Experiencia negativa: I am not too happy about this place. I read the reviews and was very optimistic and came for fillings. The 1st visit, I did my filling yet I had pain the next day. I waited a week to see if it adjusts, and it didn't. I went back in and turns out there was a crack in the filling in which the doctor had to re-open it and clean it and fill it again. I still had pain on that tooth for a week. Now, it turns out I need a root canal and crown because the filling is too close to the nerve. I can't eat or drink anything cold and I have to pay out of pocket for crown. I went to a different dentistry, but this is very unprofessional of the staff and I am facing the consequences. All the positive reviews was for the management that was prior to the current management.

From my very first visit, I met Kali, one of the dental assistants, and she has been absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly sweet, professional, and always makes my appointments feel comfortable and stress free. She explains everything so clearly that I actually understand what’s being done, which has made the whole process so much less intimidating. I’m currently in the process of getting crowns, and every step has been explained to me in a way that makes me feel confident and cared for. Dr. Johnson has also been wonderful very knowledgeable and reassuring. You can truly tell that everyone here genuinely cares about their patients. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone.

They took my concerns serious and answered all my questions even the ones I thought silly. They filled three of my teeth, were absolutely wonderful and I will be returning to repair the rest of my teeth. Experiencia negativa: Avoid this place. I had three fillings done here, and within five weeks, one of them fell out. The other two are still causing chewing problems 2-3 months later. When I returned to address the fallen filling, they tried to charge me for a new one plus a $50 consultation fee. I sought a second opinion, and the new dentist found that Brite Smilez hadn't completely removed the cavities before placing the fillings, leading to further damage beneath them. It feels like they intentionally set things up so you'd need more treatment later. Worse, they gave my daughter a bad filling too, and she's been dealing with tooth sensitivity ever since. The person who did my cleaning smelled of cigarettes and was extremely rough, cutting and scraping my gums. On top of that, the receptionist is consistently rude and condescending.

Excellent bed side manners! The office is always nice and clean! I've been to many dentists but Dr. Patel is by far the BEST I've ever seen! His assistant is incredible as well! I have major anxiety with seeing the dentist but she's constantly asking if I'm okay and keeps me informed on what's happening and what to expect as well as Dr Patel. Elvis is also great!! I've had SEVERAL things done at this office, and I've never had an issue with anything! I definitely recommend them to anyone whose looking for a genuine, caring and professional dentist office! From to receptionist to the woman who handles appointments, to the assistants to Dr Patel...all 5 star ratings!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Experiencia negativa: My experience at this dentist office was awful. The service was bad from the moment I walked in. The lady at the front desk was really rude and had a bad attitude. She wasn’t helpful at all and made me feel like I wasn’t welcome. The dental care wasn’t any better. The staff didn’t seem to care about my concerns, and I left feeling like nothing was really taken care of. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. There are better options out there. Stay away from this one!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very painful broken tooth that needed pulling, the staff was extremely helpful in having me understand step by step what was going on and Dr. Patel (he pulled my tooth) was very professional and had it done in no time. After reading horror stories online about having teeth pulled (mine was a broken molar) I was surprised to find out it really isn't bad at all. The worse part for me was the shots they have to give to numb you, Dr. Patel made the actual extraction look easy and did it with no pain at all. They also took me in as a walk up emergency patient (pain was unbearable) and gave me a very fair price and let me pay in cash. Thank you again, I was finally able to sleep and just now woke up and got straight to this review. I am already healing! I will recommend this place to everyone and I found myself my future dental care facility.

Experiencia positiva: Great facility ! Front desk services were excellent but I don’t know if it was just that day I visited or what, mind you I am 26 weeks pregnant. When I first got called to the back I was guided by an older caucasian lady. Firstly she did not introduce herself by name or as being the person who would be cleaning me, it was just straight to the point. When I got in the chair we started with X-rays. Which I felt she was struggling with the equipment but didn’t ask for help. Resulting to almost side swiping my face and bumping the top of my stomach. I’ve been to plenty of dentist offices where they explain things from beginning to end about what they will be doing but this visit here wasn’t the case. Everything felt rushed with her, unorganized, and things went unnoticed. I was having to wipe my own mouth due to saliva just sitting there on my side cheek. Usually you get a little napkin thingy on your chest every time. I barely got one the first sit down and didn’t get one the second sit down after I asked for one because it was straight to my teeth. Even though I’m pregnant and my gums are sensitive, my mouth shouldn’t have been in the most terrible pain leaving. Not to mention when we were leaving how am I your patient and you have my charts but don’t even know my name ?! Hopefully my next visit will be better but my first time here was definitely a shocker.

Experiencia fantástica: Most pleasant experience I have ever had visiting a dentist. Parking was easy. The reception staff was ready for me and courteous and helpful. Apportionment started on time and work started right away. Mary the hygienist was thorough and efficient. Most painless cleaning I ever had as she was very careful and precise. Dr. Arpit Patel checked over every thing and gave important and useful instructions for some tooth problems that were diagnosed. Hopefully the staff doesn’t change as everything went so well.

They put me on the schedule for a dental cleaning and I even received a text message but they are claiming I didn’t make the appointment. They don’t understand what they are saying and doing. This was the first time I wasn’t pleased with the results. The dentist did not even come check over the results. It seemed like a rushed job. Almost as if she didn’t know what she was doing or she just got of school and they allowed her to work because they needed people. She was also a little rough. I’m grateful I was able to get my teeth cleaned & looked at but, it wasn’t the best experience that I’ve gotten from this place. I’m not sure what changed but, I’ve had better service before this was just my worst dentist experience ever. But overall I like the place and the staff at the front.

Experiencia negativa: It was horrible they broke a piece of metal in between my tooth. Left it in without even knowing until I went back weeks later from having bad headaches and gum pains. After finding the piece of metal they then tried to remove it and in the process they chipped my tooth and until this day have mot reached out to help or fix my issue ! This was by far the worst experience ever and I do not recommend!

Also they supposed to seat the crown before deep cleaning and numbing my mouth but the hygienist said no I don’t have time to wait , she doesn’t care what is going to happen. And when I called to get my money back , the front desk lady said no i need like a paper that says that we didn’t do the deep cleaning correct.
