Experiencia fantástica: Our son had what we thought was more of a dental emergency on a Friday afternoon. Our own pediatric dentist (and most others) were closed on Fridays or closed early. We were able to be fit in and seen. We really appreciate the time spent with us on a Friday afternoon and feeling comfortable going into the weekend.

The staff was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding from the front desk ladies to the doctor. They took time to explain everything to us, there was no pressure, no rush. Dr. Arti was gentle, calm, very professional, and clearly experienced working with children who have sensory sensitivities. It’s not easy to find a dentist who understands neurodiverse kids, and I’m so grateful for the care we received and looking forward to see them very soon.

I’ve been with her for over 5 years now. She’s caring for all 3 of my kiddos who each have their own personality. We noticed he had a cavity and tried FOUR different dentists prior to coming to Dr. Arti. She has a way with kids that make them feel safe. She's extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dahiya is an absolutely amazing pediatric dentist. She is kind, soft spoken and fun! She truly knows how to connect with each of my children. She speaks to them in a way that empowers them to take responsibility for the care of their teeth. She then addresses me, the mother, directly with what she has found, what she thinks about her findings and how she recommends treatment going forward. She informs me of where my children are exceeding in the care of their teeth and where there can be improvement so I can continue to support them at home. My daughter needed a procedure to remove a tooth and Dr. Dahiya took such great time and attention she was ultimately able to save the tooth and keep my daughter comfortable through out the entire process. Pausing frequently to ask her directly if she was okay, and if she needed anything to make her more comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are also so very kind, and work hard for you in regards to insurance coverage. Communicating clearly what is covered and even going the extra mile to appeal in the event the insurance denied a claim. I highly recommend Dr. Dahiya with Pediatric Dentist at West Cary. The staff is wonderful, the facility is incredibly clean and well taken care of - with toys and books to occupy the children while they wait! The toys they get to pick at checkout are such a plus and my children love their new character toothbrushes! You will not regret bringing your children to Dr. Dahiya. I originally discovered Pediatric Dentist at West Cary from conducting Internet research and comparing it to what others had said between our pediatrician's office and the mom's groups I belong to. We've been coming here for just over a year now, and we are highly satisfied with our experiences. The staff is super friendly, knowledgable and professional. They are SO good with the little ones and know exactly how to put them at ease and make going to the dentist fun! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I seriously can not recommend Dr. Dahiya or Pediatric Dentist at West Cary enough. My son fell at daycare right before the 4th of July weekend and we were extremely concerned that he would have some serious dental issues (it was not a pretty accident). But when we called the office, we learned that Dr. Dahiya was on vacation for the holiday and the office was closed. However, while trying to find an office that might be open to look at his teeth, I received a call from the office asking me to text a picture of my son's mouth to Dr. Dahiya, which I did. She actually came back from vacation (I felt horrible!) and opened the office outside of hours and called my son in to see him and take x-rays. He's 4 and he had a long day, and she made him comfortable and relaxed. Thankfully nothing was seriously wrong. But I have never been more grateful and appreciative for such kindness on a holiday weekend. 100 out of 5 stars.

Experiencia negativa: Tried to make an appointment for my kids as new pts. They unfortunately “don’t accept new pts w/medicaid dental insurance.” It’s a bit corny, b/c I didn’t want to put my kids on my private insurance yet at their very young ages, which is the only reason I have them on the medicaid plan for now. This is the closest dentist to our home, so now I’m forced to find a further dentist now. So inconvenient. It’s 2025, you should be more accommodating and accepting to everyone.

My child was at ease thought the visit and the best part: the doctor was conservative in what needed to be done. Adding to my original review from over 1 year back: When you move like our family did, finding good doctors and medical service is daunting. This place and the medical professionals are a true gem: clean, modern technology, great service and the Dr is always good with taking time to explain options. I could not be more pleased.

We never know when an emergency situation arises that requires immediate action.we went through the same experience yesterday where in my teenage daughter got injured and had dental trauma emergency. We immediately rushed to Pediatric Dentist at West Cary to see Dr Arti Dahiya. After landing there, came to know it was Monday and the clinic is always closed on Monday's.We got worried and knocked at the door as we could see some body working in there . After hearing the knock, Sandra, front desk assistant who was busy doing some paperwork and all, opened the door and informed us about office closure and very sweetly asked us about the emergency. She immediately informed Dr Dahiya who herself was at eye clinic for her Dr appointment. After taking the details of the emergency,Dr Dahiya immediately cancelled her appointment right away and rushed to her clinic to attend my daughter who was in immense shock and pain. Meanwhile Sandra let us came inside the clinic, gave icepack, offered water and made sure we are comfortable while we were waiting for the Dr. Within 15 minutes Dr Dahiya arrived and immediately started the treatment did the needful with full care and compassion. My Whole family can't' Thank You 'enough for her caring , compassionate gesture. She is like a blessing to us yesterday who did the required dental treatment for my daughter. My daughter was in a big shock after the injury but Dr Dahiya made her so comfortable with her sweet nature . Every team member we encountered was warm and kind. The dental hygienist greeted my daughter when we arrived and proceeded to play with her on the floor while I completed the necessary paper work. She was playful and kind with my daughter throughout the entire process preparing for the doctor. During the actual exam, Dr. Dahiya was so gentle with my daughter and answered all of my questions. I am so grateful I found this place for our family!

We had an amazing experience - everyone was so good with him and made him feel comfortable even though it was his first time here (he is usually awful at the dentist). The doctor took so much care in checking his teeth and doing the treatments for his teeth - she did an amazing job! Totally recommend this dentist.
