receptionist and all of the staff have been nothing short of amazing. Even if I move areas, if I am within reasonable driving distance, I will remain a patient of theirs. Their patient care and customer service goes above and beyond. The wait time when you have an appointment booked is always reasonable. They also do not criticize you, or upcharge as another dental office tried to do for unnecessary treatment. They truely are one of the best Dental teams!

I hear about vista dental through a work colleague. I was anxious upon my first visit which was just a cleaning. I even expressed that to the hygienist that was taking care of me that day. She was very sweet. She comforted me as well as assured me that it will be easy and painless. She said that if I happen to feel any pain at all to let her know. She said that it’s important to them that their patients don’t dread their visits to the office. I wish I could remember her to give her the recognition that she deserves. I didn’t get to see Dr.Min for to long during my visit. In the short time speaking to him he provided the same great quality of care that the hygienist did by answering any questions I had. Fast forward to today, I returned back to the office for a deep clean. Today Derek took care of me. He provided the same amount of care as the previous hygienist. He talked me through what he was doing and told me to let him know if I was feeling any pain throughout the cleaning. He had an impressively steady hands that made for a painless deep clean. Would highly recommend the team at vista dental to anyone else!

My appointment time was when I was seen, front desk are nice and helpful, the hygienist explained what he was doing, and the dentist dr min was so good about checking if I was ok and numbed me enough for fillings, bone graft and deep cleaning to be quick and painless.

But that's changed ever since last year when I needed a root canal. Dr. Min and staff are very friendly and have made sure I was comfortable with each visit. Alot of things have changed about dentistry and I'm so glad they have that tool that makes you not feel the numbing needle! Experiencia negativa: False insurance claims and provide to email me fake invoice with my signature when I requested my signed invoce before. Totally Dishonest, cheating and fraud! Michael Min installed new crown 4 months ago, but it is completely broken now. Dr Min refused the replacement of this crown again. It is very poor job and cheap meterial. I will make complaints at board of dental also, i report complaints of over claim insurance in unethical condu t of this bad dentist guy.. beware! This guy is first estimated $1166 for crown.. Dr Min charged additional root canal $500 again during he installed the crown without any mention for previous estimation. .He never explained at the first estimatimation very bad and cheating guy. In addition, he claimed our insurance over double ($3600.00). It is criminal against law.

Our last dentist charged so much and want to do a lot of procedures that i thought was necessary, I was told that i need to get 3 root canal and 3 crowns, which i started with one and had to pay $$$$ for it and other cost was covered by our insurance. Good thing i hold off the other procedures because of budget. Thanks to my co worker for her recommendation so glad i met Dr. Min, he was accomodating, he asked questions pertaining to my concerns and tells you what exactly you need at the moment. I was surprised that i do not need to do more of root canal and crowns that i was previously told. He is very practical and professional. Experiencia negativa: Shaved my second molar down to a nub, when my original "crown" came off and took a piece of my tooth with. He did not explain any of the procedure that he performed, basically shaving my tooth down to a small nub. I had him look at the tooth one day, then he told me to come in, so I made an appointment and when we got to that appointment he immediately started working and shaving down my tooth, to which I had no clue what he was doing. When I realized he was taking a while and was pretty far, I asked him why he would do that(shave my tooth completely off), and he said it was needed to put a crown on. There is now a complete crown over what used to be a tooth. I am very upset still to this day, I truly believe the tooth could have salvaged. This happened late last year.
