Oak Grove Dental Group

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is always so welcoming and very knowledgeable. A special thank you to Dr. Attalla. Thank you for taking good care of me yesterday and being so professional Dr. Chau. I was pretty nervous and thanks for the trophy lol love you guys.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an exceptional experience at Oak Grove Dental in the Target shopping center! From start to finish, the entire team made me feel well cared for. Daejah was wonderful with handling the paperwork and helping with the planning. She has such a great disposition—friendly, helpful, and professional. Anthony Munoz, RDH, was an excellent hygienist! He was gentle, thorough, and took great care to make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Abrams was fantastic. I especially appreciated the time and thought put into developing a treatment plan that actually fit my individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients and their dental health. Great people, excellent care, and an overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend Oak Grove Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Abrams and Savannah were great. Thank you Oak Grove the very best in lake elsinore

Experiencia fantástica: Had an emergency extraction for a molar and Dr. Abrams, Dr. Lee and Alicia the assistant were super awesome and as gentle as possible. Dr. Abram’s didn’t SHOOT the numbing agent in as fast as possible like some others I’ve been to which I really liked. 10/10 am definitely going back for more work to be done to hopefully have a beautiful smile like the ones at the front desk. They even got me an appointment the same day I called them.

Experiencia fantástica: Huge thanks to the entire Oak Grove team! The office is super clean, organized, and everything is always done right on time. A special thank to Dr. Lee, Dr. Dayley, and Dr. Faraji. I don’t know everyone’s names, but I truly appreciate every single person who took care of me and made my visits so easy, comfortable and painless... I had my wisdom tooth removed, a root canal, a cleaning, and crowns done here — and they even had my crowns ready the same day! Financing is also available! I highly recommend Oak Grove for all your dental needs. You can trust them to take care of everything and make the whole process as easy and comfortable as possible! Thank you all !!

Experiencia fantástica: Daejah was super knowledgeable about insurance questions and got me all squared away before any work even started, no surprises when it came time to pay. Johanna is the best there is when it comes to hygienists. Found a cracked filling and Dr. Lee, along with Savannah and Yazmin, got a new filling in and had me on the road very quickly. Came in for a cleaning at 7am, got called back right away, and even after a cleaning, billing, and a filling, I was out the door by 8:30.

Experiencia fantástica: Weird thing to say but I actually had a good time at this dentist office. I was nervous as usual, cause I never had a good experience with the dentist. I'm not very good at remembering names, but the receptionist walked me through everything, helped with the paper work, and we even shared a few laughs. I felt very well attended by all the staff despite how busy they were. ( 1st time there and I had 4 teeth extracted). They are the best. Definitely recommend.

Oak Grove Dental was totally professional, and they were upfront with the out of pocket costs. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely refer my family and friends! Thanks for the great job Dr Cinau, Savannah & Daejah!

Experiencia fantástica: I went in today for my first root canal and Dr. Dayley and Kim were so amazing. Kim explained everything to me and she was so nice. Dr. Dayley was very nice and quick while doing the root canal. The best dental experience I’ve had in a while 10/10.

Experiencia fantástica: Modern equipment, friendly staff, transparent pricing and treatment. My new patient visit took about an hour and a half, but included x-rays, pictures, usual cleaning, disinfectant laser, and flouride. It was quick and detailed. FYI, they only accept two family members in a day to avoid the issues of mass cancelation. This probably also helps them have at least a few appointments available every week for new or urgent appointments, and they just expanded their office.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Alicia was very helpful, and made it quite easy for me after not going to the dentist for quite a many years. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice staff, especially Vincent Juarez that guy definitely needs a raise!! He was very nice Lilly and the front desk staff are very helpful as well and they’re also very nice all the time.

Experiencia fantástica: There is just no better dental hygienist than Johenna in the Oak dental office at Lake Elsinore. Johenna has the most gentle yet strong hands to work out my dental build ups. She is patient and never made me feel rushed. My teeth always feel super clean when I walk out that dental office! What an amazing dental hygienist

Experiencia fantástica: Weird thing to say but I actually had a good time at this dentist office. I was nervous as usual for the dentist but Alicia walked me through everything she was doing, she was gentle and efficient, and we even shared a few laughs. I felt very well attended by all the staff despite how busy they were. Definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Oak Grove dental for YEARS!! I truly love the staff here! They are some of the most friendly people and they always remember names and details even of family members of mine that they don’t see often. In fact, I brought one of my daughters in for a consult a few years ago, and when I showed up for my visit last week I was asked about her and they had only met her once. It’s this kind of family atmosphere and friendliness combined with the utmost professionalism that keeps me coming back. Not to mention the excellent work! I have brought all but one of my four children as well as my husband to Oak Grove. I would like to give a special shout out to: Dr. Chau for his incredible skills and I love his personality! And to the staff: Lilly, Savannah, Anthony and Daejah, you all are EXCEPTIONAL people!! Thank you for always making my experience there a welcoming and stress-free time! Sincerely, Shylo Berryman and family

Experiencia fantástica: Oak Grove Dental Group in Lake Elsinore provides general dentistry and specialized procedures in a very relaxing and pleasant environment. I know that I am in excellent hands here! I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the friendly front office staff, dentists, medical assistants, x-ray technicians, hygienists, and the periodontist who provide specialized treatments and procedures. I felt very much at ease in the private room where I received an evaluation and oral surgery by top notch periodontist Dr. Jae Choi, whom I highly respect for her chairside manner, assessment, and professional commitment to patient needs. Kudos to Oak Grove Dental Group & Dr. Jae Choi !!!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm a new patient here and I have to say that the customer service was excellent I believe the person at the desk was Paloma she helped me with everything i needed and made sure I felt welcomed. I had a deep clean from anthony i believe that his name and all i have to say is that he was awesome and amazing at his work along with Dr. Lee and savannah they all made me feel welcomed, other than that Everyone was awesome and would definetly recommend this place to others!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Oak Grove for years, probably a decade now, and I couldn't recommend them more. Oak Grove cares for my husband and 14yr old son as well. Johanna does my cleaning, and is so gentle and caring. I had another hygienist and didn't like her, so I make sure I always cone on Johanna days. I also met with Dr Lee and Vincent, who were equally as friendly. Along with the front receptionist, as always!

