Experiencia positiva: N.J was very helpful from when I walked in the door up until I left. My first visit was pleasant, and I have already recommended you all to others. Only thing I'd advise is maybe getting numbed up for the hygiene deep cleaning that is done by Katy, she's very thorough but a bit aggressive to where it hurts. *also from a person working in the medical field for 21+yrs, no matter where you are, if you are going to attempt to discuss anything about a patient(s) in a hush-hush manner, make sure it's completely hush-hush. Patients can still hear!

I can’t imagine anyone like Alyssa explaining final details about procedures and billing like was explained to me in term that were very easily understood. Dr. Park is so caring, professional and thorough. I went in apprehensive and left confident that the treatment plan will take care of my concerns. Aspen dental is considered expensive but if you want excellent care it’s really a value.

From the time I got there I was sitting in waiting room maybe 5 minutes, got me back, did multiple X-Rays, explained everything nicely and had the time to pull 2 teeth. In and out maybe an hour. I especially appreciated how they accommodated my night shift schedule by fitting me in first thing in the morning, which made a huge difference for me. Their kidness really stood out. My whole family goes to this dentist office and we don't plan on leaving anytime soon

Experiencia negativa: Sat in the waiting room for an hour after my appointment time and not that friendly when I finally went back. They should know that patients don’t even want to be at the dentist in the first place and should be more compassionate and try to make you feel comfortable. Just not happy with how I was treated that day.

Experiencia negativa: They did nothing to help me in my time of need. I went in with a simple denture repair. They stated they could not repair a simple break. But they did try (very hard) to sell me a $6000 dollar pair. Even pushing, i could take them on monthly payments. I walked out and the very next place i called got me right in, repaired the dentures and out the door in less than an hour for $225 dollars. That's what customer service is. Not trying to scam people into buying stuff they don't need. I do not recommend this place.

I went Friday for my partial that was supposed to be done and it didn’t fit so I had to wait until Monday morning so they could fix it right, stayed there all day until close and it still doesn’t fit right! Do yourself a favor and go to a different dentist!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Had my first root canal and crowns put in at this location. The entire staff from the dental assistants to the dentist did a fantastic job. The hygienist did a very good cleaning of my teeth. Dr. John was very considerate when replacing my fillings taking the time to explain why it needed to be done. Dr Reena did my root canal she did fantastic job, and took the time make sure I was as comfortable as possible considering I was having a root canal. I had been avoiding dentist for many years but I think I have found my permeant dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Overall it was an okay visit, the hygienist who attended me was a complete sweetheart and really made my visit better. After doing further research, they overcharged me for my visit and mind you, it was my very first visit there. After, they had me waiting in their little lobby area for about 15-20 minutes until someone got me to talk about pricing. I think that’s very inconsiderate on their part. Also, I attempted to call several times throughout the week to reschedule an appointment and EVERY time, I was put on hold for more than 6 minutes, which is very odd to occur EVERY time. Overall my 5 star review goes mainly to the hygienist who made me comfortable but everything else is a one star. Please do better and be considerate of people’s times.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for an exam to try to get a plan together for dealing with my poor dental health today. It was the best visit I've ever had with a dentist, and I've had a lot of those with a lot of dentists. Firstly, I picked this dentist because they had some pretty good reviews. Secondly, I was able to set up a next day appointment via website at 3am the same morning I went. You really can't beat that in my opinion, especially if you're going because you're in active pain. The office is really nice and comfortable. It doesn't feel clinical and souless, it's decorated and they have TVs in front of the dental chairs, which make me way more comfortable because I have a distraction while they do their work. But the people there? Everyone I encountered was kind, genuinely seemed like cared about lil ol me, and they didn't shame me even a tiny bit over my teeth, in fact they made me feel a lot better about the state of my mouth, like despite the cost (I need a LOT of work, about $30k worth) we could still get my mouth healthy one baby step at a time. The tech who did my X-rays made it so quick and painless for me, and biting down on those little plastic cards can really hurt a sore mouth, let me tell you. But she was so fast about it and still took absolutely crystal clear X-rays. Someone give that sweet lady a raise! The hygienist was incredibly informative and helpful about explaining the type of cleaning I need and comforted me about the process I am going to have to go through to get my mouth in order finally. The dentist herself was wonderful too. She was very kind and thorough but gentle. Their financing sounds promising, and I am very, very likely going back to them to get some teeth cared for once I can. Absolutely 10/10 dentist.

