Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend Mann Family Dental enough. Their patience, compassion and empathy to my life-long fear of dentistry has turned my normal nightmare into a calm experience. The staff custom-tailored my visits to meet my physical limitations without me needing to ask, and work with me when any anxiety flairs up. I'm back on a regular cleaning schedule and my health has vastly improved because of it!

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday I went in for an exam and x-rays but everyone is so friendly and the office is really nice. They make you feel like family there. I have anxiety when it comes to dental work and it's nice to know they have sedation options to help get you thru it and they really care about you.

Of course after we have made our choice . Any thing less than 4 stars never gains a click . The prices are all basically the same . The insurance is basically um , useless ! unless your 18 and in the preventative stage . If your un decided and need a little push , go to the website. Watch the testimonies. But don’t just watch , study the Dr . The Dr is the leader of the organization , he sets the tone for the culture of the environment. Dr Mann Understands the value of relationship. You will soon realize , he is there to help you. The time he spends explaining your options , then refining the options based on your decision’s and personal need is priceless. If I would have found this Family of professional’s and joined them earlier for the journey , my retirement would have been spent on renting beach front property instead of basically being able to chew .. The pain is only in a bad choice , because it will cost you time and treasure. Choose wisely

I had to run out of the office because I started crying (happy tears ) I’ve been to 8 other dentist for Invisalign quotes and left feeling a little uneasy after each one. I have a strict budget due to being diagnosed with some medical conditions. My teeth also have changed a lot since then, plus a few bad crowns from gentle dental. My best friend kept telling me to go here. To the point she said if it’s down to the money I’ll cover the difference. Dr. Mann and his amazing team came up with a payment plan for me and I’m so absolutely thrilled to start to get my smile back. They are so absolutely thorough, no questions left unanswered. Dr. Mann sat with me, educated me, and made sure I understood what the issue is, and ways to combat it. Experiencia fantástica: I recently experienced a cosmetic dentistry emergency during a holiday. Dr. Mann and his amazing staff immediately responded. I have been a client for years and continue to be wowed by their exceptional service. Their commitment to service, professionalism, and perfection is bar none.

Experiencia fantástica: I had special flossing instructions given to me from Dr. Mann. Requiring the use of a flossing threader. Never used one. I couldnt get the hang of it. My dental hygienist Kara was aware of my situation and texted me asking how it was was going with the threader. I responded saying it wasn't going. I couldn't get it done. She responded by asking if I could come in the next morning to see what we could do about it. She was really concerned about it. So I went in. She made a suggestion on how to approach the problem. She said I should try and thread it in from inside, not the cheek side, and try and do it without looking. Do it by feel. That worked for me. Brilliant! I've added a photo of a flossing threader.

Experiencia fantástica: I will say I didn't years searching for a right dentists and yesterday was the best experience I ever experienced and I come from a low income life style and made many changes to my life to better myself and my kids went to college sober eight years and graduated college and now in nursing for my BSN degree and went in desperate cause I have major teeth infections and more and I told them state insurance is no help for me and had to pay out of pocket so they working with me to get teeth and feel better and more. My birthday 40 th my wish is to get my teeth done and it's about to happen. They don't judge they their to help you once way or another but you need to do some leg work to help yourself with any financial but it is workable to work with. I had a tooth worked on by another dentist, three months later l needed it worked on again. He said there was nothing he could do with it. I decided to go to this dentist because it was local and a small team instead of a big chain. The staff were wonderful. Everyone is so kind and personable, Dr. Mann was knowledgeable and listened to my needs. I even got to speak with a hygienist when I wasn’t scheduled to see one, just because she overheard that I wanted to find a better floss. I left feeling proud to be supporting my local business that was filled with such excellent and competent people. Haven’t been to the dentist in years and it’s because I felt I could never trust one to have my best interest in mind, but Mann Family Dental really changed that. Experiencia fantástica: I've been experiencing some gum recession and my teeth are very sensitive I explained to the dental hygienist how fragile my mouth was feeling and she was so incredibly gentle with my cleaning. I was very anxious at first, but she was extremely understanding and made sure to be extra careful around certain areas. She even gave me headphones with music so I could relax a little better. As far as dental work is concerned, they do a pretty good job, but the bedside manner from the hygienists is what gets my 5 star rating.

I had explained prior to my visit that I am Immunocompromised and I would like to thank Dr. Mann and his staff for taking extra Covid precautions to keep me safe. He clearly explained all my options and I am confident I’m in good hands. The hygienist did a great job of cleaning my teeth as I couldn’t believe how much better they looked when I got home. The dentist I had all my life retired and it’s such a relief to finally find a new dentist that I’m comfortable with. Highly recommended !!! Update 8/27/24: I’ve been going to Mann Family Dental for 2 years now and have gotten 4 crowns, 6 fillings, minor gum surgery, and a new upper partial denture. All the work Dr. Mann and his team have done for me has been excellent. Top notch! Best dentist I have ever had in my life and I’ve been around for a while ( going on 70 years old). Also Kara is the best hygienist ever! Give them a call, you’ll be glad you did.

