Experiencia negativa: Go elsewhere. Came for a “free cleaning” was told they couldn’t do a free cleaning due to pockets in my gums? Paid $300 out of pocket for a “free cleaning” based on what they said, not what I wanted. I will also say the first person that cleaned my teeth had to give me 6 shots! When I went in for the other half of the cleaning the other lady mentioned “I’m not sure why they gave you 6 shots did you request that?” I said “no that’s what the guy told me” she said “odd we don’t need to do that” and proceeded to clean my teeth with no shots! Which is it??!?!?! These reviews seem inflated I cannot be the only person this has happened too.

I also want to highlight the level of care they take for their patients during procedures. They have absolutely set the bar for what dental care can be. The TV and headphones for distracting yourself from the drilling and filling has been a highlight for sure!

She took x-rays and we had a nice conversation while waiting for the Dr. I highly recommend this practice. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hitesh Vij is wonderful, thoughtful and makes you feel very comfortable! His assistant Shirley is unbelievably sweet, personable and friendly. I definitely feel like I'm in good hands and not nervous about going to the dentist anymore. I recently went in to have 2 fillings. Dr Malik is WONDERFUL, professional, personable and took very good care of me. He made sure I was comfortable and kept checking with me to make sure I was ok. You can definitely tell that he's very experienced and confident and I'll never be nervous to see him again in the future for my dental needs.

So far I have done a cleaning and multiple fillings to get my teeth healthy enough for adult braces after having them in high school. The staff is super friendly and has been so great about accommodating my very hectic schedule to help me stay on track! The dentist I have is great and has made all of my experiences as pain free and quick as possible which is number 1 for me! Highly recommend

(There should be a discount for paying full cost out of pocket in cash at time of care. It is exorbitantly expensive here. 10 minutes in the chair for a quick, simple, shallow drill and fill without numbing cost me $260.)

Experiencia fantástica: My wife was having tooth pains on Tuesday. Called Manchester family dentistry and was warmly welcomed by Carolyn. Sorry if I spelled that wrong. What a nice lady though. They are very busy, but she was able to fit us in for Thursday. That Wednesday morning, we woke up to my wife's left side of her face completely swollen. Called up and was greeted by Carolyn once again and explained the situation. With no hesitation they got us in immediately in between patients. Who does that...NO ONE. Just amazing people. Shirley hung out with us while we waited on the doctor to get in. She was also very nice and kept us informed of everything going on. The doctor was able to figure out the issue immediately, pro level stuff, and get my wife on antibiotics. We will definitely be making this our primary dentistry. Thanks again to the team at Manchester Family Dentistry for truly making us feel like family.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a client of Dr Sheehan for 30 yrs until he retired + it became Manchester family dentistry. I had my teeth cleaned this week by a lovely hygienist named Irene followed by a horrible visit with Dr Vij. I have not had X-rays in a very long time and based on my age and condition of my teeth decided not to have them anymore. Well this dentist basically told me that if I don’t have X-rays he doesn’t want me as a patient anymore. He implied the board of dentistry requires it which isn’t true + said if I made an appointment for 6 months (I faithfully go every 6 months!) that they would require me to have X-rays. I left with no future appointment realizing he only wants me to pay more and has no regard for my reasons. He has absolutely NO bedside manner and I’m not sure why anyone would go to him!!!

Dr. Dumais asked us to give these new Doctors a chance like he was given so many years prior when he was first starting out. With that I have not seen anything less than the same professional and expert dental work with the new team that I received while Dr. Dumais was my dentists. The doctor I saw yesterday was just as nice and knowledgeable as Dr. Dumais and appears to be in the same page, with me, as Dr. Dumais was. If there was one thing I could say that isn’t the same and the only thing and that this new team doesn’t talk sports like Dr. Dumais I always did.. but I’m very happy with the care these new doctors are giving me and my family.