Experiencia positiva: I had a good experience at aspen dental. The front desk people were excellent at helping me get my insurance information together in advance of the appointment, they checked me in fast and were generally super nice. The dental assistant was pretty nice. I had to retake radiographs given my last ones had been over 6 months, but the dental assistant took the time to explain the medical necessity of it to me so I appreciated that. The dental hygienist was amazing! She had great tips and did an amazing job at cleaning my teeth and paid attention to my discomfort when present. The dentist was really nice too. He took the time to go through all the diagnostics and treatment plan with me and was flexible with timelines and affordability of treatments. Overall, it was a really good visit. The only minuses would be that there was some amount of waiting between each step of the visit. Overall, a new patient visit took an hour and 15 minutes so not too bad.

Experiencia negativa: I am deeply disappointed and honestly hurt by the way I was treated by this office. What should have been a simple filling turned into a stressful and painful experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I paid my portion at the time of service, trusting that my insurance was handled properly. Weeks later, I contacted the office to be seen for tooth pain related to the same tooth that I recently had filled in September; then being told I can’t schedule because my insurance “didn’t pay what was owed.” When I asked what specifically was not covered, no one could explain it to me. No bill. No breakdown. No clarity. Just blame. The most upsetting part was the phone call. The woman I spoke to refused to escalate my concern to a supervisor and actually told me that my balance issue was a “you problem” and not their fault. Hearing that while already stressed and confused felt incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I am now in significant pain, pain directly related to the same tooth they last repaired. When I explained this and asked to be seen, they refused to schedule me an appointment. I felt completely ignored, unsupported, and abandoned as a patient. I trusted this office with my health, my money, and my well-being, and I was met with coldness, blame, and zero compassion. When you’re in pain and asking for help, the last thing you expect is to be treated like you don’t matter. If you value transparency, accountability, and basic human empathy, please think twice before coming here

I was seen as soon as I arrived and assured that Adam could repair it to be as good as new. At 3pm I was seen by Chris and he worked with me to make sure the repaired denture fit and was comfortable. Experiencia positiva: My tooth was broken and abscess, i was even having trouble opening my mouth, the honored my appointment time great and got me in fast, after they numbed it, I felt no pain while getting it pulled out and was numb for hours later, I say that part was very good job, my only complaint would be how very uncomfortable getting x-rays of my teeth was but I guess different places do it differently for whatever reason

I finally got some thru my job and that’s when the pain in my teeth decided to hurt. I made one call and they got me in the next day in June. Pulled my teeth the next day. I recently experienced another pain in my wisdom teeth. I made that call again. The next 5 days they did so good with pulling my teeth. I use to be so scared because back in Mississippi I had a bad experience with the dentist.. Thank God Aspen Dental got me right. Best place ever.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love the lake worth office tbe actually listened to me when I told them about my severe medical problems with out jumping up and start tell that that its a dry socket becomes i smoke cigarettes or start saying that the that smoking is the reason that im not healing right because when I have immune problems do I admit it probably doesn't help but when its obviously not a dry socket where there are lots of bone spicules coming coming of it i absolutely love the lake worth office that didn't judge or treat me like crap or tell me something that anyone could obviously was several bone spurs. The dentist actually listened and had no problems and I actually know this sounds weird but im looking forward to getting the rest of the problems are taken care of Oh and the other really cool thing and I know crazy but when she put the numbing shot in i never really felt the needle in and it was so quick it was funny
