Experiencia negativa: Wait time was ridiculous,almost 5 hrs, they left me in different rooms for hours at a time and after alerting staff someone would come apologize and leave again. The plan that they came up with was worth the some of my wait.

Experiencia positiva: Everyone was very kind and attentive, even with the fact they were understaffed, they all work very well together and showed true dedication to their practice. Only down side was my fiance was reschedule twice and turned away after waiting for a month to get in. We were both understanding but disappointed. Ofc knowing things do happen that can’t be controlled, I can’t fully blame that on the practice. From my fiance perspective I can not say the same, he felt as if he was turned away and wasn’t given the same courtesy as me. Hopefully this won’t happen again in the near future.

I would like to add that they really care about your dental health and experience. If you are nervous about getting dental work done, this company will help you to feel comfortable. Also this review is for the Coral Springs location on University Drive.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst office in the entire world. They will quote you a price then you will pay that price get a receipt. And still be charged later from that office. You will have a zero balance because they take the payment right away and then they will hold on to it for months won't process it in zero out per your insurance.. The office will not process anything that day but tell you you have to pay in order to have the service done. When I tell you they will be hearing from me very soon because I am sick of them it has been over 6 months and they still won't do paperwork... don't waste your time or any of your breath they will take your teeth out and leave you toothless...THE worst I am tired of trying to call them and they keep calling my phone .

They advertise a “free” consultation yet instead of giving me a consult they tried to sell me on their services as I was in horrific pain. They later charged me three months later and sent me to collections for their “free” consultation yet. In my opinion, we should open a group lawsuit against this business.

I’m usually terrified of the dentist, but this team made it so easy zero judgment, just kindness. The entire staff is amazing they’re kind, respectful, and genuinely care about their patients. The dentist was gentle, explained everything step by step, and made sure I understood my treatment plan. The front desk staff was also so helpful with my questions and insurance. I have already had a check‑up, a cleaning, and two crowns done, and every visit has been excellent. The dental hygienist and dentist were both wonderful, though I do not recall their names. I do remember Riley, who was especially kind and gentle on my last appointment.

Experiencia negativa: For reference I waited about a month to write this review, as I was extremely upset by what this practice made me experience. I was waiting for the office manager to reach out and explain something, but that never happened, so I guess it’s time to talk. I was advised that I needed two crowns, I strongly feel like I should have followed my intuition as I felt very hesitant about this recommendation. Before procedure, I was provided with a quote sharing the cost and I paid my deductible in total there. After the procedure is done and come to find out, about a month after I received a bill for 400 something dollars. My deductible was 400 something dollars and I was not expecting and additional 400. If it was a small difference in the quote, let’s say it was off by 100 dollars, I would almost understand. Yet, a whole extra 400 dollars was an unexpected cost that has cause me great inconvenience. The manager that met with me, did not explain that this was a possibility whatsoever. If I knew this, I would have only done one side of my mouth. When I call and questioned, I got nothing. When I ask for a payment plan, what I proposed was no acceptable. To say that I am dissatisfied and disappointed is an absolute understatement. Based on this horrible experience , I’m moving to another practice and advising anyone I know to not come to this facility.

Every single member of staff, receptionist, hygienest, doctor/dentist, office manager are extremely polite, professional and make you feel at ease. I could even choose my own music to listen to, I'll bet that's the first time The Smith's have ever been played here I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, they're very thoughtful and explain everything in an easy to understand way

The hygienist Hadeer did my treatment and it was great... Without insurance I paid the fees without problems it was not so expensive, I recommend them...just go try and see

I went in because my tooth broke and I regret asking them to combine this visit with my annual check up since I was already there. They did not touch my broken tooth and they won’t fix it until I get the deep cleaning done. Now I have the broken tooth scratching my tongue.

Experiencia negativa: The office keeps telling me my cleanings are covered, they take my insurance yet I received a bill for my son’s JULY visit and my AUGUST visit. They keep saying they’re going to credit the bill, her I am in MARCH, 7 months later, and I’m still calling to tell them I got another bill in the mail. Not only that, BOTH our JANUARY visits were ADDED to the bill because whatever they’re billing is not 100% covered. The office manager RJ has yet to call me back. Destiny claims she’ll call back but doesn’t. I’ve spent 7 MONTHS constantly calling and still nothing. It’s actually gotten worse because I listened to them and went in January. They’re clearly not “in network” like they claim. I’m cancelling our upcoming visits & won’t be returning.

