Experiencia fantástica: If I could give infinite stars, I would! I called this morning in so much pain I barely even wanted to talk. They got me in quickly that same afternoon and removed my wisdom tooth with such professionalism and care. I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes max. Even though they don’t accept my insurance, their pricing was incredibly reasonable — especially compared to other offices I had spoken with. Most importantly, they did not take advantage of the fact that I was in severe pain and desperate for relief. They reviewed my X-rays with me, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I fully understood the treatment and why it was needed before doing anything. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. They were kind, honest, compassionate, and incredibly efficient. After the experience I had elsewhere, this office was such a relief and completely restored my trust. I truly could not have asked for a better experience during such a painful situation, and I’m beyond grateful for the care I received. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing dental care.

The staff was very nice and I enjoyed my time with them as I waited. A child pulled the fire alarm and the staff stayed professional and kept the patients updated on the situation. I hate vibrations and my teeth are very sensitive. The doctor was very responsive to my reactions and open minded. He was very efficient with the numbing and where to put it, I didn't feel a thing after talking to him. Overall it was truly a 10/10 experience. Whatever you need. I had a cracked tooth. Went to get the news, root canal and crown. Thinking I would need to set a later appointment for the procedure. Nope. He took care of business right then! 2 weeks and my crown came in and was installed. If you want great dental services, go see this man. He's a lot more than a dentist. Amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: I went for a teeth cleaning recently and it was the best cleaning I’ve ever had and I’m 64 so I’ve been to quite a few dentists in my lifetime. Dr. Aakash was gentile, thorough, knowledgeable with great bedside manners. It was excellent and I can’t recommend him enough. If you are looking for a dentist, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

Experiencia negativa: Review update: first let me start by saying staff was kind but that only goes so far. Currently working with my insurance and an attorney to help hold this dentist responsible for messing up my tooth. Backstory: had a root canal in December few days later pain comes back go to my dentist and they tell me whoever performed the RC did an awful job and took too much of my tooth and left some of the nerve canal so now the tooth will need to be pulled, I’ve got a second opinion both dentist said the same things. ALSO the dentist at this practice waited weeks to send the report over from him doing the roof canal and when he sent it to my dentist it wasn’t even right he had a tooth he didn’t even work on on that report and my dentist was taken back by this and has been helping me file a case through my insurance. When I called and spoke to Lakeview they were happy to give me a refund IF I signed some skeptical paperwork which I did not do. I have terrible dental anxiety and had been very upset when I came here for the RC and dental assistant was kind and held my hand through it all BUT nothing prepares you for having to loose a tooth and pay thousands for an implant because of the lack of care. I’m sad. I’m scared. I’m hurt. I’ve been in pain since December. It’s all a lot. If I were you find someone else to work on your teeth. Someone more qualified for the job.

My son was experiencing a dental emergency, bad toothpain/cracked tooth. They had me bring him right in. It was our first visit and the staff was so welcoming when we came in. They provided excellent and affordable service. Dr. Aakash Mudaliar and his staff was great. He had to perform a root canal and he made sure my son was comfortable and he completed the task. My son was so greatful when he left out and he feels so much better. He informed him of what steps to take to prevent future issues and he assured him that he will take great care of him.

Experiencia negativa: Absolute no. My new patient appointment/cleaning was started 50 minutes after my scheduled time. The doctor did the cleaning himself. He was not able to identify cavities I already have. The office charged me $5 which I should have refused to pay anything for this "appointment". I just got my EOB from my insurance company and this office is making $280 off scraping my teeth for 10 minutes and playing a YouTube video in the background!

The front desk staff are knowledgeable and polite. They determine insurance coverage and the patient cost BEFORE the work is performed. There are no shady fees that accrue after the service. Dr. Aakash and the team were incredible—professional, caring, and thorough. They explained every step clearly, making the whole process stress-free. The procedure itself was smooth and surprisingly comfortable, with minimal pain even after the numbness wore off. The follow-up care was excellent, and now my implant looks and feels so natural that I forget it’s even there! Just like my first implant that was done by Dr. Aakash and I’m beyond thrilled with the results and how it’s improved my confidence and quality of life. The quality of excellent customer service started the day before when I called the office seeking an emergency procedure and without haste the team was able to fit me in for the next day. During my visit, I felt extremely welcomed and at home, everyone was personable and charismatic. The entire team was attentive to my care and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Mudaliar is the coolest—his temperament and awesome bedside manner was stellar. He carefully walked me through all of the steps of my procedure and monitored my pain levels appropriately. Lakeview Dental created an awesome experience for me and without reservation, I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs!

