Experiencia fantástica: They Were There When I Needed Them It all started Friday evening with a slight tingle. By midnight, that little tingle had graduated into a serious throbbing toothache. At first it was bearable, but as the night went on, the pain reached the point of no return. I found a flyer for Lansdale Family Dentistry and called Saturday morning. At first I was told they were completely booked, which I understood, it was Saturday. Then the person on the phone asked Is this an emergency? I said yes it is and i can't wait until Monday He told me he would call me back. And he did. They found a way to fit me in at 9:15 that morning. I ended up needing two extractions, and they took care of me that day. I genuinely don't think I would have made it comfortably until Monday. That's the kind of experience you remember. They were already booked, but when they realized someone in the community genuinely needed help, they found a way to help me. Thank you, guys. I truly appreciate you being there when I needed you most.

Even after Dr. Targan's retirement, I've continued to enjoy every visit. Hina has been cleaning my teeth for many years, and I know I can always count on her for a thorough, gentle cleaning. I also love the Airflow therapy they offer it is absolutely worth the out-of-pocket cost. My teeth always feel incredibly clean afterward! The doctors are all wonderful, especially Dr. Mark and Dr. Krupa. They are kind, professional, and always make me feel comfortable. A special thank you to my favorite front desk team Adalia, Sha, and Kinjal! They always go above and beyond to help me, taking the time to talk with me and make me feel genuinely welcome, no matter how busy the office is. Unfortunately, I had to get a root canal, but at least I knew what the source of the pain was and was able to get an appointment at a specialist the next day. Everyone in the office is very helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: I really can't say enough great things about Lansdale Family Dentistry. Long story short, I let my smile go and had a ton of work needed. The worse my teeth got the more ashamed I got and the more fear built up preventing me from going in. But I ended up chipping a tooth on top of everything else and I knew I had to go. Found Lansdale family dentistry and from the first call I made with questions, I knew this was a different dental office. Went in for my appointment and everyone was so genuinely caring and empathetic but not no judgment at all. I ended up getting several fillings and crowns and I didn't feel a thing. They were so nice, so accommodating and helpful and most importantly, I can smile with confidence again. I am so grateful for them and their time and recommend anyone to go there.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed work on my two front teeth as one had very old bonding which had cracked, and the other was a crown made abt 30 years ago which looked fake. The Dentist made me AMAZING life like temporary crowns for both! I can smile again while waiting for the permanent crowns to be made. His manner and attention to detail was awesome and I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone. The entire staff is very professional and kind!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very good experience here. Had my teeth cleaned by Hina Patel , she did a wonderful job.

Experiencia negativa: Very poor communication when setting up my appointment and it wasted my time & money. They did not clearly explain to me all possible outcomes of my visit prior to me coming in. I had a root canal done a while back and the temporary crown fell off so I called to make an appointment to come in and get the permanent crown on. When I called, they said it would take 2 visits, 1 to inspect it and order whatever they needed for the permanent crown, and a 2nd to do the procedure. They looked at my records while on the phone making the appointment, saw exactly when I had the procedure done and never once mentioned that it could have been too long since the root canal was done and it was possible to need it done again. If I knew that was even a possibility, I would have went to another dentist. The only reason I came back here was because they already had my info & records there so I figured that was the easiest solution to get it fixed. I go there expecting to get prepped for a 2nd visit to fix my issue, because that is what I was told when making my appointment, and I leave with them telling me they won't do anything until I go see a specialist becaue it had "been too long since the root canal was done" even though there was already permanent filling in there. Waste of my time and money.

Dr. Zaporozhets is Very transparent - he doesn’t push you to do filling and stuff that are not needed urgently. Coming from someone who works in the medical Field, I appreciate when medical professionals don’t push things on you that are not “necessary”. Both Matthew and Dr Z were so professional. Will continue going back (and hoping Matthew will be there when I do!!!)

