She got me in right away, and the staff was amazing at every step of the way. I was FREAKING OUT, but they never made me feel rushed. They all made me feel cared for. I just want to say this staff is great!

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist always gives me high stress and anxiety. However this place makes me feel at ease when I’m having to get stuff done. I’ve been coming here for a few times now and have had done a root canal, cleaning and a tooth extraction ouch! :( ). They really try to work with people who are self pay without insurance and their customer service is always so friendly! I would definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: My granddaughter is so scared of the dentist she had to go to the hospital to be put under for cleaning or pull teeth at other dentist, she is 13 now and still has a fear of anything in her mouth. Well I will never take her anywhere but Dentist of Lake Worth, Giselle and Stephanie deserve a metal for doing an amazing job of getting my granddaughter through a deep cleaning. I actually canceled my cleaning at my dentist and made an appointment for myself. Everyone in the office are so nice and helpful. Best dentist experience I have had in a long time. I can’t thank you enough for helping my granddaughter with her fear and turning it around to hopefully break her fear. She said she never wants to go anywhere else!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife had the appointment and this is what she said: Everyone there is so polite. They seem very concerned about being sure the patient is comfortable. Cameron the dental hygienist is awesome. He took the time to make sure my teeth were clean as I had not been to the dentist in almost three years plus I am a smoker and he made sure to remove the tobacco stains. Audra McCormack is also awesome she was very concerned about my health and made sure to cross reference medications that I was taking to ensure there was no problems.

Experiencia fantástica: What a great experience! The staff was amazing and worked with me on a payment plan for two extractions. The Dr. Himself was great! Good at making you comfortable and distracting you during the hard stuff. He played my favorite music while working on me and I cant tell you just how much that small gesture helped keep me calm and comfortable. Id give SIX stars if I could.

The only one star off is that the crown machine was off, so my crown operation could not be finished today, but I was rescheduled soon (was informed no additional charge for my second visit). Only struggle is that I may need to be numbed again twice for my crown that I expected to finish today.

Experiencia negativa: Very modern X-rays and a lot of staff. But they don’t listen to the patient. I understand recommending services but when they are declined that won’t do anything else. Only what they recommend. And that’s not service that’s disservice. At the end of the day it’s my body and my choice. They used some well our liscence is on the line. That’s ok. Sign a medical waiver and do what the client asks. It’s not hard. Just sounds like money grab to me.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow wow wow. This dentist office was amazing. They were kind, energetic and knowledgeable. Stephanie was helpful, and the dentist talked me through everything step. I was nervous at first because i hadn’t been there before but it was amazing and they made it easy, Along with that the dental hygienist was not harsh when it came to the cleaning which i loved. If i could give this office more stars i would.

The billing spreadsheet is very confusing, I have used my same dental insurance for years and never had to pay for a deep cleaning. I haven’t used my dental insurance this year and this dentist is in network but I had a good sized bill at this dentist. I do plan to seek further explanation on my next visit.

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment scheduled because I wanted to have a crown replaced and wanted to have my teeth cleaned. I feel the patient should decide what procedures they are willing to undergo and pay for not the dentist. This dentist believes that the dentist should decide what procedures the patient must have and must pay for. Ultimately the patient the one responsible for the bill should decide not the Dentist. As an example, it should be the patients decision to engage in teeth cleanings every three months, and have x-rays every six months. Should not be the Dentist decisions but the patients. Insurance only covers having your teeth cleaned twice a year and x-ray once a year. Also, they’re misleading about the Billing. They stated they do not charge for x-rays but they bill your insurance for them. Just because insurance pays for them doesn’t mean they’re free. Also, it’s difficult to get your dentist to share x-rays with a different dentist if you decide to change Dentists. A lot of people want a second opinion before undergoing dental procedures. Many people think dental x-rays are not necessary every year and are done to bill your insurance to make the most money. Most people would prefer not to have unnecessary radiation exposure. There’s a lot of information available online on this topic. X-ray technicians have a high incidence of cancer and they’re not even in the same room. For example, if you change Dentist and you go to a different one, they demand x-rays then you have to pay for those out of pocket if it’s within 12 months. But they are very misleading and claim they’re free. None of these dental office want to share rays. They all want to bill your insurance, the maximum to make the most money because that’s what they care about. Just because your insurance pays for x-rays every year doesn’t necessarily mean you need them. Particularly if there’s no issue. Paying to have your teeth cleaned every three months might not be reasonable for every patient, But according to this, Dentist is not your decision it’s hers. I don’t recommend For that reason. These people are dishonest and downright evil. I came into that office and they refused to do an examination, and tried to charge me $100 for nothing.

They have worked with me to schedule dental care around my schedule and my budget! Duha Bayati DDS recently did some crowns for me and I was home later the same day able to eat food with almost zero pain!!

