Experiencia negativa: I do NOT recommend Dr. Hagigi. 1. He is not professional enough. He does not respect his patient choice. In recent visit I did not want to do the X-ray and I only need the regular cleaning. He is upset and said " here is not right place for you" twice. 2. My dental insurance cover the regular cleaning twice a year without any charge. But Dr. Hagigi charge me and my wife almost every time. He said this is preventive cleaning, so he needs to charge us. My wife insist to do the regular cleaning with no charge. Finally we can not find any difference between the preventive cleaning and regular cleaning.

I asked how could this be the case and no one reach out to Delta Dental or me. Needless to say I stopped going to this Dentist. I was told that they would rather not deal with Delta Dental. I feel very at ease coming into this office. Their dentist and hygienist are incredibly kind and considerate.

Experiencia fantástica: I am quite pleased with the outcome of my Invisalign treatment, which I received in this office. Although I had visited a number of other dental offices, their dentist's consultation impressed me. The physician took his time and thoroughly explained the course of treatment. They make use of original Invisalign trays, which can yield better results more quickly. At another office, my sister received the same treatment, but she ended up with a lot of trays, and she wasn't satisfied with the outcome. The reason for this is that her dentist uses 3D printers to create trays, which are inferior to Invisalign trays.

I adore it when they assert that they can do an extraction and properly place a dental implant. They finished everything in just two visits by placing a crown on that implant when I just returned, allowing me to eat normally. Experiencia fantástica: I have been getting cleanings and dental work on six-month intervals since 2023. The dental care team, hygienist, and Dr. Hagigi are exceptionally caring. Cleanings are gentle, and you are resting on a massage chair that slowly massages your back during your cleaning; it's a nice touch to a dental visit. If you lips seem dry, they offer a new lip balm to use and keep before the cleaning. They’re transparent, always displaying a screen facing you with your x-rays and previous work all while the hygienist inputs on a screen so you’re never left guessing. Afterward, they offer a takeaway warm steam cloth which eases any facial discomfort. Dr. Hagigi's post-cleaning check is thorough, and he pretty much remembers the small-talk details from past visits. He's friendly yet professional. I had a Dentist I was very comfortable with in another state for almost 20 years, every six-months cleaning and was nervous to find a new regular dentist. Highly recommend. In all transparency, I was handed a $5 Starbucks gift card while asking me for writing a Google review but, I'm like, bonus! that's something I can use! Five stars!

Experiencia negativa: I went to Dr Hagigi for an emergency appointment to have a tooth extraction on 3 teeth because I had abscesses on my gums, and the entire gum was infected. Before scheduling my appointment I made sure to check with my insurance to see if I was in network with this dentist. They confirmed I was in network and that I was authorized to receive the abstraction . But because I wasn’t crying - and at the moment - “in pain” he refused to remove the infected teeth. He told me it wasn’t deemed as an emergency, and that he would only remove them if he was able to give me a bone graft, which isn’t covered by insurance and cost in between $350- -$500. Because I didn’t want to get implants at the moment that consisted of getting a bone graft, he would not remove them. I told him that his website says that he can abstract infected teeth in emergency cases, but he refused because he believe that my infected gums was considered an emergency. I then told him I was willing to get the bone graft and go through with the procedure but after he found out that the oral surgeon that I previously went to charged more, and he would receive less, he referred me to another dentist. When I called back to schedule the procedure for the abstraction, his office then said he does not accept my insurance. I immediately called my insurance to find out whether I was still in network, and once again they confirmed. I thought he was upfront and honest, but in all actuality, all he wanted was more money. He also raised his prices after seeing what oral surgeons charge. This was my experience, it’s up to you if you want to see this dentist. But in all honesty, I did have an infection, and it was an emergency. Also, he could have removed them. Replying to the dentist office response: That is completely untrue. My visit was covered 100% by my insurance because your practice accepted my Insurance. Today is currently 10/11/24, and blue cross blue shield gave me the correct information when I called the first time. To this day you are still in network with my insurance and my visit was completely covered. Your practice is extremely fraudulent. The oral surgeon that I originally went to was referred by your office. I didn’t find them by chance. I literally called your office and your office gave me “Olney Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery “ Dr. Tebyanian’s information. Also, you guys saw me on an emergency bases, yet failed to remove the infected tooth, although I was already on medication, as I told the doctor. Your office and advertisement stated you remove teeth based on an emergency bases, and the severity of the infection. The doctor saw that I had several abscess and was in extreme pain and told me this was an emergency, but told me that he would only remove them if he would be allowed to place a bone in my gums for a future implant, otherwise I would have to go to another oral surgeon. I was not ready for that at the time. That is when he referred me to a different oral surgeon. What I am saying is absolutely true. It is up to you guys to check it out. This was my experience and after the visit, he was irritated and He even increased his rate for my original service afterwards.