Experiencia fantástica: Savannah and Anthony are very professional and kind Everytime I come in. Dr.chau is great at what he does. Daejah was very helpful checking me in. They always have great music playing. Thank you Oak Grove for taking care of all my dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chau and his incredible team — Savannah, Johanna, and Lilly — deliver an experience that goes far beyond “a trip to the dentist.” Every visit feels welcoming, efficient, and genuinely caring. Dr. Chau is exceptionally skilled and takes the time to explain everything in a way that feels reassuring and honest. You can tell he truly cares about his patients’ comfort and long‑term dental health. Savannah brings such a calm, friendly energy that instantly puts you at ease. Johanna is wonderfully attentive and makes the whole process smooth from start to finish. And Lilly is always so kind, professional, and on top of every detail. Together, they create a team that works seamlessly and makes you feel like you’re in the best hands possible. I’m genuinely grateful to have found a dental office where I feel respected, cared for, and confident in the quality of treatment. If you’re looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond — this is the place.

Experiencia fantástica: Savannah was very nice/courteous and made me feel comfortable, she was also very informative about my new dentures, I was very satisfied with the service, both from Savannah and the front desk Thank you all

Experiencia negativa: I’m writing this review on behalf of my sisters experience at this practice. She visited this office back in April 2025. The Dr. did an xray and told her she had to extract two teeth because there was an infection going up to her brain. He said he should quickly do the procedure because the situation could get worse. He would take her insurance & he also said he would give her a good discount because she is young. (). THANK GOD she didn’t listen to this unethical doctor right away. She was about to listen to him but we pressured her to get a second opinion from someone else. She went to her primary dr and explained what this dentist had said & the primary doctor couldn’t find anything wrong. My sister then went to another dentist and this new dentist said her bite was off and they fixed it immediately. No teeth were extracted & no root canal was needed. It has been a year! And she is perfect, no more tooth pain. I do not trust this dentist. P.S. We’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while but life happened. We only remembered because the xray the dr took showed up on our photo highlights.

Experiencia fantástica: I honestly can't remember the last time I left a review for any business, but this office has compelled me to do so. As someone who works in the dental industry (restorative side), I can say with confidence that this is an amazing dental office. Very professional and honest dentistry. Everyone there is friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I have convinced my own wife and multiple coworkers to switch their dental care to this office and everyone has nothing but great things to say.

Experiencia fantástica: Alicia and Dr Lee were very quick and efficient, I was out in less than 30 minutes which was awesome. They were both kind and friendly making the experience and environment very enjoyable and lighthearted. My teeth feel and look great

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I still LOVE this place. Dr. Chau is the best dentist and never tries to upsell me on anything I don’t need. He’s honest and does excellent work. Savanna, and Lilly are like family to me and always take the best care of me and put up with my annoying questions. Alicia fitted and adjusted my new partial denture on the first try so I was blown away by her skills! Thank you Oak Grove for making going to the dentist not so hard!

Experiencia fantástica: All staff were friendly & thorough. Dr Lee was attentive.

Experiencia fantástica: Johanna is an amazing dental hygienist! She’s super friendly, gentle, and really knows what she’s doing. She made me feel comfortable the whole time and my teeth have never felt cleaner. Highly recommend her!

Experiencia fantástica: Great workers. I was taken especially good care of by my Dr. Lee and Savannah. They made me very comfortable and talked casually which made the visit easier than ever.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleased with the service and staff. Dr. Chau, Lilly and Vincent And I really appreciate that the restrooms are always clean, well supplied, have hooks for your purse, counter top for paperwork… just thoughtful and nice.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Lee and Savannah did a great job. However $35 for the fluoride I think was too much, won't be buying that again.

Experiencia fantástica: Of course my first visit was for a cracked tooth, Oak Grove Dental was very kind to take me in as a new patient. Savannah took all the X-rays which was painless and she made sure to address each concern I had. . Dr.chau numbed me up and got started. I felt no pain the staff was very kind and asking me how I was feeling and if I was comfortable throughout my visit. This place makes me feel confident with all my future dental needs. They deserve a very high rating and I recommend them to everyone. Lilly helped me with all my future appointments and Anthony cleaned my teeth and did an amazing job. I’m really glad to have found Oak Grove Dental as my new home office

She answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel pressured. I felt reassured with all the staff here glad I found them!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a patient at Oak Grove Dental for 25 years. Recently, I went in just for a routine cleaning but was told and shown I had a large cavity, a broken veneer, and a crown that no longer matched with my other front teeth. Even with my insurance I was facing a significant cost for repair. Dr. Chou could not have been more understanding and compassionate. First he adjusted my out of pocket cost to fit my budget. Then, he and his assistants proceeded, very gently and slowly injected generous amounts of anesthetics. They waited for my approval to start the work. Then, when I was totally numbed he began the procedure on my 3 front teeth. I was totally comfortable and now looking forward to my new crowns being delivered soon. The dentist's office is not my favorite place to visit, but this office has NOT been a feared place for many years. Thank you all for the kindness, compassion, and quality of care the Oak Grove team has given to me and my family. Sincerely, D. and the family

She helped make the entire process smooth and stress-free, and her kindness really stood out.
