I want to thank Dr. Chan and staff members for their patient arrangements on my tight schedule and my insurance coverage. Very appreciated their nice work. Doctor listened and patiently answered all my concerns of each procedures which made me feel at ease throughout visit (especially surgical removal and implant steps). I also appreciated all staff members organized services. They are kind, attentive and compassionate .

After years of being passed between specialists and getting “lost” in the medical system per se - Dr. Whelan has been a wealth of knowledge and an extreme help to me with my health issues that cause chronic pain and also affect my jaw mobility and Amy is an amazing and mindful hygienist. Both are extremely supportive and accommodating. It is very refreshing to have supportive providers that actually care about their patient’s wellbeing - you are not just a number at this practice. I highly recommend Wellspring!

I’ve always been taken in early. The office atmosphere is family oriented and the Bedford office is always exceptionally clean. I recommended Dr. Chan to my parents and their first visit with him and his staff exceeded their expectations. They moved from their existing dentist immediately following the meet and greet. Like another reviewer posted, I no longer dread going to the dentist. Nicole, Amanda and Jessica are a pleasure (I'm sure the others are too, but I haven't had the opportunity to interact with them). Dr. Chan is sensitive to my dental anxiety and makes sure I've had enough NO2 and numbing shots before we begin. To top it off, they all have a great sense of humor! I've never laughed before while sitting in a dentist chair until I came here. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!
