Experiencia fantástica: Our experience at We Make Kids Smile was absolutely amazing! Dr. Michelle and Ms. Melissa were so kind, patient, and caring with our 6-year-old daughter. Before doing anything, they took the time to explain exactly what was going to happen in a way she could understand, which helped her feel comfortable and safe. Our daughter had some very difficult experiences at her previous dentist, so she was understandably nervous going into this appointment. But from the moment Dr. Michelle and Ms. Melissa started working with her, everything changed. Their calm, gentle energy immediately put her at ease. Before we knew it, she had completely forgotten she was even at the dentist! This was her very first visit to We Make Kids Smile, and she absolutely loved it. The level of compassion, patience, and care they showed was beyond anything we could have hoped for. As a parent, seeing your child go from fearful to smiling is priceless. We are so grateful to have found this office and can’t recommend them enough! They really do make kids smile! Lol

Even though he has never been in the chair prior to today, he did so well! He also loved his little goodie bag. I was nervous for my son before we got there and I didn’t feel any of that nervousness during the appointment.

Experiencia negativa: The wait time was way too long. On both visits, we waited over 30 minutes to be called back and then another 15 minutes to see the dentist. The dentists were professional and informative, but the wait was entirely too long for a busy toddler.

Providers & hygienists are great with kiddos and they work together as a team to try to make the best experience for your kiddos. We see Dr Neya and she’s amazing with my littles! Amy & Pat are always a joy on our way out the door and are just as sweet as can be.

Experiencia fantástica: Taking my son to We make kids smile has been the best decision I have made. My son is very shy and does not talk to anyone except the people in our household. He had a lot of cavities when I brought him to we make kids smile and he would never open his mouth for our other dentist. The staff here is so friendly. My son not only opened his mouth for the staff but he started talking with the staff (just a little, but he talked). He had to be put to sleep to get his cavities fixed and the staff went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and met. The entire staff from the dentist to the office staff have been great.

It's very streamlined, and they make the experience of bringing multiple children very easy-- with the open bays for cleanings and private rooms for restorative work. All the employees are attentive, and kind. My kids love Dr. Michelle, all different age groups and she's a perfect balance of upbeat, friendly, and never condescending. She always takes time to foster the relationships! She is such a joy. My youngest saw Dr. Sutton today because I made a last minute appointment. We had such a great experience! Top tier. He even taught me a couple tricks to help brush the tiny tyrant's teeth. Would highly recommend both doctors!

The whole team was incredibly friendly and understanding, especially during an emergency. As a busy Realtor with very limited time, I appreciated how accommodating they were, taking us in as an emergency and working quickly without compromising care. My children will be their patients for life!

Experiencia fantástica: From our first visit to extraction of teeth, the level of service and care exceeded all of my expectations. They truly have a gentle and kind way to ease kids into whatever the next step is. As a parent, you want to go through all of the uncomfortable moments to spare your kiddos any pain. But here, I was happy that all steps were explained to my kiddos so there were no surprises and they got through each appointment without too many tears. I’m glad I found this location and my own fears of dental experience for my kiddos are gone.

However, I really want to highlight Mrs. Amy. She is always so courteous to me and kids. When we arrive she's smiling and when we leave out she's smiling. She has gotten to know my schedule over the years and knows that I always chose last appointments during the school year so that I can work and my oldest can still go to school and has options ready for me to choose when I check out. Both my boys love seeing her in the office. Her smile and spirit is infectious and as long as she's there I will ALWAYS come back.

We recently had an insurance change and Kaitlyn (sp?) went above and beyond to assist me in getting it straightened out which was so refreshing after being on hold with the insurance company for about an hour with no help. The dental assistants, hygienist, and dentist are just as amazing as the office staff!

Experiencia negativa: I have 2 stars cause everyone is so nice. But when I brought my son in he needed so much work. So not knowing anything about dental I accepted it and asked what do we do next. They have tried to do other work but my son doesn't like dentist. We need a tooth pulled that was halfway gone and they numbed him up one day put the whole syringe in his poor gums and then when he started crying cause even me as an adult this hurts they were like oh hes done for the day... made my 6 year old son get his whole top mouth numbed to not get his tooth pulled ya that was a great experience. Then to go from that to let's get him into the hospital to be put down to get all his work done at once. Awesome started that process got a date then like 2 weeks before hand my insurance declined his stay in the hospital for less than a day, yes not their fault but no one checked, and called saying it's gonna be like 9000 dollars. And my sons still has that tooth in. I just had an overall bad experience with my son. Yes everyone was nice.

Recently, my youngest dressed up like a dentist and showed up for her visit with her own tools. She was greeted with so many warm smiles and enthusiasm. She was the talk of the office and they truly made her day with a tour and photos, and even a card for a free lunch from the office manager. We love We Make Kids Smile!! Experiencia negativa: The office its self is nice but the service I have been getting lately has been unacceptable! Dr Nora is my daughter dentist and every appointment since the summer has been canceled be she called out. August, October, January, now February. And they only thing the office off is another day. Then that requires me to try and take off work another day and pray she doesn’t call out. Well prayer didn’t work this time because she still called out. I don’t understand how offices don’t put aside emergency or last minute appointments aside for things like this. I’m in the medical field so I know it can be done.

The receptionist always greets us, the dentist and the ones that assist take their time to make sure that my daughter is always comfortable and take their time to make sure they have answered all of our questions. Even the check out process is a nice experience. I have had the pleasure of checking out with Mrs. Amy everytime. She is extremely nice and efficient. We truly appreciate everyone there.

However, whoever Ms. Tammy was over the phone sounded very rushed with getting me off the phone like I was bothering her by trying to cancel my appointment and asked for extra information after I told her all I wanted to do was cancel my appointment. She made me have to get stern after I felt she was "honey"ing me down because of my age on file (I'm almost 30). Customer care just was not sufficient me. Doctor and everyone else was great.

