Harvey and Nichols Family Dentistry at Lincoln Trail--Hinton & Hinton

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was very good. Answered all my questions.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good dental office. Very friendly and professional staff. Definitely will keep going.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of this office since 2016. Dr. Patrick Nichols is very knowledgeable and gives good advice concerning his patients dental care. I have had several procedures and no pain. The staff is top notch. Highly recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: They were so nice to me and it’s a beautiful and clean place

Experiencia fantástica: Every single employee in the office has been absolutely amazing and Dr. Nichols is the absolute best.

Experiencia fantástica: I Love My Dentist and every one who works here they care so much , Sheryl goes beyond to make sure the adjustments she makes to my teeth are right, I would highly recommend them to anyone love them

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the office is nice. Dentists and hygienists do a good job. Short wait times.

Experiencia fantástica: Was my first visit yesterday as a new patient, Wonderful experience and great staff love Dr. Haycraft..

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely quick and helpful staff, I really appreciate the work done. I’m one that’s been avoiding the dentist due to my last experience and I’m happy I chose here. I especially appreciate Bethany and Dr.Nichols

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff, very welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend! The assistant I had was so kind and well spoken to me even though I was nervous!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot praise this place enough! I haven’t been to the dentist in years. I finally decided to be an adult and schedule me an appointment. I was hesitant on going because I’m embarrassed of my oral hygiene as well as just high anxiety going to the dentist. This was an absolute game changer! The staff is so, so friendly and nice! The hygienist and dentist were very thorough with evaluation. They explained everything so well and really kept me calm during it because of my anxiety. Dr. Kara Haycraft was very quick on setting up my treatment plan. The front desk worked with my schedule to get my appointments set up and they got them in very quick and close together! I went for 2 fillings today and Dr. Kara was very gentle from start to end. I wish I could remember the dental assistant’s name but she was also very incredible! I would recommend this dentist office to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Sheryl is the absolute best. She did all of my xrays and explained every step in the most courteous and professional manner

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Harvey and Nichols Family Dentistry to take care of a filling that fell out. They handled me quickly, efficiently, were kind and very fair with pricing. I will go back for any further dental needs myself, and recommend them to anyone seeking help. I was very impressed

Experiencia negativa: My daughter was looking for a dentist, they couldn’t find her in insurance so they called me to ask about insurance and were extremely rude and disrespectful. The office manager got on the phone and scolded me. I would seek dental care elsewhere. They do not understand how to bill Tricare Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: 10 Billion stars - all the stars. The staff at this office are the BEST people. They went out of their way to handle a situation at a different pediatric office on my behalf, where I was treated very poorly. They really care about their clients not just as their "clients" but as a person. They stood up for me and helped me get the care I needed for my son! No business has EVER had my back and went above and beyond like this place has! I will FOREVER give them my business. I would even be willing to travel MILES to go here. *chefs kiss* AMAZING! <3 <3

Experiencia positiva: They no longer take Lincoln dental this is only dental plan I have been here 30 plus years now have to start somewhere else

Experiencia fantástica: Love the dentist however...on the annual health form for marital status they do not honor widow(er) and instead put single. As a widow I do not feel single and wish to use widow...please put that on the health form to avoid offending me

Experiencia fantástica: They helped my daughter with a "dental emergency" when her regular dentist wasn't available to help. She is switching to this location because of how well she was treated by the staff. I was impressed by them as her mother. (I myself went here years ago.) Highly recommend them. Thanks.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently visited Harvey and Nichols for the first time and I was thoroughly impressed. The level of comfort and happiness I experienced from the moment I walked in was remarkable. From the friendly front office staff to the skilled dental hygienist, the professionalism and exceptional customer care were evident throughout. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking top-notch dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: November 3, 2025 - another dental appointment that exceeded expectations at Lincoln Trail Dental. Fast, efficient, and thorough in a relaxing environment where dental examination, cleaning, and protection were applied with professionalism and zero stress. I appreciate the friendly welcome from the front office staff, a very important quality that drives my choice of dental care provider. I stopped going to other dentists because of unfriendly reception and intake procedures. Lincoln Trail Dental sets the standards in this area of operation and it is highly appreciated. Looking forward to the next appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: First impressions last a lifetime, and I am definitely impressed! My hygienist was amazing! Was gentle yet tough enough to make my teeth feel cleaner than they have in years! The dentist was super nice, and I was in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. So glad for the recommendation from my community!

Experiencia fantástica: My visit was met with kindness and understanding. They were very helpful and made me feel at ease. Spent time letting me know what was going to happen. And talked about a treatment plan for next visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff. The hygienist was super gentle yet thorough and the dentist, she too was excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: Great cleaning Danna was very professional and great people skills Dentist was awesome too

Experiencia fantástica: This was the best cleaning I have had in a long time. They use a water pick that actually heats up the water so it's tolerable for people with sensitive teeth. The rinse is not heated but that's workable. The only issue i jad was the suction pulling cool air across my teeth. But they have a prescription toothpaste for sensitive teeth I'm trying out for only $18. It also helps keep the teeth strong. We shall see how I do in 6 months. I'm really glad to have found this provider as I am new to the area.

Experiencia fantástica: The best dental office visit ever, and it wasn't even for myself!!!! I accompanied my co-worker, Mr. Kim, who was from Korea working at the BOSK to help him with interpretation. Boy, they were kind from the moment we entered the reception area until the last minute there!!! Moreover, Dr Haycraft was superb and very patient in explaining what was the problem and what she would do to help Mr. Kim ease pain in detail. She was excellent with her demeanor as well to make Mr Kim comfortable getting treatment in a foreign country to him....