I went to Lansdale family dentistry, considering dental implants because I was gluing my teeth in every morning at 38 years old. I was super nervous, but Dr. Mark and the staff made everything painless and comfortable. An anesthesiologist came in and put me under for my surgery, which was awesome. I would not recommend having your dentures that you already own altered. I would recommend going with a temporary partial that they offer. If you are considering dental implants, Dr. Mark at Lansdale family dentistry can get it done for you and you will be 100% happy with the outcome just like I am. I highly recommend Lansdale family dentistry for dental implants.

Experiencia positiva: I had Stacey Morris today. 2nd time I have had her. Excellent dentist. Best dentist i have had in rhe last 10 years. For some wualifyong context I previous went to . Lanother dentistry office and had 5 different .dentists there over a 10 year period and she was better than all of th em. Specifically the last 3 I had there I had had sone level of discomfort when dealing in particular with certain teeth. I had shared this with them and her and she us the first one I had that completely eliminated the discomfort 100%. She was able to achieve this through knowledge( she thought to ask me if I had Rex hair for example because individuals with red hair have known different sensitivities) and innate characteris.n m n.ltics( patient and sensitive to the patient). She also had a humility about her which I consider important when it comes to a service provider because they actually take in info that you state rather than just brush past it like they know everything that should be considered. So in all these are the reasons I world definitely go out of my way to drive the extra distance to see her as a provider. Highly recommended from someone who has large data set to compate from . I have probably seen at least 25 dentists (moving around the country) in my life. I would put her in the top 2.

Experiencia negativa: It felt like they were just in it for the money (and marketing that they’re the dentist for the Eagles) instead of providing good dental care. Every appointment was them trying to sell me on 1-3 new procedures, treatment, or equipment to use. Available hours were limited and difficult for someone working full-time 9-5.

Experiencia fantástica: I hadn’t been to the dentist in over ten years and I had a a review and consultation with Hina Patel, RDH, today at Lansdale Family Dentistry, who took X-rays of all my teeth and came up with a plan to do a deep cleaning of my teeth and gums and then have Dr. Markiyan take care of two teeth where I have bad cavities and that have been hurting me. Hina was very professional and thorough, and also put me at ease by laying out a clear way forward. I am very happy with all the dental professionals and staff at LFD.

I requested an appointment online and was called the same day to be scheduled. I was seen 5 days later by Nosrat and Dr. Ferry. Nosrat was genuinely compassionate and clearly very knowledgeable. Dr. Ferry was professional yet approachable, and very transparent about what I needed. They both validated my concerns and put my discomfort first, which was truly refreshing. I love that they can communicate via text; it allows me to book or cancel appts during my busy work day. What I want to mention is that they make room for emergencies! My sister called to make an appt - not thinking she would get in same day - for a tooth that was hurting. And they got her in - literally right then and there. Told her she may have a little wait, but to come on in. And as soon as she arrived, they had her seen. My sister shared that the doctor and staff were empathetic to her as she was very anxious. I honestly wanted the tooth extracted, but Dr. Ferry took the time to explain everything and convinced me it was worth saving — and I’m so glad he did. Dr. Ferry made me feel truly heard, which is rare these days. He even followed up with phone calls afterward just to check on how I was doing. I have never had a dentist take that kind of care, and it speaks volumes about the type of provider he is. On the day of the procedure, he made sure I was comfortable, fully numb, and reassured every step of the way. I didn’t feel a single bit of pain during the root canal. I honestly wish more dentists were like him. Thank you so much, Dr. Ferry — you freaking rock! My family will definitely be coming in to see you!

She acted like my teeth were black and falling out… when I didn’t even have 1 cavity, my gums were not bleeding or red or inflamed but she insisted I come from some special cleaning and oxygen procedure that of course are not covered by insurance…. Oh and special prescription toothpaste. Hmmmm…..