Experiencia positiva: I am actually incredibly sad to write this, but I started going to this location, if I can remember correctly, at some point last year. The staff was kind and understanding, and I was glad to find a dentist that I enjoyed going to. Giselle is absolutely lovely, and talking to her during the cleanings was the highlight of visits for me. And then...my most recent appointment happened. It was a few months ago. They explained that they had to do the xrays on me again, and I was like, that's fine, you know, annual, probably. I expected it to be like usual. However, when I finally met with the dentist, it wasn't the one that usually greeted me. Instead, I was met with someone else, who talked to me as if I was a kid. I didn't appreciate her demeanor towards me, and I was incredibly uncomfortable. In fact, I didn't recall any of the people around me, save Giselle, who saw me and waved. None of it felt right. It was as if I had walked into a completely different office. I felt like I was being talked down to and pressured. No one could tell me where my former dentist had gone, and I couldn't remember his name(it was a foreign name, that's all I remember). I would put one star for how they made me feel that day, but Giselle still worked there, and I always appreciated her.

They worked financially with me to make sure they could take the pain out of my mouth! I do not think I could ever go to a different dentist again!

They didn't try to sell me an $8,000 treatment plan. They simply addressed the issue that needed attention. Jazmine is always smiling and very professional with a sense of humor. Dr Duha Bayati did the extraction on my tooth and she had already completed it when I thought she was just getting started. Her chair side manner is as excellent as her work. If you have had some previous experiences as I have,that were less than satisfactory, this practice will restore your faith.

Experiencia negativa: Tried to book an appointment twice and no one ever got back to me. As someone who works in the healthcare field I 100% understand being busy or understaffed and sometimes having an off day and accidentally missing the opportunity to follow up with someone which is why after the first failed attempt I tried to book an appointment again but never heard back. At this point I’m taking it as a sign sometimes rejection is protection but that is unacceptable to hear nothing at all.

Experiencia negativa: My previous dentist moved, so I thought I would check out this dentist. They have great reviews. I made an appt and spoke to them several times throughout the few days before my appt on a Monday. I recieved a call from their receptionist on the the Friday afternoon before at 3pm saying if I didn't get back to her I may not have my appt on Monday. Just as rude as can be. The office isn't comfortable at all. It's old with little upgrades in it, I'd imagine, 15 -20 years. It's cold and still looks like payless the shoe store previously there. The dentist there told me that she was going to remove my veneers and my top front teeth and put a bridge there. OMG!!! They also told me I have gum disease and that I needed a bone graph. Then a special cleaning at $1000. I was left in shock that she wanted to remove my front teeth. The dentist left the exam room, and there was their financial person coming in to talk money while I'm lying back in the chair. Saying it could be this much, but we're going to save you money, and it's only this much. I immediately thought this isnt right. It's was too much nonsense to listen to. Not to mention, it feels extremely disrespectful to speak down to me while we speak about business. Literally, looking down upon me while I lay in a chair attempting to fast talk me. A technique they use, in my opinion. I just got up and walked out. SCAMMY!!!! Becareful if you come here and READ THE FINE PRINT!!!!!!!! It's super important that you do before you sign. I went and took the drive to see my previous cosmetic dentist, Dr. Evangelista at Miles dental care. She's been doing this a long time. About 25 yrs or longer. Their office is absolutely gorgeous! There are huge windows to look out. Clean. The financial specialists are absolutely amazing!!! There is nothing hidden. Everything is thoroughly explained and worked out with the insurance in your best interest. They won't be speaking to you while you're lying back in the chair. They will take to a beautiful private office to discuss financial matters. Dr. E was shocked at the suggested work and estimate I brought her from the Dentists of Lake Worth. Not only do I not need my front teeth removed, but they are just being capped. I also do not have gum disease. I just can't believe they wanted to remove my front teeth. I knew something was wrong that day. I'm so grateful I walked out. Please be weary, SCAMMY! I have never had such a horrible experience at a dentist's office. Please just be careful and use good judgment if you do choose to go here.

