Experiencia fantástica: I called McCrimmon Dentistry and was helped by Sarah, their main desk person. I told her I had a sore tooth, and she asked if I could be there in 40 minutes!! I couldn’t believe I got an appointment so fast. The dental tech who helped me was Alec. He was great. Then Dr. Durden came in. He probed around and took x-rays. He couldn’t find any cracks, but he did find a scratch on my gum. He told me what to do to take care of it, and sent me on my way. McCrimmon Dentistry is the best!

Newer to NC I didn’t even know where to start to find a decent place… and took my insurance… I feel like I hit the jackpot with this place!! I have never left the dentist smiling… who has?! (That isn’t on laughing gas, be honest, lol) 10/10 a million times over- from the ease of making the appointment the greeting upon entering, the atmosphere was light and comfortable- all of the staff explained what they were doing every step of the way… answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and helped to find a solution to correct any issues moving forward. From start to finish they put me at ease, didn’t talk down to me about not having been to the dentist in year- just a sense of hey it’s been awhile here’s what we can do to get back on track!! Unfortunately she is often out- not there 2 of my last 3 appointments scheduled with her. Went to a new dentist today- realized I was overdue for panaramic X-rays which was not offered to me at McCrimmon. Also found out I have a molar that needs a crown due to 3 cracks- likely not new. Glad we switched!
