Experiencia negativa: Called the office as a new patient and asked the receptionist how she was doing, and she did not ask me how I was doing which usually one would get from the person answering at a dentist office. I was expecting a more friendly greeting being a potential new patient. This person was definitely not smiling today. I felt like I was ruining her day by just calling and I was wasting her time or bothering her for calling and asking if she took my insurance. It was about 45 minutes before close and maybe she was tired just not receptive to the phone call. It also could have been just the way things were going. I will give it the benefit of the doubt, and I will try to call back again at a later date. Hopefully I will get a better experience.

Understanding the level of anxiety that occurs with children at the dentist, Dr. Griffin's bedside manner with our daughter is always a wonderful experience as he is always incredibly patient and gentle.

Dr Wilkinson is absolutely the most compassionate and caring dentist. He takes his time and makes your concerns feel heard and understood. He has gone above and beyond to provide the care I need. The hygienists and front office staff are also really wonderful! I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Talicia on Invisalign. I’m really glad I made the move to Smile FW!

They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beth cleaned my teeth like the best ever. She really knows her stuff. They do not rush and take time to explain everything as they work. Also they have a very nice office and modern technology. Holly is super sweet and gave me a detailed run down as to what my out of pocket cost will be for work I need done. Experiencia fantástica: The professional way I was attended to, the patient, the explanations and the treatment itself, all were great.

Experiencia negativa: I liked this dentist for cleanings. I had no fillings or anything other work done besides cleanings + standard things that go with that, and Invisalign. I don’t believe that dental offices should be performing orthodontic work, for the following reasons. Enter at your own risk. I had braces as a teen and had to get a new retainer a couple of times for various reasons. I always had to wait 2-4 weeks to get my appointment for the fittings and assume that this is what caused some shifting in my teeth. Anyways I moved to TX and came to this dentist, and mentioned my concerns. They immediately suggested I’d be a good candidate for Invisalign and said that if I signed up, they’d throw in teeth whitening for free. (I was under the impression that would be done in office but it wasn’t. I was sent home with a diy kit though that may just have been a miscommunication with the billing person I spoke with, who is no longer there.) They didn’t tell me you’d be able to see the attachments or really much about Invisalign as a whole, and sort of presented it as a quick and easy fix for minor adjustments. The dentist himself did not apply the Invisalign, his dental assistant did. She actually applied all of the trays and if I recall correctly, I primarily dealt with her in person. This technician also changed halfway through my treatment, which bothered me because i was comfortable with the original tech and she knew my case. Technically the three teeth I wanted fixed are fixed, but I had clearly crooked front teeth afterwards (photo attached), small gaps on the bottom row, and staining on my back teeth. I had to go to an actual orthodontist to get my hawley retainer after two failed attempts at Smile, go through another 10 weeks of Invisalign to correct the crooked front teeth and close the gaps, and still have some minor issues but it’s the best they could do short of going back to traditional braces which I couldn’t afford nor did I want to have to experience that again. I wish I had been more informed about Invisalign before I agreed to it. My issues are fairly small compared to some but it’s the principle. I paid a lot of money for this and I’m disappointed.

Dr. Wilkinson is also great. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. I appreciate his thorough check-up after my cleanings. I have a lot of trust and confidence in everyone that has worked on my teeth at Smile Fort Worth. They've helped keep my teeth healthy and looking great! I can't recommend Smile Fort Worth enough!

Experiencia positiva: UPDATES: I visited this clinic for the second time to receive a tooth filling treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. My appointment was originally starting at 11 am. After it began for one hour, I was only given anesthesia without any meaningful treament being performed. It felt like a complete waste of time and showed lack of consideration for the patient's schedule and needs. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I’ve used this spot for teeth cleaning. The staff here is super friendly; supportive; and professional. I used to feel scared of visiting dentist as I was pretty sensitive to pain. The visit here definitely eliminated my concern of dental appointments. Moreover, the doctor here is also pretty professional: they didn’t do “over-medical treatment”; instead, they just recommended the proper treatment as if they are recommending to their kids/friends.

