Experiencia negativa: It was 30 mins delayed & wasn't ask if I want to add "flouride" on the bill. Bill was already done. Good that I saw it before paying the deductible. You should politely ask your patient before charging. Flouride soared from $25 to $40! What an increased!

Experiencia negativa: Do NOT recommend. No Saturday. $85 late fee for missed appointments; 15-minute grace period, but they still threaten to charge for rescheduling. After scheduling conflict for routine cleaning I had to switch dentists. Dental office sent me a bill $461 a week later for a procedure they did 6 months ago, which I was never informed as being outstanding.

I truly appreciate Ashley the office manager she was super helpful. And the dentist was highly educated and was able to get me feeling better right away. Thank you guys for everything

Said she couldn’t get a hold of Ashland she continue to say no and she hung on me. Rude. I have had very bad experience with this Dental company. The Regional office manager Kevin doesn’t help resolve issues he ignores them. I have started implants over a year and still not done. Plenty of cancellations wanting me to travel to this dental office for my treatment. 2.5 hours to travel for treatment that should be done in Vista. This is the short what I have dealt with. Disappointed

Experiencia positiva: Excellent quality service and super friendly staff from the front desk to the dentist himself. Great looking office and equipment seemed very new and cutting edge. Also found out that they do it all in-house from implants to bridges etc... My evaluation and cleaning for the first time was better than I had in years. Very thorough cleaning and kept the patient (me) very comfortable and super attentive to my needs for rinsing and making sure I knew what was going on (like play by play) as the hygienist cleaned, which I found to be a great touch. The dentist I can tell cares deeply for the kind of treatment he recommends as one of my family members was having difficulty with what would need to be done to fix her teeth but was reassured by his positivity and confidence (great accent to boot) in stating that he would make her teeth would look better than before and that he treats his patients like he would his own mother (family). Love this dentistry and looking forward to my next visit. Update June 21 2023 Still like coming here but have noticed that they are very geared to selling everything without asking, just come in for your routine cleaning and bam your charge for the visit is $$$ before even getting started, if you catch it they will take them off. Another downside is even if you ask to not have those charges added next time you come, don't expect them to remember that. They are still very friendly and remind the crap out of you that you have a appt coming up. Still very clean and great about taking X-rays every visit, regardless what your insurance max limits are (cool with me as long as they don't charge me for them).

If you go in for cleaning, I highly recommend you ask for her.

My prior dentist used to be a five minute drive for me but since I have started going to Castleview and Dentalviews it is worth the 20 or 30 minute drive to get the excellent care.

The staff makes me feel like I am not only their patient but also their friend. I had feared going to the dentist for 11 years and finally decided that I needed to take care of myself and I am so glad that I got referred to this location in Murrieta. A special shoutout to Ashley who is my “Go-To” for EVERYTHING. Her smile when you wain in is contagious and her customer service is off the charts. Experiencia fantástica: I came in for a cleaning at castle view dental with the amazing Shannon, it was great experience always, and Dr. Q recommended 2 fillings on 2 top teeth to be done and I had a crown that needed to be replaced with a new crown which I had for 13yrs. Murcel and Dr. Q were an amazing team. I have a sensitive gag reflex and they didn't make me gag once. Teresa at the front desk was awesome making sure I was up to date with the billing side and kept me posted on the appointment time and date with texts and calls which was helpful. Great staff at castle view. Friendly and informative on everything done.

Experiencia negativa: I went here for years and had a great experience, until recently. Last year, I had my last visit with them before moving out of the area. Almost ten months after that routine appointment, I received a call from them telling me I owed money for my deep cleaning and fluoride treatment. I told them I have never had a deep cleaning, and I always decline the fluoride treatment. They insisted that I did have both treatments and that I owed them the money. I have excellent dental hygiene and I would certainly remember being told that I have gum disease and that I needed a deep cleaning--and I would absolutely remember being numbed for such a procedure, as I am needle-phobic. They told me they would email me the treatment plan that I supposedly signed, but of course they didn't do that because it doesn't exist. I don't know if this was a clerical error, or an intentional attempt to scam me, but either way I am pissed that they decided to harass me for payment for something that I never even had.

Experiencia fantástica: I had booked an appointment with Castle View Dental Care from the time that the receptionist answered the phone up into even my appointment day every thing was very simple the receptionists are very polite when I even got my texts they reminded my appointment frequently and they also set me directions and address and phone number which was very helpful first I met with Oscar he did all my x-rays he is the oral hygienist there he was also very polite very thorough explained everything answered all my questions . Dentist was amazing as well he explained everything even showed me pictures which was awesome it helped me out a lot to understand everything that was going on. I have a lot of work that needs to be done Amy was also one of the nurses we had a good laugh she was also amazing. I've been met with Yvette the office manager to go over my dental plan and what needed to be done and the cost she spent quite a bit of time helping me out to figure all the resources and everything that I would need everyone was amazing I would definitely recommend them my dental work starts on Thursday I am so excited!!!

Experiencia negativa: A rather misleading dental office who takes advantage of patient billing and non expertise in the dental field. A dentist who can’t speak clear English to understand, accent is too thick. They are negligent in assessing issues that need to be dealt with in a timely manner. I spent 20K and still always new surprises to billing and work. If you come here, GET A 2ND OPINION FIRST

Experiencia fantástica: I'm terrified of the dentist. They've redone my grill with me being the biggest crybaby. The Dr is harsh but real. He's great. Amazing staff. Ashley I luvs her. Yvette too. Very personable but the Dr won't put up with tears. overall for someone terrified of the dentist, I keep going back. For me that says something.

Let’s Not Forget Mrs Evette I needed some help regarding tooth number 3. That was was done at on one of their sister Dental CLINIC that was done about 18 months ( since I had back surgery and was out so long ) She went over and beyond and spoke to her Boss.
