Experiencia fantástica: Me encantó la atención la delicadeza y la dedicación con la que trabaja Jas, fue mi primera vez con la depilación de cejas con hilo y el delineado de cejas quedó en su punto, muy feliz quedé, 100% confiable.

Experiencia fantástica: Jas is the BEST! I’ve been going to her for my eyebrow shaping and waxing, and she always does an amazing job. She takes her time and never rushes, making sure my brows come out perfect every single time. I love how she maps out my brows before waxing to make sure everything is even and shaped just right. She’s so sweet, professional, and always on time. The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. Plus, she speaks both English and Spanish, which is a huge bonus! I highly recommend Jas if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about her work and her clients. My brows have never looked better!

Experiencia negativa: I called this place two times and the lady who was answering the phone didn’t speak well English and because she wasn’t understanding what I was asking she was keep hanging up the phone. Experiencia negativa: SCAM! AVOID unless you want to pay double what you are told the services cost!!!!!!! I just walked in there to get my eyebrows waxed, I booked the appointment online for $15 and when I arrived the lady came up with an attitude, told me eyebrow waxing is $20 and I needed to pay an extra $10 for mapping. I said oh I booked online and it was $15, the woman in the chair doing someone’s nails (the only other person in the salon besides me) said “she booked with booksy. I said oh I don’t think I need mapping and she started rolling her eyes and just said no and huffing. told me she wasn’t going to wax my eyebrows. I have never been to a salon that turned down customers, especially when it’s nearly completely empty. can’t imagine why they have the prices online but when you get there they trick you into paying DOUBLE what you booked for or they just won’t do your service! pathetic way to run a business, it’s no wonder it’s empty in there on a saturday afternoon! Edit for their reply. it is absolutely this business. the card the lady had shown me said $20 for eyebrow waxing and $10 for mapping. she then REFUSED SERVICE because I didn’t want to pay for eyebrow mapping. There was a lady in there getting a service done as well so to say i’m lying to cover your bad business practices up is insane. the lady sitting there might not have been getting her nails done, I wasn’t paying close attention to the services someone else was getting after I had been refused because I didn’t want to pay $30 for an eyebrow wax, but there was a lady sitting down getting a service done there who witnessed the whole thing. pull up the cameras if you’re so sure “there was a misunderstanding” because I guarantee the misunderstanding isn’t on my end.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service!!! totally recommended