He explains what he is about to do with their teeth and let's them see the tools he os about to use, this really helps them feel comfortable woth the whole process. Dr. Aguto works really well with my autistic son who has a sensory issues. The staff is super helpful and carry on the Doctor's amazing approach to interacting with the kids. Amazing place!

Dr. Nair was supper patient with both kids who where terrified. She was able to keep them calm and somewhat relaxed. The nurses were a little rude talking to each other while the Dr was discussing treatment plans in the room. I thought they could have waited or took that outside-it was a bit distracting

Experiencia negativa: Update* went somewhere else & no crown needed, only 1 filling and it was done on the very first appointment with zero issues! So glad I found a new office! Dr. Simhi & Dr. Michelle provide mediocre service (cavity needs filled, but no real discussion on educating the patient). My child had a cavity yet they kept making follow up appointments instead of scheduling the work to be done (I switched from Dr. S to Dr. M). This was a new dental office for us so my child may have been hesitant the first time but after 4 appointments, she did just fine. They still wouldn't schedule the work. Even after the cavity turned into a crown (maybe they're looking to make the most money they can). I left a message for Dr. Michelle to call me back as I had follow up questions for her & she never did! I had to call twice just to have the assistant call me back but I made it clear I wanted to speak with the Dr. & it was fine if she had to call me back another day but never happened. They tried to dance around every question I had without giving any concrete answers. Made complaint to office mgr, Marry Ellen, who seemed like she could care less. Her response was something she read off a cue card. This office does not care about the children, they're just a number. I had hopes I would have better luck with Dr. Michelle but was left disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: My 11 year old son does not usually enjoy his dental visits mainly because he has a bad gagging reflux issue, specifically when doing dental x-rays. Ihave been taking him to family dental practices since he started going for dental treatment for annual cleaning. I believe those are more geared for adults. However, visiting this kids dentistry was a big turnaround. He went in tense to expect his regular experience but left happy because even after x-rays which ( he had no gag reflux )they knew how to engage a child. I'm so mad I didn't find out about them early on when he started going to dentist at 6 years old. They are great, the staff is welcoming, Dr. Michelle and his PA were wonderful.

They took their time with my son to make him comfortable, in the chair. As any mom, that’s one of the big fears. Then my son enjoyed his appointment and was able to enjoy the experience. This is the 4th dentist office my son has been to and they are by far were the friendliest and most well prepared to treat a 6 year old boy who is afraid of the dentist. We had no problems and you would have never know that my son struggled with the dentist in the past. They really know how to take care of kids. Thank you for being so generously kind and patient.

Experiencia negativa: Today was strike four over the course of the year. We canceled our upcoming appointments and will never be going back. The first was last year when COVID first started and we didn't go to our checkup. We received a nasty email about how it's important to go and the threat of oral cancer. The second was a bill where we asked for an itemized list of what it was for and it was never explained. All we wanted to know was what was it for? When we went in for our checkup, they made us pay it pronto but FINALLY we found out what it was for. A treatment they do each visit but our insurance only covers once a year--this adds up when you have multiple kids and it would be nice if there was disclosure on that before treatment is administered. And today--besides an added $15 surcharge (!!!), it was a statement made by the dentist at the end of the appointment. If insurance doesn't cover it (nitrous oxide) and there are other methods (novicaine), then you shouldn't make it (nitrous oxide) a requirement when people wish to opt out of it for the method that is covered (novicaine). My daughter is perfectly capable of handling a filling procedure. It shows a lack of experience on your part. And the flack and pushback I got to make that so. Disappointing. (Edit to add: we got another bill after the filling procedure. $25. Yes—this charge is small and so are all the others but these add up. If they are overcharging/up-charging the agreed upon price for basic procedures, then there is an ethics issue.) This place was a five-star review before COVID. I'm dropping it to two, because after all--they're not terrible. But today left me and my son with a terrible taste in our mouths. If you receive extraneous bills, no matter if it’s a small amount, call them on it. I have never had this experience with any other dentist.

Today was his first cleaning and his first X-rays because no other dentist in no other state could get my son to cooperate!!!!! These young ladies deserve so much more then my Thank you!! They were so caring so compassionate and did everything to make my sons fear go away and I will never forget them!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️

Experiencia fantástica: This was my Son’s first visit and it was nothing short of professional, comfortable, and efficient. From the check-in staff at the front desk, the nurse aid, and the Doctor, service was amazing! Very excited about my Son’s smile being enhanced over the next few years :-)

Experiencia negativa: Called and asked if the can see my child almost a week in advanced after they emailed me over and over agin for an appointment a basic Check up I’m working mom don’t have to many days to take of No help said no we can’t but yet when they charged me for extra work for my daughter which was $ 5.00 five dollars!!!! they sent letter after letter like I owed 5,000 dag for a Fluoride treatment that my insurance covers but they did it twice. So not happy not cool

All of the dentist and assistants are professional, kind, thoughtful and great with children. I'm glad we found "We Make Kids Smile"! Trust me, you'll love them.

Experiencia fantástica: My 3 1/2 year old does not like to feel like she’s not in control. Going to the pediatrician is horrible. I leave sweaty and one of us, or both are crying. I explained her fears when we arrived. I’m sure we both looked scared. The dental assistant started explaining everything right away. She patiently showed Harper every tool and explained every step. The dentist came in and did the same. Kind words and prizes go a long way. I left in near tears again but from such relief. Harper asked if she could bring her best friend next time she goes. She played dentist with her beautiful new toothbrush for days. I couldn’t be happier Thank you again, Harper and Mom
