Experiencia fantástica: Dr Ong is the Very Best...and everyone is fabulous...I'm older and sometimes people aren't as intersed in us...but they treat my husband and myself wonderful...love my dental staff!!!

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend this dental office. The wait times were consistently unacceptable—there were multiple appointments where I waited over an hour just to be seen by the dentist. My biggest concern, however, is the billing. After having a deep cleaning years ago, I continued being charged for periodontal maintenance at every cleaning, even though I was never told I had any ongoing periodontal issues and no problems were ever found during my visits. At the same time, I was approved for braces and in-office teeth whitening, which made me question whether the continued periodontal maintenance charges were actually necessary. The lack of transparency about my treatment and the long wait times have completely eroded my trust in this practice. My family will not be returning.

Experiencia fantástica: My son and I were scheduled at the same time and they accommodated us perfectly so we finished up at the same time. We even got there early and they got us in at about our scheduled time which rarely happens at any medical or dental appointments.

Experiencia negativa: Not having great services. I am expecting to do regular teeth cleaning, after 1 hour 30 mins and was told that because my teeth situation have to do deep cleaning for the bottom teeth which cannot perform on the same date. All I want is just regular cleaning, and the answer I got from the front desk is “No”!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been patients here for 10 years or so. I’d like to say that I will not be going anywhere else for our normal dental needs. From checkups and cleanings, to cavities, crowns & braces… Dr Ong and the staff here are so compassionate and truly care about their patients. They always try their best to get us in ASAP and work with all of our needs and after care needs. They feel more like family than anything else at this point. And I mean that in a good way! We love them!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The MD's, & dental hygienist have been very warm & kind. I have not had any issues. The wait time is very short to brief. The insurance verification person is great at what she or he does. Simply great.

Experiencia fantástica: The Dentist, Dr Ong, is awesome and so is the staff. I also think her name should be on the door at the North Forth Worth office, Texas on N Blue Mound Rd! I know she doesn’t really want her name there, but it’s for new patients to know she’s in this office, without having to go in and confirm. Plus, she’s a wonderful and kind Dentist!!! Thank you! Joanne I met her back up, Dr Mayberry, wonderful as well!!

Experiencia negativa: Staff isn't very kind or friendly. In fact, a couple are rather rude. The big girl especially seems to have a chip on her shoulder. Not very professional. My daughter was happy with the service, just not the staff. If staff is looking up info and sharing it in responses, that is a violation of HIPPA, and is a fireable offense.

If they weren't so far from us (we live in Euless) I would 100% ditch our current dentist office to come here on a regular basis. They went above and beyond and were so extremely nice to us. Experiencia positiva: Late review: The clerk/receptionist on the left is very helpful and pleasant, not so much for the rude female that sits on the right side. Also, I have 3 kids that receive/received orthodontic care and so far they have no complaints. Edit: I just read some reviews and decided to add THIS IS A FORUM FOR REVIEWS. Experiencia fantástica: Took my eldest son to see Dr. Ong for a toothache he was having. Dr. Ong is the only dentist we will go to. She's very kind and gentle yet efficient. She truly cares about her patient and is an amazing human before any other title. She also doesn't rip anyone off and only does what is best and necessary for the patient. I've started sending my extended family to her as well. We love her, she's amazing!!

Betty, Melinda and Priscilla were also very kind, helpful and appreciated! We also had a consultation for braces. I forgot the mans name but he was also very kind. The wait time is very quick. It's also decorated very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this location based off of our experience with the above people!!!!

Not only did 1st Dental and Orthodontics take me in right away, they also fixed the now 6 front teeth that had subsequently chipped!!! I have been embarrassed to smile for a Year! Now, because of their help, my smile is back and I don't have to ever hide it again!!! I am truly grateful to all of the staff and dentist that gave me back my dignity and my smile!!! (Not a great picture from still being numb after getting 6 teeth repaired, but better than before!!!)

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very kind and respectful, also the wait was very short once I arrived. Due to misdirections from my gps I was a little late, I called to let them know and they were understanding and had no issue. Through the X-rays and cleaning they consistently asked to make sure I was doing alright, they were very informative with everything they were doing throughout each step of the process and answered any and all questions I had. I even got a little teeth cleaning goodie bag, and while I didn’t keep them, they even said I could keep their neat little sunglasses, overall a pleasant experience! Oh also, they have TVs for you to watch so you aren’t just staring at the wall, or lovingly into their eyes, or something like that! So that’s cool too!

Experiencia negativa: I had been using this dentist for over 3 years. My tooth broke off, which is actually considered an emergency. They booked me an appointment for the following day. But then said they couldn't fix it for another 3 weeks. I guess they wanted it to get infected before they fixed it they did not try to make me a priority at all. I am very disappointed in their service and I have found another dentist

My kids actually get excited when they know they're going in and will get to see her. She's really kind and gentle while knowing how to handle patients adults as well as children. Experiencia negativa: The office will unethically overcharge you and not provide services, the payment process is not convenient, they give you a hassle. Rosa is very rude and tries to bully people into paying. I would advise others not to use this orthodontics office. STEER CLEAR! FOLLOW UP: In response as you can tell by the response the dental representative is rude and careless and tries to shift the blame on you or any one else that is the patient or customer, the response clearly proves that the dental practice is only out for money and disregards the customer care for the patient and families. The patients are just cash cows for this dental office. In response; this is a generic response, doesn't mean anything, also after paying the bracket fell off which appeared intentional , we had to return to get it replaced. This dental office is making exuses with what they lack. In addition, during th most recent visit for my child and even the last couple of times, the dental assistants are very rude. They ct like children playing at Chuck E. Cheese. This is unprofessional. I can't wit until these treatment plans are complete.

Experiencia negativa: The office people are great. The 2 star is for any parent looking to work with them and you have kids. They are NOW only open 1 Saturday a month and only 2 week days. So if your child has any after school activities getting monthly appointments are a nightmare. Originally they were open more Saturdays and then they changed it things