Experiencia fantástica: Smile Fort Worth is the BEST Dental clinic in the U.S., without a doubt. Dr. Matt Wilkinson is a dentist who not only has incredible skills but also cares about his patients. The hygienists here are incredible as well - they treat you with respect and always have a smile on their faces. The Patient Care Coordinators are also excellent, especially Christina! Let me provide my background story so that you can better understand why I made the statements above. I came to see Dr. Wilkinson last year, and as someone who always had dental problems and was always embarrassed of my teeth, I felt skeptical about going to the dentist in general. The team at Smile Fort Worth did not make me feel bad about the condition of my teeth (like FIVE other dentists have done in the past). Dr. Wilkinson assessed my condition, prescribed a treatment plan, and suggested lifestyle changes to help me keep my teeth long term. Christina did a fantastic job helping me navigate through the Dental insurance and billing. I got my procedures done, and I loved it! I love that Dr. Wilkinson is not trying to scam you for money, like other corporte Dentists. He genuinely cares about your long-term dental health and recommends the necessary treatment! Overall, I am grateful that I found Smile Fort Worth. Although I will be moving away from Fort Worth in the near future, I will still see Dr. Wilkinson for my dental needs (I will be flying in from another state) because I do not trust any dentist except Dr. Wilkinson to treat me.

The staff obviously believe in the dentists who run the practice, and they execute the vision well. They don't pressure you either and everything is comfortable. I feel compelled to pile onto the mountain of five star reviews, because they deserve it. They pay attention to all the little details. I am a new patient who just completed my first cleaning & x-rays. I do not have insurance and joined their savings program instead. Pricing was reasonable, consultation was extremely detailed. Cleaning was firm & thorough, yet comfortable with check-ins often to confirm comfort. I left the appointment with much cleaner teeth and a better understanding of my oral health. BTW - These people are super timely. As a new patient they told me to expect two hours, and that is exactly how long it took down to the minute. This was one of many small details that made a big impact for me.

I had multiple things going broken retainer needed a exam and cleaning My last orthodontist left glue in my mouth from my braces They Removed it ( I haven been back to them a couple times and they just left it ) But they listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. The dentist took his time and explained everything and told me my options. I didn’t feel rushed at all and they didn’t take a look at my insurance and run my bill up ( I have excellent dental like the last one did). My last dentist I had for 28 years and he no longer accepts my insurance and I have been searching for a new one and I think I found them. I would highly recommend them.

I didn’t even have an appointment but they helped me quickly and they were so kind and caring. Experiencia fantástica: Was very hard finding a good dentist moving up here from Florida. I saw one for about a year I wasn’t very happy with but the more I looked the worse it got.. The one place named after a city in Colorado was by far the worst. Smile was wonderful very easy and mostly painless. Everyone was fantastic. Very clean office and friendly knowledgeable staff. I am very pleased with the service I received. Also very reasonably priced. I had to pay out of pocket as I don’t have insurance so was very helpful and a great value for top notch service and treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Dr. G. He takes the time to talk to you and explain what is going on with your teeth/mouth. I had a bit of a speed bump with this new office but to be fair, I hadn’t had the best track record due to just having a baby. Nonetheless, the office team crushed my first appointment and made me feel at home. They even gave me some booties for our newborn. I loved this!! I will continue to see Dr. G until he probably retires and knowing the great team at Smile Fort Worth is behind him is the icing on top. Thank you.

It’s nice to get some small talk in on how our family has been in the past 6 months since we saw each other last. Can’t imagine going to any other dentist office.

Everyone was so friendly and kind, and they truly felt like they enjoyed working there. I especially appreciated their thoroughness of my cleaning and dental history. The dentist came in for the exam and the hygienist gave a verbal description of everything she had done and seen, and was just awesome teamwork and to see.

She explained everything so well - never left me wondering about what she was talking about. Dr. Griffin was also wonderful and made it a 5 star experience. Kind, personable and knowledgeable.
