Experiencia fantástica: It may sound like a strange thing to say, but this is the first time I've left a dental appointment feeling hopeful. While I don't have any major dental issues, there are several things I'd like to address to improve the appearance of my smile and my overall confidence. I intentionally downplayed many of those cosmetic concerns because I assumed the focus would be on the more pressing clinical issues first. To my surprise, the conversation gave equal attention to both my needs and my goals. What stood out to me was that the things that mattered to me seemed to matter to your team as well. Rather than treating my concerns as purely cosmetic or secondary, you took the time to listen and incorporate them into the treatment plan. That made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely optimistic about the process moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to understand not only what my teeth need, but also what I hope to achieve.

Found these guys and they are awesome. Front desk girls are amazing and friendly. Dr Simarro takes his time and explains everything thoroughly. I've had to go back to get my crown adjusted ( totally normal btw) I've had to do it with all my crowns and every time I go back they get me in immediately and are super friendly even with me coming every week for a month because I'm a baby when it comes to pain. Still have so much work to do but I'm not dreading going to this dentist like I have the others. Highly recommend thanks guys

According to one of the brothers, they grew up coming to Dr. Miller as well. They’ve done an amazing job taking over the practice and I’m blessed to be able to come to them with my family and get our dental work done. Truly the best. I had to switch dentists a few years back and when I switched back, it further confirmed my opinion and confidence in this office. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to see Dr Ryan Simarro and Dr Nathan Simarro and their top quality dental hygienist team for over 10 years now. It’s been a while since I’ve had to have significant cavity work performed so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Dr Ryan Simarro lead the team and I was shocked how easy and frankly relaxing such an elaborate procedure was (4 old-cavities replaced and filled in four corners of my mouth). The several shots of numbing medicine I could barely feel thanks to the topical medicine that was put on and then Dr Simarro’s ease of injections. The fact that it was completed in just over an hour was also quite impressive. Top notch all around, many thanks!

I have been treated by both Dr. Ryan and Dr. Nathan and they are both incredibly professional and gentle in the care they provide. Recently, I needed some work done and Dr. Ryan showed me pictures in real time of the problem areas and thoroughly explained an appropriate treatment plan. It was really informative to see exactly what areas needed attention and I felt like I was in trusted hands. The doctor was so gentle and the injections were almost painless. Jenna did a wonderful job with my fillings and I left the office feeling like I got great care. It is a wonderful feeling to truly trust your dentist and you know you are getting honest, thoughtful care at Simarro Brothers Dental!

Experiencia negativa: At the beginning of my cleaning appt, I told the hygienist of rough sharp points on 2 teeth from the filling appt I had last that were bothering me, and she noted the info and the cleaning was great. But once the next person came in to fix the 2 teeth, she had a very hard time finding the problem areas and after polishing the wrong areas, I admittedly got frustrated and asked for the Dr to come in. The dentist found the areas, but couldn't understand that they were that way due to the work they did at my last appt. He continued to ignore the fact that when they do the filling they also reshape/resurface the tooth and obviously failed to do that successfully, or I wouldn't feel what I didn't feel before the work was done. Clearly upset with me, he proceeded to put a different tool im my mouth while shaking uncontrollably, then telling me that is all they can do after confirming that it felt the same. I am appauled that he worked on me while not being able to hold a steady hand, and that the assistant didn't stop him due to that fact! I have never encountered treatment like this before. They do not deserve my family's business, although unfortunate as it seemed like a good family practice. This experience comes after a previous appt that I needed an injection in my lower jaw that required the needle to pass thru muscle, but they didn't inform me of that before what felt like the needle being punched thru my jaw. So much so that I immediately asked why it felt that way, and I understood once they explained - but the fact that I was shocked by it, I told them I needed to stand up and calm down for a minute before they proceeded. Something the dentist could have easily done if he knew he was unable to help me without shaking a grinding tool against my teeth. My 11 year old daughter was in the room, and after walking out she immediately asked me why the Dr was shaking so bad. It's unacceptable.

Experiencia negativa: I went to see Dr. Nathan Simarro in April for a bump on the inside of my mouth. They took 4 bite wing x-rays and 4 additional x-rays and said I need a root canal on my back tooth. It didn't make sense as the bump was nowhere near any tooth. I was charged for a comprehensive evaluation, which was not comprehensive at all. The bill was way too expensive. They referred me to a root cancel specialist., Dr. Alex Lim, who took 4 x-rays and diagnosed it immediately as a salivary gland lump . His costs were way lower, even though he is a specialist. He said he would inform Dr. Simarro. I called a couple of times and left voicemails, but they never called me back. I don't appreciate the mis-diagnosis or being ignored.
