Experiencia negativa: I saw Andrew Tibbitts a couple of months after suffering a burst fracture of the thoracic spine. Spinal fractures take a long time to heal (recovery can take a year or more). I couldn't wash my feet during those days (bending was dangerous, + even breathing was very painful). During one of my visits, I heard the doctor and his colleague laughing about "she's pretty but her feet smell" (Tibbitts KNEW about my recent spinal fracture! I wish you had the same hard experience, Andrew Tibbitts and your fancy colleague). When Tibbitts installed one of the crowns on my front teeth, it turned out to be too short (all the years after this, the partially naked tooth was/is sensitive and at increased risk of cavities because the upper part of the tooth became exposed). During my last visit, while placing a crown, Tibbitts pressed it TERRIBLY hard with his muscular arms--he practically leaned his entire large body on my head and neck, crushing the base of my skull against the hard chair! I moaned in intense pain. My neck hurt so much afterward! The pain was comparable to the spinal fracture (10 out of 10)! But neither dr Tibbitts nor his assistant noticed that I was clearly in a lot of pain. I'm not a whiner; on the contrary, I've always tended to downplay my pain for myself and others. Dr Tibbitts even praised me for my patience (due to an allergy to anesthetics, I was given less anesthesia or none at all--I asked about this). I think he damaged one of the tiny bones of one of the vertebrae in my cervical spine near the base of my skull. My neck hurt terribly for MONTHS afterward! I was forced to wear a special brace for several months (in SoCal hot summer). When I left that office (for good), I told his assistant that my neck was now in a lot of pain--it seemed the doctor had damaged something there. After this, I heard the assistant told dr Tibbitts I was crazy and that I didn't have a thoracic spinal fracture, which I mentioned before (should I send an MRI and X-rays as evidence for the gaslighting assistant?) PS. My answer to Tibbitts: I'm a very fair person, and my reviews (good or bad) reflect reality. I'm very busy and only write reviews about outstanding cases (very good doctors or those who can be harmful). I WAS your patient (it's quite ridiculous gaslighting to claim I wasn't). You and your assistant said nasty things and laughed at a person who was suffering greatly! I couldn't have made that up myself. Both subsequent dentists who saw your work said (themselves) that one of the crowns was too short (and I've felt it every single day for all these years!). I'm so glad I'm no longer your patient! I can't say you're a terrible dentist – but fortunately, there are many truly good ones (I've seen quite a few dentists in several cities and countries, and most of them were better than you). I read your responses to other reviews ("try to find more perfectly done work," etc.) and realized that only one thing is really perfect in this case--your narcissistic defenses. Apparently, no one can get through to you. I didn't expect an apology from a person like you; my review is simply a warning to your potential patients.

I spoke to Savannah, she was very kind and was nice enough to call my insurance to see if I was in network . She informed that we weren’t, she explained the process to me and even though I won’t be seeing this dental office because of my insurance, I was so thankful that she was honest and very informative.

My 8 year old daughter Aubrey recently had a dental procedure here, and not only did she handle it like a brave little champ, but the staff made the entire experience smooth, comforting, and positive for both of us. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. The team was patient, gentle, and truly made Aubrey feel safe and cared for every step of the way. As a mom, that means everything to me. It’s so rare to find an office where both the kids and the parents feel at ease, but this place has it all professionalism, compassion, and a genuine love for what they do. Experiencia fantástica: Hands down best dental office - ive been going to them since i was 22-ish- im 40 now - My boys have always gone here since they were toddlers, and they're teens now- When i moved away and brought them to another dentist; who told me they had 6-7 cavities, i didn't believe it … I took them over an hour to this office , and was told they had ZERO cavities - Honesty is very important to me, as it should be to most people- I know the staff pretty well, and they honestly just want the best for their patients with no b/s - take my review as you will, but they're legit . Military veteran knowledgeable as well , so thats always a plus

I have had a few procedures done thus far and they have gone great with the one in process now being a front tooth implant - which while it is a slow process by nature, it is going well and should be completed in about 3 weeks.

Experiencia negativa: Pros: Clean office. Cons: 1. Care that my husband received was not good. Ended up with mouth sensitivity and other issues. Also hygienic wise some issues that came up were not good during the appointments how they used the tools n etc 2. Office front desk - they scheduled an appointment without my husband's knowledge and I had to call to cancel. I spoke to triwest and told me they did not authorize this appointment and the receptionist kept arguing with me that they weren't the ones when clearly that's not how community care works . The receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me and I had to let triwest know this appt was scheduled without my husband's knowledge and to make sure we do not get billed for this. We have spoken to other veterans about this place who have came here and it wasn't good.

Experiencia negativa: I’m a new patient. I like how they were very nice and accommodating. The lady who cleaned my teeth was really good. She really knows what she was doing tho maybe be a little bit gentle next time and aware coz like the water was dripping my neck the whole time and she didn’t care or maybe she never saw it and also changing of gloves every time you touch your computer and back to touch my mouth again. Talk about cross contamination. I also work on a healthcare set up so that’s a big NO-NO for me. So now after 6 months. They sent me a bill worth $313 for what? What for? Tell me!!! Co-pay? That was just a regular cleaning and I had an insurance. What a money scam.