From the first phone call and visit, I spoke with Christian, Office Manager and was greeted cheerfully. He was very helpful and informative. I had only a brief wait before I was ushered to an exam room, to wait for the dentist. Dr. Drew met with me and listened carefully to my needs and concerns. He was clearly empathetic and ensured that I knew that my health is their greatest concern and together we made a plan to address my priorities. I came away with sound advice. Knowing all of my options, I made the decision to get immediate treatment. DeShina assisted me at many points, from taking X-rays to assisting Dr. Drew with my treatment. She is so personable, professional and kind. I could sense that she truly cares for each patient and was quick to tend to my comfort. Jazmine went above and beyond to help me find a treatment plan to meet my needs. She’s an angel and was more helpful and compassionate than I could ask for. Throughout my many trips to the dentist, overall, this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Experiencia negativa: I came here to see all the positive reviews for this office and decided to give them a shot. I called to schedule my first appointment and gave the girl my contact info and she asked what kind of insurance I had but didn't ask me for any detailed information. She just got the name of it. She then said she had to call me back because someone was standing in front of her at the desk. I could have held on the line but I said ok. I didn't get a call until like 30 minutes later and spoke to a guy. He got the rest of my information and confirmed my appointment. I get another call about 15 minutes later to say their recycle guy grabbed the notes from our earlier call and shredded them so he needed my info again. All that was done and finally set. Appointment day - I check in with the girl at the desk. She tells me to check in online and fill out the first time questionnaire. I do that but accidentally forget to let her know I was done. She then gives me a snarky remark after asking me if I was done, I said yes and she says "oh. You were supposed to tell me." After laughing at my own mistake and apologized several times, she had a very annoyed look on her face. It was an honest mistake. I then watched someone come in, check in and get called back before me. I felt like she was intentionally called back before me. I finally get taken back, X-rays are done, I see the doctor and it's just negative results after negative. I knew I'd need a good cleaning but they told me I had to pay $556 AFTER insurance would cover the rest. I absolutely could not stomach to pay that right then and there. The guy then told me I could do just a basic cleaning which would still cost me $200 up front AFTER insurance. I've NEVER paid that much for a cleaning, if I've even paid anything at all because I have great insurance. I told them I was going to pass and call them if I wanted to schedule something later. I leave, get home, receive an email saying thank you for scheduling my next appointment in June. I NEVER consented to scheduling an appointment. That's what threw me over the top. The fact that I did not give them any permission to schedule me and I was put on their books. Also - when speaking to the guy about that over-the-top price of $556, he asked if it would help if he gave me a flat $500 rate. No! Absolutely not! How would that help??? Of course, he gave me financing options but again - never have I ever had to experience something like this at a dentist office. But also, if he had say in lowering the cost, are you saying that number is automatically thrown at people just to scam them into paying them that much money?? There are several other instances during that 1 visit that happened but these are my main concerns. I now see from previous reviews that they were also convinced to do these extreme treatments. I don't feel comfortable with them...

Experiencia negativa: They extracted teeth voiding my insurance to get the dentures I got the teeth pulled for knowing that just to get some money from me. He pulled my tooth when I said I could still feel pain as well and didn’t do anything but kept on yanking it out. Hurt like hell and now I’m screwed because they did all this. Here is an update. There’s nothing you can do. You screwed me over and my policy won’t cover the dentures anymore. It can’t be reversed so there’s no reason to talk to you.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an exceptional experience with the staff and Dr. Drew McCaffrey. My teeth are in terrible condition, and I came in feeling a lot of shame. The team helped me set that aside with their kindness and professionalism. During my visit for a deep cleaning and tooth extraction, I was a challenging patient. I had an anxiety attack, and my blood pressure was too high to use the intended numbing medicine. Despite this, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel calm and comfortable. They provided apple juice to help with my blood sugar and gave me all the time I needed to relax. Even though my blood pressure remained too high for the original plan, Dr. McCaffrey had a backup strategy. He managed to numb the area effectively, allowing Giselle to proceed with the deep cleaning. She did an outstanding job! When it came time for the extraction, Dr. McCaffrey addressed all my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. I was especially nervous about aftercare and pain management, as I have a very low pain tolerance. While I initially doubted the prescribed antibiotics and steroid pack would be sufficient, Dr. McCaffrey reassured me they would be. I explained to him that I have a very low pain tolerance and wanted to ensure I’d be as comfortable as possible during recovery. I hope I didn’t come across the wrong way—I was just feeling very anxious about managing pain effectively. Initially, I doubted that the antibiotics and steroid pack would be enough, but he stood firm in his recommendations. While I felt frustrated at first, I later realized how effective the steroids are supposed to be for pain relief and feel a bit silly for doubting him. Now that the numbing medicine has worn off, I’m relieved to say there’s barely any pain! The ladies in the front office were amazing as well! The entire team was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. If you’re searching for a new dentist, this office is unbeatable. I’ve been to at least a dozen dental offices, and this one is truly the best!

I was very nervous coming back to the dentist after a hiatus and they reassured me everything was going to be fine. How often do you get shoulder rubs at the dentist office? Thanks Deshina Joy!! They are truly a cut above! The doctor, Phianh Waldron, Endodontist, DMD even text me later that evening to check up on me as I had several intense procedures done in one day. I was blown away.So if anything needs to be done, a cleaning a filling a bridge don't hesitate to go you will be so glad that you did. Experiencia fantástica: I had a broken tooth extracted and a bone graft done. I have some other issues that I need to have taken care of and they are great at explaining everything to me. They have in house financing for more expensive procedures and they really seem to care about patient. The facility is very clean and all staff is very nice. I really like that I don’t have to be referred out to a different facility for some of my other issues. Awesome dentists and care team! I highly recommend to anyone needing emergency treatment or just needing a regular oral care provider.

