She showed me that the shade my teeth was supposed to be afterwards but they were only white and brite for a couple of minutes, like seriously I am paying $267.00 for a couple of minutes. Very Very disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Came across this spot randomly a couple days before I was leaving for vacation. Christina G took good care of me; answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable, etc. I am definitely happy with the results. Can you get the same results at a cheaper cost by doing an at-home kit? Probably. But it’s hard to beat just 20-40 mins of your time here vs weeks of treatment at home. I would recommend especially if you are on a time crunch.

Experiencia negativa: SCAM! They were very convincing giving me a "discount" on the product paying $86 and I realized what a mega dumb choice that was and tried to get a refund but was refused. They didn't answer my emails which had "trouble" sending twice then I called them and was told they dont have my name or receipt or any history of purchase even though I bought it a day before I called. They then said they dont do refunds on home kits which I was not told nor was it shown on their booth even though it was unopened and as clean as it could be. To top it all off after refusal to refund I checked their website which there was an offer for a home kit with 3 pens for $59? So what did I even pay for I got a kit with 2 pens for $86???

Experiencia fantástica: I just concluded my very first session at Brite Whitening with Aida in Ontario and I am not one to stop for a session of any kind in the mall but her bright spirit, and tenacious energy drew me and my mom to want to get our teeth whitened today. I got to sit back and relax for 20min whilst getting my teeth a beautiful Hollywood white. Honestly, my teeth had results immediately and I have no reason to lie to strangers. If you have the urge to get them whitened do it.

I had originally booked a 40-minute session, but since I had to leave early to pick up my child, I only completed 20 minutes. They were very understanding and assured me that I could come back to finish the remaining time at no extra charge, which made me feel well taken care of. After the treatment, I noticed my teeth were several shades whiter—the results exceeded my expectations. I definitely plan to return regularly for maintenance. Please note: since the technician performing the treatment wasn't the one who originally sold me the package, there was an additional $20 service fee charged at the time.

Experiencia negativa: Did not work for my husband and I. Also I was chemically burned on my gums. I waited the 24 hours to see how they develop and still not happy with the results. We followed the after care instructions which was simple. Paid a total of $250 plus $60 for the after care ones. They promised teeth would be extra white which was not the case. Our teeth are about 1-2 levels lighter at the most which is nothing noticeable. Save your money and get either the strips or the kit to do this at home online. I used crest strips before and was very happy with the results. It lasts for a few years.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! They told me it would only take 20 minutes and every additional 10 minutes would be $50. The owner was helping me, She was a petite pregnant woman. She gave me a “deal” and gave me 30 minutes at $150 + tax, which would usually be $250. ($200 for 20 minutes and $50 for the additional $10) She also show me a touch up kit that I would use every 6 months, which was $50 + tax. I paid a total of $216.93. Other than how long it takes, she used this color scale to show me my before and what to expect after. Another gal came over, showed me to my seat and set me up. I noticed the other two seat had guest. I’m assuming they would be getting up before me as the process only takes 20-30 minutes. She set the machine for 20 minutes and said she would be back to set it again for the additional 10 minutes. While I was completing my first 20 minute round the gal next to sat up gargled and they put more stuff on her teeth and laid back down under the machine. I assumed it was part of the process. I completed the first 20 minutes and they set the machine for the additional 10 minutes. The owner came by looked at my teeth and said I’m going to give you 10 more minutes because I want you to be happy with the results. It was 2:00pm on the dot. One of the employees asked the owner is she did my touch up and she said no. By this time my gums were tingling. She came over to me and said I’m going to do a touch up and asked me how I was doing, I said my gums tingled. In a concerned voice she said, “They are!” and said let me add more vitamin E. She had trouble readjusting the machine and hit me in the mouth with it and turned it off and on several times but finally got it set up again. She walked away. I believe I dosed off and when I woke up it it was 2:35pm and the machine hadn’t turned off and the two girls that were there when I arrived where STILL under their machines as well. My machine turned off a few minutes later. They had me sit up gargle and handed me a mirror and said I was done. My gums looked inflamed and horrible and my teeth looked the same if not worse!!! There was a man standing waiting his turn and he asked how I liked my results and I said it didn’t work and I sat under that machine for way longer than expected. I asked for my money back and realized they never gave me a receipt. I asked to speak to the owner as she had walked away by this time. She returned and said she could return the money for the touch up kit because it wasn’t opened and that’s it because they have a no refund policy. The no refund policy wasn’t displayed anywhere! She said they performed a service and they would not refund my money. I explained and showed her the before and after pictures I took, that it didn’t work and actually made my teeth looked worse. After going round in circles with her for over 30 minutes I noticed one of the other girls had finally gotten up and left and the other had her parents with her and they were complaining about the experience as well. She finally refunded my money and I said just be honest with people. This is no way to do business. Do not waste your time and definitely don’t waste your hard earned money here!!!