Experiencia negativa: Be extremely careful patience’s this dentist - Aakash Mudaliar at Lakeview dentist suspended Ms. Shelly for a week without any cause because she’s a lady. In Addition, I had a crown put on my left teeth by incompetent dentist Aakash and the very next day OMG! Believe me the crown fell out. I mention to him concerning the unsatisfactory care of my genuine concerns of my tooth and he did not reply to my comment at all due to the fact that he knew what he had done was embarrassing and unacceptable behavior on his behalf.. In addition, he does not respect women. When you voice your concerns he wants to act like it’s your fault and he doesn’t what to hear what you have to say especially women. My insurance company paid for me to receive aligners for my teeth to straighten out. I got the box of aligners from Aakash. He does NOT communicate effectively concerning the process of what I’m supposed to do. I asked him why didn’t he explain or communicate the full process? His comments was you should have read the tiny booklet in the box which you need a magnifying glass in order to read the tiny prints. Please be careful and beware this dentist Aakash, has many unsatisfied patients who has filled complaints of his unlawful treatments and I am just one of them who is reaching out to the general public. So, please be extremely careful of his unethical business practices of Dentistry. Aakash, does NOT have good communication skills at all. I do not wish for anyone to experience what I have been through. In addition, my husband received an implant and he was in so much pain without a prescription for pain relief; he stated we will NOT EVER step a foot in his office again. So, please Beware and be careful to all! Please be advised Ms. Shelly, is amazing she help me through the entire process if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have known what to do. Thank you Shelly, for your help and support. I hope Aakash, treats you extremely nice as a woman. Because he doesn’t respect or value women. To all whose reading this review thanks for listening! Yes, I am talking about Lakeview Dental Ms. Shelly was suspended for one week the best employee this dentist had. Then Ms. Shelly resigned on Friday, May 17, 2024; due to how she was treated. More claims will be sent to the Department of Maryland Health Examiners. Like Ms. Shelly indicated no one disrespect anyone in your office. Mr. Mudaliar disrespect his client when She was trying to convey to him that her crown fell out of her mouth the very next day you were so rude you didn’t want to hear her concerns. So stop fabricating stories there are others who will send in there claims just like Ms. Harley did. Ms. Shelly is no longer there she quit because of YOUR wrong doings to her and other patients.

Experiencia negativa: Prior to my 1st appointment I had no pain or problems with my tooth.. I got a cleaning and X-ray the dentist told me 1 tooth had a small cavity. Came in for a filling, and ever since he did the filling I can’t even eat on that side of the mouth. Went back he then finally looked at my tooth and told me I had a crack in my tooth (which I didn’t have prior to seeing him) he filled the crack, but I’m still having pain when I eat. He then tells me there’s nothing he could do because even after numbing I still felt the pain when examining the tooth, so he referred me to a specialist and said I may need a root canal. I will never go back to Dr. Aakash Mudaliar again I believe he has ruined my tooth.

Experiencia fantástica: It's so hard to find Doctors office with great staff and great doctors. This dental office is amazing. My children had a dental emergency and I was calling around to so many dental offices on the morning of April 12th. The wonderful staff called me back actually and asked me if I needed help because they missed my call. I told them about my children having abcess etc. She told me that the Dr. Didn't have any appointments available but to bring them in anyway because they were"babies and they needed to be seen" I appreciated her so much for telling me this. I get there and everyone is sooooo kind. They gave my child puzzles and put on a movie for them. Once my daughter recieved her xray, that's when I was told by Dr. Mudaliar that she needed the tooth removed. He suggested a dentist but he gave me 100% honesty about how she would probably hate the dentist after what needed to be done. I asked if he could remove the tooth and he attempted. My daughter was very upset in the chair, it was hard to sooth her and her baby brother at the same time. One of the receptionist ran and grabbed my son and took him to the front desk so I can focus on my daughter. I really appreciated her for that!! It takes a village and we all need help sometimes. Dr. Mudaliarand his staff are so wonderful, empathetic and caring. You can tell they are treated well because they treat their patients wonderful. I found my dental home. I feel safe and taken care of. When you find something good, stick with it!!

And called and the office staff especially Shelly has treated me since the day I called like I was part of the family. I was told by many dentist before that my bone wasn’t good enough for implants and I though I had no option but to have bad teeth for the rest of my life. Dr muldiliar took X-rays and put a plan in place. And before I knew it I had implants. Originally I felt they didn’t fit right so i called back and lakeview dental was very accommodating to correct every issue I had until my smile was exactly how I wanted. Even though my originally teeth and bite was terrible.they transformed my life and instilled self confidence in me with my new smile. Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to this practice for the last 5 years, and was here with the previous dentist for about 15 years. The staff make us feel at home. Shelly is amazing and always makes sure me and my kids are taken care of. All appointments are made to accommodate my schedule. Everyone is very knowledgeable and reassuring during any all procedures. Dr. A has performed a root canal, and implants; all with little pain and quick process. Even after moving an hour away, I will not change my dentist! Amazing practice! Very grateful!