He gives information about dental issues clearly and suggests options. There is no pressure tactics applied that a procedure has to be done immediately. The office itself is well run and the staff answer all questions. Reminders for appointments are sent via texts. I recommend Montgomery Dental Associates without any hesitation.

No one call me about preparations instructions for surgery day nor did they inform me that it was an additional charge aside from my insurance coverage. Thank God I had surgery before to have an assumption of what is expected. While standing at the receptionist desk, an employee was using loud tone to a customer over the phone. It was very much unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this type of service to anyone!!

Experiencia negativa: Dr Hagigi yelled at me and my 7 y/o daughter in the lobby of his office today. The front desk made a clerical error and didn't book our appointment. So, when we showed up at our appointment time, Dr Hagugi came out and started yelling at us, telling us he couldn't see us and that we needed to come back another time. When I asked him why they didn't call to tell us that we didnt have an appointment when they received my child's x-rays, he wouldn't let me talk and then started yelling at me. My 7 y/o was smart enough to walk out of the office to avoid the conflict, but I left feeling pretty shaken. I've never had a healthcare professional act like that before. I'm so glad his office made a mistake and didn't book our appointment, because I would never let Dr Hagigi go anywhere near my child's mouth. I feel sorry for his patients * Editing to respond to Dr Hagigi's reply below- I did not say that I would write a negative review if you didn't see me right away. I said I would write a negative review because you came out yelling and cutting me off when I tried to explain that your office made a mistake. We all make mistakes, but that doesn't give you the right to take it out on your potential patients. Especially when children are present. The fact that you are trying to turn it back around on me with this reply just reinforces my point.

I have so many positive reviews from GREAT BUSINESSES! Notice how this business did not take accountability! I attempted to schedule an appointment and the staff member that was answering the phone, she hung up on me several times! Then she got smart with me after I noticed what she was doing! Check with your staff! There are other reviews stating the same exact thing under your business about rude staff! Check the negative reviews because those are true! Noone has to lie ! Your comments states the obvious!

I went to do a rooth canal there, I am scared when it comes to visiting the dentist, but I was surprised about how comfortable the staff and doctor Hagigi made me feel. They are extremely welcoming, friendly and easy to talk to. My rooth canal went well and I’m definitely going back to get a crown ASAP! From being a person who is a bit scared to go to the dentist to a person who is looking foward to going back is a big difference!!! I’m really looking forward to seeing how my crown will come out, this will be my dentist from now on.

Experiencia negativa: I got a crown (not a dental implant) done from Dr Hagigi two years ago, it was poorly done. The crown was to big and was not fitted properly leaving a spacing between the crown and the exposed tooth. It bleed profusely in that area when I floss. I have to pay to get it fixed somewhere else because I don't trust he'll do a good job. If you're looking to get a crown (cap) done, don't go to him. Also when he injected anesthetic to the area when doing the crown, my heart started racing and palpitating. I wasn't to sure why that was the case but later found out is that when anesthetic gets injected improperly, it goes into the bloodstream resulting in those kind of symptoms, search up "anesthetic going into blood stream" and you'll see what I'm talking about. And if I would have mentioned it to him at the time, he'd likely dismiss it. When ever you go to any dentist, make sure you tell them to aspirate the prior before injection so that the anesthetic doesn't going into a blood vessel. Do not go to a dismissive type of attitude doctor or dentist, their ego should not be involved with the patients care involving their health. Remember to always ask questions and have them give you clear answers for your treatment, ask for history, and if they get annoyed you're asking question then you have your answer, DONT GO TO THEM. Don't trust only good reviews, a significant amount of dentist now pay for fake reviews and you don't know who to trust now. In conclusion, maybe he's good at other treatments, but I cant say because i only went for a crown, but I believe crowns (cap) aren't his specialty.

Lastly, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming; especially Marissa, the office manager.