I arrived at 9:30 and they said they would be able to do X-rays and also work on my tooth because they booked so many appointments they were able to do the x-rays and nothing else I was very disappointed...... They quoted me $12,000 for issues I wasn't even concerned with

Mr. Rodriguez was patient and very clear about my payment options and I was able to accept one that worked for me. I will be returning for my dental treatment within the next week.

Experiencia negativa: I barely do reviews but this is one that I cannot let go. I went in yesterday because I had one of my composite bond broken 1/2 and needed fixing, front desk was very nice, I had X-rays and the dentist came in along with someone else, they said I needed a deep cleaning because I had build up and bacteria, also I needed to extract 2 wisdom teeth. When I talked to the dentist about my bond she said that the other ones colored wasn’t good and offered Venners, no explanation but she would fix it, after that with my mind clouded from all the issues they discussed, I was told to wait for front desk to discuss prices and they had to get lunch and close the office….EXCUSE ME! They rushed me because all of them go to lunch at t he same time. I said ok let’s do the cleaning and fix my tooth, once I said NO to veneers because I was concerned the dentist told the front desk they would only do 1 tooth with the bond, no explanation and that insurance didn’t cover much. I payed $700 of difference and had to go back after they took lunch to get my teeth fixed, the deep cleaning I feel it was a STRAIGHT UP SCAM! In less than 15 minutes I was done and I had to ask for the dentist to please fix my bond which took more than 20 minutes for her to finally noticed me in room 6. I’ve never felt so frustrated, sad and helpless and rushed that now that I’m doing this review I shouldn’t have been rushed. I’m never going back to that place again !

Experiencia negativa: Scheduled an appointment for Thursday. Low and behold they changed their schedule to be closed on Thursdays. The day before they call me to confirm, say everything's great and ready to go, show up, and they're closed. If you're closed on Thursday why would you allow people to schedule appointments for Thursday!

Experiencia negativa: I was there first time on Monday at 8am, 5-6 Xray, gum check and I waited in dentist chair over 1 hour, at the at they told me dentist is busy and they asked me if I want to comeback tomorrow. I never seen anything like that, Why would you accept appointment. Never again!

Experiencia negativa: Service performed well. The reason I won’t be returning to Aspen Dental is the lack of transparency in cost. Only after I received a bill weeks after my procedure was I informed that my insurance may decide not to cover portions of cost as I was shown at the office. The sales person there made it seem as if my cost was clearly stated at the time but clearly there is much more uncertainty in the actual cost and they knew that. Not only that but the unexpected bill I received from Aspen Dental said “Due Immediately”.

They were incredibly knowledgeable and put me completely at ease. For the first time ever, I’m actually looking forward to my next visit!

Experiencia negativa: I had a disappointing experience that felt like a complete waste of time. I went to Aspen since it was close by. The hygienist said my teeth needed a deep clean. I always go to the dentist every 6 months for cleaning and have never been told this. The Dentist looked in my mouth for maybe 60 seconds and ran her speech but still didn't make any sense. I left the place because they had the nerve to ask me to go sit in the waiting area to speak to someone about the price AFTER 2 HOURS there. I went back to my original Dentist, and the cleaning was $25 and no issues. Aspen is nothing more than a corporate-run dental organization. They must be on commission. Also, they billed my insurance company. What kind of business advertised free X-rays and then charged you a bill? They never told me they would be sending me a bill. The billing practices are horrible. I will file a complaint because I didn’t receive any services. They billed me and then ran it through my insurance plan. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN FOR YOUR DENTAL CARE!! If you do, you have been warned that they will overcharge you

Experiencia negativa: AVOID this dental office at all cost if you are looking for quality care! This place is ONLY concerned about money. I came in for a dental emergency consultation which they assured me was free of charge - but I wasn’t worried because this is 100% covered by my insurance. Instead of doing the emergency consultation that I desperately needed, they try to do a routine dental consult and sell me things. I declined the consult and x-rays and informed them I did not want anything done that was not covered by my insurance. They continued to try and strong arm me into a 3D x-ray that I already had done and provided to them. After standing my ground, they finally agreed to do the emergency consult and said they would do a regular x-ray that is covered by my insurance. After the x-ray they just continued to try and sell me things so I left more in pain than when I came in. A few months later I receive a bill in the mail for services I declined and never received. PLEASE stay away! I was led astray by the good reviews, do not be like me and go somewhere worth your money and time.
