Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars for Good Day Denistry ! This place is top notch, friendly and so caring and compassionate. We were visiting from out of state when I got a horrible toothache, they were able to get me in the next morning early . Turns out I had an abscess tooth. I was able to get my infection under control with antibiotics and medicated mouthwash. We were supposed to fly out that night back home but was told the pressure from the plane may affect my tooth issue. We rescheduled our flight so I could get another round of antibiotics in before flying. I can’t thank them enough for helping me during this difficult time. I highly recommend this practice!

Experiencia negativa: This has been my dentist office before it was bought by this group. Since the new owners, I feel it has been extremely frustrating. I went at 8:40 am and the door was locked. Open is 8:30 am. My appt was at 9 am. The front desk girl was chatting with everyone when Debbie came to find me at 9:15! She was never told I was there! First appt of the day. Unfortunately this is a constant issue. Instead of chit chatting, do the job first! My dentist is awesome as well as the ladies who have been there, working in the back! The front desk staff are very unprofessional. I was told I needed a follow up and the girls at the front would tell me what insurance covers. When I checked out, I asked how much would be covered. The girls said insurance wouldn’t cover it. I asked how much. She said she didn’t know but when do you want to schedule it? WHAT?! I said I need to know how much first! She said she would ask her manager and let me know. I haven’t heard anything! I think better trained staff at the front NEEDS to happen. Staff who actually care, work with the patients and know their job. The ones there clearly don’t! It’s such a disappointment when I always loved it there. The last few years have been extremely bad because of the ones at the front! I actually dread going in because even a simple appointment, first thing in the morning leaves me always wondering how long I will really be there. The rest of my day gets thrown off every single time! Something definitely needs to change!

Experiencia positiva: It would be a 5 except for that I can’t believe, that in this day and age you’re still not able to be efficient in your record keeping. Why do customers have to refill the same medical history every year, most of the questions you know already.. what it should be is an update not “ here , please have a seat and fill these out” .. in this day of AI it be handled like this… “good morning sir, it’s that time of the year to update your medical records , here’s your medical record from last year that you filled out , now if you could please review it and update it where appropriate, sign it and return it when finished thank.. all this can be completed on a IPad or similar… efficient and clean… you can start by taking the hard copies and scanning them into electronic files and having AI fill in the form with text along with the signature. I understand it’s a necessary evil to update the medical records regularly but not making it efficient makes you look lazy..

Experiencia fantástica: From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The office was well organized, the staff was very friendly, and everything moved quickly without feeling rushed. The dentist was professional, took the time to explain things clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. It’s not easy to find a dental office that’s efficient and genuinely caring, but this one definitely is. Highly recommend!

Great dental hygienist. Explained how the new equipment works and was very gentle. They took very good care of my husband and I. Julius is awesome. Very knowledgeable about insurance and very helpful. Really like all the people here. They all have a sense of caring and take good care of their patients. Plus they have a massage chair!

Dr.Dayritt is very kind , knowledgeable approachable, she makes you feel so at ease when examining your teeth and explains procedures in layman’s terms for better understanding. Her hygienist staff and office staff and good to and very helpful. The office is clean and well organized , I even fell asleep a few times during my exam because it was so peaceful sitting on the exam chair . Normally that doesn’t always happpen for I’m usually very anxious when visiting the doctor . Lastly I want to add , Dr.Dayritt is definitely in the business to help others ! I came to her office for a second opinion and I am so glad I did ! I came from a previous doctors office in Antioch that attempted to pressure me into an obscene amount of money and treatment for my teeth . Most of which I didn’t find absolutely necessary . And low and behold Dr.Dayritt was able to find that I only needed a crown and no other significant work done on my teeth. She has brought me such peace of mind ! I look forward to having her as my dentist . I’m also having my husband switch over to her as well .

I love that it's an all female staff it adds a softness to the experience for me because in the past I had negative experiences with male dentist. I got a cleaning by Debbie and it was the best cleaning experience that I've ever had, she was gentle, took her time and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She started with a numbing rinse that completely took the edge off and made me more comfortable during the cleaning. The entire staff was amazing from start to finish, I can't remember everyone's names because it was only my 2nd visit but thank you to everyone for making my dental experience amazing because dentist are not my favorite place to visit. Anyone looking for a kind, compassionate, caring dentist and staff check out Good Day Dentistry in Antioch you will not be disappointed

Debbie the hygienist was amazing as usual, my cleaning was much needed after using peridex mouthwash for a few weeks. I feel like a new person lol but seriously we had good conversation. I always look forward to our chats. I learned a few things about my mouth and teeth and left feeling refreshed and inspired to keep up the improvements that I made since my last visit. The dentist is smart and attentive to all the details of my teeth and gums and to top it all off they have a beverage bar and a cool very massive massage chair that I used after my treatment.

Dr. Chris recommended that I make an appointment with Good Day Dentistry for a cleaning and exam. The front office customer service is top-tier. They called me more than once to make sure I remembered my appointment. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a pleasant aroma. I love to see a diverse workplace! The paperwork was easy enough, but the complimentary message chair took me to another level of comfort and care. It was a beautiful, Good day. Of course, Dr. Elmirra was lovely and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth . With the Smile Hero and Good Day dentistry experience, I want to take care Of my teeth even more than ever before. That way, I can keep smiling beautifully.

The finale Dr Elmira, what can I say about Dr Elmira, she’s always full of joy, even on long exhausting day (I’m usually seen last) she still have cheerful spirit, her customer service to the T. Gentle and light hands with that her injections does not hurt. I definitely recommend Good Day Dentistry wonderful and caring service.

The dentistry is flawless and the vibes are unbeatable. I am much more confident about my smile since being in their care, I even wear lipstick since doing invisalign here! If you are looking for a dental dreamteam, this if the office for you! Added perk is that the staff has a great sense of humor, I think I have belly laughed at least once every appointment.