The staff is great, the office is clean with state-of-the art equipment, they offer emergency care, and are able to provide all dental services within their office. Dr. Bramwell was thorough, friendly, and down to earth - which is exactly what we appreciate in a dentist. Upon first inquiring with this office, Dr. Tibbitts personally reached out in an email to introduce himself, offered to answer any questions/concerns, and even provided us with his direct cell phone number should we need anything. This kind of customer service & friendliness definitely deserves 5 STARS!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We had an after hours dental emergency with a knocked out front tooth - Dr. Jason Braithwaite came through clutch! It was 11p and Dr. Braithwaite communicated options to save the tooth and he met us at the office within 30 minutes ready to save a smile. Dr was very skilled, knowledgeable & patient! The office followed up the next morning and had us come in next day for Dr to complete the root canal and fix chipped teeth. Excellent outcome and an extremely happy “smiling” patient. Experiencia fantástica: As much as I absolutely hate going to the dentist, when I have to go, this is the dentist I choose. The whole office staff is extremely friendly, they make you feel welcome and put you at ease. I come twice a year for my cleanings and yet they always greet me by my name and remember whatever the small talk we had the last time I was there. During the visit, they make sure that I feel comfortable and stop when I start panicking (like a little girl) when I see or hear a drill. I highly recommend this office especially if you are not a fan of dental procedures.

The reason being is that Dr. Tibbitts is a 5 star dentist and human being, but also a top notch Pickleballer who arguably may have brought the sport to the Temecula Valley... arguably. But why argue about silliness like a sport named after some crazy lady's dog in Seattle WA? I'm looking for a guy that can keep my chompers in shape and looking fine. He and his team of pro Dentisians will. I'm pushing 5 decades in age now and my teeth are a strong as an ox and brilliant white. That is no joke.

My husband had a paralyzing fear of the dentist until we found this office. They are absolutely amazing. They answer all our questions and never make us feel dumb for asking. Their pricing is very fair and well priced. The dental hygienists are all incredible. They even take the time to teach both of us the proper way to brush and floss. They only suggest and do the work that needs to be done - no gimmicks no up-selling of any kind. I’m so thankful we have finally found a dentist we can trust. The work that they do is impeccable. Their service is bar-none. We will continue to gladly go to this dentist as will our children!! Update: THIS DENTAL OFFICE IS AMAZING WITH KIDS! Recently my daughter needed a lot of dental work done and they were absolutely amazing. She was able to watch her iPad with headphones in and wasn’t scared at all. Everyone in the office from the front desk, to the dentists, the dental assistants and the hygienists were all so kind, loving and sweet toward my daughter. I cannot say enough how much we love this dental office! They also offer a dental plan now for people without insurance and it is such a great plan! We get discounts on dental work and get our routine check up and cleanings done for such a great price. If you are looking for a dentist do not hesitate to go here - you will be glad you did!

Experiencia negativa: The worst experience of my life here. My lower implants were started around November 2017 which are still not complete and still painful. DR Tibbitis being such a rude n unprofessional totally refused to go further although he has been paid. I have never heard anybody getting the implants n not done in more than two years.

Experiencia fantástica: I never thought I’d say this about a Dentist, But I had a wonderful experience!!! The office staff was great trying to get my insurance figured out, calling me back immediately several times. Got an appointment very quickly, even though they had never seen me before, I asked for a more private room which they gave me. The office was cold and offered me a blanket(which I thankfully took) If your nervous about going to the dentist I highly recommend them!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Took our son to Dr. Tibbitts office today after he was hit in the mouth at school, displacing his front tooth. The office staff was amazing and were able to get him in super fast! We've been to Legacy offices before but never this one. The Doc took his time and explained the whole process and every procedure to all of us. Plus, after the appointment, the doctor had noticed that our son had this accident with an ER visit prior, all happen on his birthday! He ordered an ice cream birthday cake for him and the office personnel gave it to him after! You know, to ease the swelling. . Could not be happier with Dr Tibbitts and his staff! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I just had the most wonderful experience, with Dr. Andrew Tibbitts DDS. and staff. While on vacation in California, my one implant came out, and I was in a panic. I talked to my Dentist in Issaquah, and he said , I needed to get it put in before the opening closed up. He suggested I fly home so he could fix it. Or have my husband try to put it in. No to both. I called Dr. Tibbitts he brought me in and fixed it, plus tightened all the implants. Now I’m feeling so blessed to have found him. A true angel in disguise. Thank you thank you and your wonderful staff. Absolutely the best . Now we can enjoy the rest of our vacation. If you need a dentist pleaser go see him, you will not be disappointed. They are all great with communication, reminder calls, and making sure to get me in for emergencies visits as well as routine cleanings when I’ve had to reschedule. I highly recommend them!

My history with so many offices and the experience I see with my kids are always procedures we didn't ask for, pushy sales and extras, or delays. Andrew Tibbitts DDS & Associates was different. I found them on a weekend when I broke a tooth. They took me in and didn't play the insurance game. They were fast, courteous, friendly, and didn't push on extra services or products. I really appreciate that. Since then, I go for cleanings, and they are usually on time and the staff nice and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time visiting this office. I wasn’t just another number with any of the professionals in this office. They listened intently to all my wishes and went beyond what I was asking for. I really liked my dentist and his assistant. A little pricey but in all fairness what I need done isn’t a cheap fix anywhere. Their office was very clean and updated on their equipment. I was very impressed by the time and workmanship spent fixing temporary teeth. In all I highly recommend this office, the doctor and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Firstly, I have never had any good experiences with any dentists in my life; nevertheless, I had the absolute best experience with Andrew Tibbitts and Spencer Bramwell. I had just been to the ER the night before for a broken tooth with severe tooth pain. They got me in early the next morning. Andrew and his staff did everything to make you feel comfortable. They really took the effort to get to know you and not force unnecessary procedures and expenses on you. I have never met two dentists that genuinely care about their patients needs, while maintaining their high standards of work. Spencer preformed each procedure professionally and communicated every step and checked with you to make sure there was no pain. Hands down these are the guys to go to for all your dental needs.