Ashton (hope I spelled that correctly) was great too. She was really informative and showed a lot of care. I hesitated to go at first because they were unsure if they could pull the tooth that day but I’m glad I reconsidered. It’s the easiest dental procedure I’ve ever had. 11/10 highly recommend.

Their office hours were just what I needed on a Saturday and they were exceptionally helpful and compassionate in finding a way for my insurance to cover the need for a temp. crown. Dr. Mann was also prompt in communicating with my home dentist when I returned. Their unique hours make access more attainable. I highly recommend them, their gental work and kind care!

Experiencia fantástica: Prior to my first appointment at Mann Family Dental in November 2021, I hadn't seen a dentist in about five years. To make a long story short; this because I had a horrible experience with a tooth extraction in 2016. Not because the procedure was painful ... but because the oral surgeon that extracted my tooth made a rude comment about the condition of my teeth as he was leaving the room. I've always taken good care of my teeth but I had a drug addiction for over a decade (I've been clean since 2015). The substance I was addicted to causes dry mouth (among other things), & in the past eight years I've watched in horror as my teeth have gotten progressively worse. Where I used to get compliments on my smile, it had become a source of embarrassment & shame. I finally decided that no matter how uncomfortable & anxious I was about seeing a dentist, it was something I had to do. I purchased dental insurance in February 2021 and around August 2021 I finally got the courage to start looking up dentists in the Manchester NH area (yes, it took me six months). Even just researching dentists was a huge source of anxiety for me. I combed through hundreds of reviews of dentists in the area. While there were lots of dentists with good reviews, Mann Family Dental was the only one with consistent reviews from patients that seemed to have issues similar to mine. Time and again in reviews, patients would mention how nonjudgmental, empathetic, patient, & understanding the entire staff was. At the end of October I got the courage to call & make an appointment. The woman I spoke with was SO incredibly kind. She listened to me & never once made me feel guilty about not going to the dentist in over five years. She explained that they see lots of patients like me and that I could come in and we'd handle my dental issues a one at a time. Later on that evening I got a voicemail and it was Dr. Mann. He had called & left a message saying he was looking forward to meeting me. Right then I knew I made the right choice. The fact he took time from his busy day to call me, a patient that he had never met before, meant a lot. On the day of my appointment the woman that took my xrays was SO lovely. I never felt once she (or any of the staff) was judging me & the condition of my teeth. Dr. Mann was just as great as the many reviews I had read about him said he would be. Everybody there just wants what is best for you. They are more than happy to answer any questions and even called me the day after my first appointment to check & make sure I wasn't feeling overwhelmed. Before going to Mann Family dental I thought I was going to have to have all of my teeth pulled. While I do need a lot of dental work done, Dr. Mann & his staff explain it in a way that doesn't make it seem like an impossible task. Dr. Mann & his staff take the time to make sure that you understand everything that is going on and do so in a compassionate way. You can tell they all want what's best for their patients. Since that first appointment, I've had numerous routine cleanings (Kara, the hygienist that does the cleanings is AMAZING and does SUCH an amazing job. The first time my Mom saw me after I got my teeth cleaned for the first time she mentioned how good they looked right away), xrays, two teeth pulled, & am in the process of getting a dental implant. Before, I allowed my own insecurities, coupled with one bad experience prevent me from seeking out the dental care that I so desperately needed. I am SO grateful I found Mann Family Dental & would highly recommend them to anyone. My only regret is that I didn't contact them sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend this dentist office enough! They were kind, caring, and patient with my fear of the dentist. The office feels very “homey” which made me feel safe and comfortable. All of the staff are incredibly kind, and their priority was making sure I was relaxed and they eased my anxiety of the dentist. They were able to fit me in next day to fix a chipped tooth when many, MANY other dentists I called couldn’t fit me in for weeks to months later. If you are looking for a new dentist or have a dental emergency, I highly recommend giving them a call!

Experiencia fantástica: This is hands down BEST dentist I've delt with Ever ! Honestly I have pretty bad teeth they tend to chip or break easy and because of that I treated them poorly due to bad experiences at the dentist! I had been dealing with a bad tooth for over a year on and of getting infected. Finally I couldn't take the pain and hit google to find a dentist .fist place I went to was awful I won't name them here but from the time I called mann family I felt safe and relived that they were there to help me and were going to do there best to make me feel better ! And they definitely did ! They were so sweet to even ask if I'd like head phones and a warm blanket the attention to detail is on point ! Extremely sweet staff very clean quiet relaxing atmosphere plus a nice fish tank and a little cute coffee station couldn't have asked for a better place to deal with a painfull situation! Thank you Mann family I will be back for check ups and cleanings now that I feel safe and cared for also will be switching my daughter over for her check ups! I wish there was a way to repay them for helping me threw something that was really hard for me !

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Mann family dental for many years. The staff is very welcoming and listens to you. I love the small practice and they do their best to accommodate your schedule. The dental hygienist are nice and remember you at each visit. You’re not just another patient, they get to know you. No one likes having procedures done but I feel very comforted knowing Dr. Mann takes his time and follows up with you if you have questions or issues. My only complaint is they do not have any appointments after 5pm or open on Fridays. Having said that, it’s a minor inconvenience for the care you receive.
