Oak Valley Dental

Experiencia fantástica: Started coming here because of the viral social media video that’s been going around. It really is a great office! The staff are entertaining as they are professional! Keep up good the work!

Experiencia fantástica: Oak Valley Dental is by far the best dental practice I’ve visited. Booking is seamless, their text and call reminders are super convenient, and they consistently start appointments right on time. A special shoutout to Cici—she's an amazing dental hygienist who is friendly, thorough, and fast. Even though I live in Temecula, the 30-minute drive is 100% worth it for this level of care!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Oak Valley Dental!! My boys and I have been coming here for our dental care, and we always have a great experience! Dr. Shu, Jay, Cece, and the entire staff is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They make us feel comfortable from the moment we walk in, and they’re always kind and patient with my kids. The service is excellent, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dental team!

Experiencia fantástica: Clean office and friendly staff. They always have a smile on their face when you walk in. I’ve seen many of their hygienists for my cleanings and always feel comfortable throughout my appointment. Jay has been my go to for most of my cleanings. He answers all my questions to help me understand what I may be feeling during my cleanings and listens to any concern I may have no matter how big or small it is.

Experiencia fantástica: They scrub my teeth till they sparkle and shine, then send me out with a massive grin so bright it could blind oncoming traffic.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place just had my teeth cleaned he is amazing thank you Oak Valley

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been with Dr. Romero Shu since 2022, and it’s been such a great experience. I came in feeling really vulnerable and honestly a bit scared of the dentist, but from day one I was treated with nothing but respect and given the privacy I’d always wanted in a dental office. All of the dental hygienists are patient and kind, and they truly listen to your concerns (shout out to Jay!). Dr. Shu himself is amazing. He walks you through multiple options and never pressures you into procedures you don’t actually need, which I’ve unfortunately experienced at other dental offices. I cannot recommend this place enough. You will be taken care of here, and you won’t regret coming.

Experiencia fantástica: Jay i a great hygienist. I look forward to his careful kills And personality. The whole staff is wonderful and considerate.

As someone who hated the dentist I can say I have found my dental office that I love and don't dread going for treatment or cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been clients here for several years. The staff is always super professional and always helpful. We switched insurance providers through my work and the front desk knew exactly how to navigate the change. I would highly recommend Oak Valley Dental to anyone in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: 39 year old here. Never really liked the dentist in my life growing up I had terrible teeth which is why. I moved to Menifee and gave this dentist a shot. Absolutely fantastic place that care about your teeth and are very thorough in explaining everything. I highly recommend "J" I will not go to any other dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Oak Valley Dental is absolutely exceptional! From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcomed and at ease. The front desk team is friendly, efficient, and always on top of scheduling and insurance details. The dental assistants are gentle, thorough, and take the time to explain every step of the process — which makes such a difference if you have any anxiety about dental visits. But the real standout is the dentist himself Dr Marcelo. His expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care for his patients is evident in every appointment. He doesn’t just treat your teeth — he takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you’re completely comfortable before proceeding. The office is spotless, modern, and runs on time, which I truly appreciate. I’ve never felt rushed or like just another patient on the schedule. If you’re looking for a dental office where the entire team truly cares about your experience and your health, Oak Valley Dental is it. I won’t go anywhere else!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this dental office, the staff are all so friendly, like they enjoy their job and are happy to see you. Dr. Shu is amazing! I came from a dentist who was always pushing for me to replace crowns. I don’t get ANY of that pushiness from this office. The is truly a special practice, so glad I was referred here.

Now, almost 40 years old, I can honestly say that Oak Valley Dental has completely changed how I feel about dental visits. The entire staff is amazing, friendly, welcoming, and always focused on making sure I’m comfortable.
