The initial exam was very thorough, which I appreciated because I know I have several issues with my teeth. Dr. Mercado asked me to come back in a week or so, so she can present me with some options for what we can do to correct the issues with my teeth. I appreciate it that she seemed to care about thoughtful solutions rather than quick fixes. The dental assistant, Daisy, who did my x-rays and intake was very sweet and very sympathetic to how uncomfortable some of the x-rays can be. I truly appreciated the care everyone took of me. On my second visit, I was just as impressed with Dr. Mercado and her staff. Dr. Mercado listen to me about what bothers me the most, and my fears or reluctance to certain treatments and offered other ideas.. I think I’m really going to like having this as my dentist office.

Many family members and referred friends have also received services as I have highly recommended them. I have never been comfortable with dental work and this office knows that and takes exceptional care of my needs when having procedures done. I have never felt anything but empathy and sensitively which is what I need in order to even schedule procedures. From fillings to crowns (leaving the office with my permanent crown and not having to go back!!), and my Invisalign journey - I can’t imagine going anywhere else. My two children then started off as tiny patients as well and have been cared for through the years, now one just went off to college and one is finishing up her driver’s Ed! The Chestnut Family dental team has been through lost baby teeth, pallet wideners, braces, fillings, emergency visits, and wisdom teeth removal. They have seen them grow up, been there every three months for cleanings, making sure X-rays are completed, fluoride treatments are up to date, and making sure my kids have the absolutely best dental care there is to offer. They are kind, gentle, and responsive. I have been nothing but happy with our dental care there! Can’t say enough good things!