They spoke to me on first name basis and I could tell they genuinely care about my health and their patients. I felt like family, and completely comfortable after speaking with staff and my anxiety completely disappeared.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the second visit and I was incredibly impressed at services! Both times I’ve walked in, Derek acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. He was courteous and welcoming. There was an issue with my payment and he was so patient with me and we finally got it all sorted! He definitely is a great asset to the team! Giselle brought me back to get started on my treatment and from the moment she called me back she was a joy! She explained everything and she too was patient with me. I was nervous and she helped calm me down and got me through the procedure. Ilan for the second time was absolutely fantastic! The first time around he was very informative and made me feel so much better about finally going in! The second time around he was patient and gave me the time I needed to prepare for the shots to numb me. Not once in both of my visits did I feel the team was annoyed or frustrated with me. They were all so caring and patient with me. I can’t stress enough how much it means to me. You all are extraordinary! Keep up the great work!

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Hold on to your hats for this... I ended up here because their sister dentist had a water leak. I was there to get an implant and each appointment was a circus. First appointment I had the whole staff trying to get this screw in my gum. They were putting paper down my throat afraid they would drop this little tool and I'd swallow it. The whole ordeal had me stressed. Then they tried double charging me because I wasn't their customer and the communication between offices suck. The grand finale was when I finally got the implant they had a new doctor who wasn't on my insurance install it so I find out after the fact that I have to wait for a paper check at my house (which still hasn't came) and bring it up to the office. The whole time I was seen by them I was seen by a dentist that was covered so insurance payments were between the insurance and the office like usual. Well now I'm in collections still waiting on the check and I can't get through to tell them about it. I've told the story to their third party answering service who finally told me that I should drive up there to tell them about it. More like Dentistry of Lake Worthless 2/21/2024 I just called. That's the number I've been calling and getting answering service on. If you truly want to resolve this for me give me another number way of reaching you.

Experiencia fantástica: If I could score higher I would but I can't. I want to thank these 3 people personally. First Derek the insurance specialist he worked his magic when I didn't have the total income I needed to put a down payment and allowed me to still be seen and get the work I desperately needed. Next Dr. K the dentist he explained to me what the process was going to be on one of my teeth. He took his time and sculpted this beautiful crown on my tooth and made me feel so comfortable. Of course I can't forget Dr. Waldon she is absolutely amazing in what she does I had to get a root conal but was so nervous she made sure to walk me through every step and every thing she was doing to my mouth she made sure I was comfortable at all times she did a amazing job on my tooth. I have no pain after my root conal this is the dentist I will now go to and recommend to everyone

Experiencia negativa: Be super careful when choosing your dentist. I scheduled an appointment for a basic teeth clean but it turned into a teeth cleaning sales package of over $1,000. Then they doubled down on NOT doing the original basic cleaning that I signed up for. Economy isn’t good under the Brandon Administration, but I didn’t think it was this bad. I can’t say I’ll recommend

I had all four quadrants cleaned, I was shown photos and the experience was plain free and very relaxing. Offices, restroom, floors all very clean. Experiencia negativa: The denist ilan is extremely heavy handed, but the hygienist is incredible. I had to switch to her. If you are scheduling here ask for her. Do not ask let him any where near your mouth with anything sharp.

I was very anxious during my procedure and Dr. Ortiz and Anthony did not sure me they calmed me down and we continued with the procedure with no problem. Thank you Leyvis for always being the go to person with all our questions, Leyvis is very organized efficient friendly team member.

I enjoyed my first visit with Dr Jung and was sad to hear he left as he seemed to understand the plight of fixed income of disabled veteran and didn't recommend out of pocket services that weren't covered by va. The dental hygienist was friendly on last visit too. Wasn't expecting 4 hour visit today and coming in early for them i kind of freaked when my sugar dropped and my hands were shaking (can't remember last time that happened). But for VA provider clean facility, friendly staff and I know going forward I will be asking how long procedures will take.

I did a annual screening, and got a crown put in same day. This dental team is so professional I can tell the really care about their patients. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. There is adequate free parking. The dental office was organized and very neat in appearance. The restrooms were clean and organized. This is a family dentist office. I can see my daughter and I coming here for years to come. I can't say enough how EXCELLENT the customer service was. Customer service is one of my must haves. I'm glad we chose this dentist office to be our dental home. The doctor took the time time to educate me on how to improve the way I cared for my teeth and gums. Her treatment was therapeutic and exactly the repair I needed. If you are looking for a new dentist this is definitely a great choice in my opinion.