Experiencia fantástica: I was so impressed by their prompt service, I had a severe toothache, and requested emergency walk in appointment on Friday afternoon. Although Colmar office gave me Monday appointment, the staff suggested to check with Lansdale location. It was almost closing time, but they accommodated me. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Dr. Mark & Dr. Jalpa performed the tooth extraction and put me out of misery. I could not believe it was all done in 1 hr with No prior appointment. I am so thankful and highly recommend this dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience with Dr. Thomas for my son & I. He & the hygienist were kind & approachable with my son. This is a much needed adjustment at this practice, as the last few times prior to this were not as good.

Experiencia negativa: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Horrific, nightmare-ish experience. Went in with zero issues for a cleaning, they manipulated me into getting a crown, and absolutely destroyed my mouth. Years later and still having significant issues from their incompetence. Too many insane and awful experiences within 1.5 years to list. I should get a lawyer.

Experiencia positiva: Great staff. Always feel welcomed. The front office staff is exceptional. Always accommodating and kind. Today, July 7th, 2025, I visited Lansdale Family Dentistry. As always, a kind welcome. I was 1 hour early due to a time conflict on my calendar. I was taken in after just a short wait. To my surprise, I was "introduced" to DDS Thomas Ferry. His first day at Lansdale Family Dentistry. At my age, I've been down the road with a half dozen Dentists. Dr. Ferry is by far, the best Dentist I've ever been to. As an aside, he's a pretty cool dude. You don't know what you don't know until you find out for yourself. Totally endorse Lansdale Family Dentistry, and if your lucky enough, ask for Dr.Tom Ferry to be the one working on your pearly whites.

Experiencia fantástica: The hygienist was awesome. The most gentle cleaning while still being very thorough. Office was clean and all of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I had a bit of time between my last cleaning and this visit due to general life getting in the way. There was nothing but understanding and support. The office is at the back of the building but there is a directory at the entrance to the parking lot.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to get set up for a crown on one of my molars and Dr Jared Tuccillo did the work. Thank goodness I didn’t need a root canal. He found more decay than originally thought and was very patent in getting the tooth prepared for the temporary crown. They do great work and are very customer oriented.

I did not have to wait at all as I think I may have been one of the first appointments. My appointment went very well. Hina is an excellent hygenist. Experiencia negativa: I really wish that they were more prepared before patients’s visit. I got there with appointment then they told me that my last visit didn’t cover by insurance which was 6 month ago. They called me for confirmation, called me for reminder but didn’t care about telling me about insurance coverage before I walked into the office. And now insurance company told us that they didn’t even claim until end of May. It’s not easy job but it’s not that difficult either to prepare what patients needs before they get treatment at the office.

Experiencia negativa: I was a new patient of Lansdale Family Dentistry. My old dentist retired so I thought I would try this practice. My first visit for a cleaning was a red flag. The tech said I had 6 cavities. I said, how does this happen?? I go to a dentist every 6 months? My last dentist never mentioned any cavities on my last visit! So I scheduled 3 to be done and 3 more on another day. The dentist seemed nice and agreed with the hygienist so she filled the first 3. When I went back on second visit I asked hygienist where the cavities were. She hesitated a bit called the dentist in. They looked over xrays and the dentist said how would you feel if we just watch these teeth but not fill them? I said ok I don't want my teeth filled if they don't need fillings!! I got up and left with no cavities filled. How did I go from 6 to 3 cavities?? I switched Dentists and that dentist retook xrays and said I dont see any cavities. I said the last dentist said they were watching 3! He said well from my xrays you have none. So did I even have the first 3 cavities Very suspicious practice... My new dentist said once you lose trust in a dentist it's time to move on. I did!

She has a lovely personality and is so friendly. The dentist was gentle and performed a thorough examination. Exam room was clean and the chair was comfortable. My only problem was that I was quoted a different price than I was charged and when I mentioned it to the guy at the front desk he looked at me like I was lying and he was actually the person that quoted me the price. But over all the service was good and I would recommend them just get quotes in writing.

Experiencia negativa: I had an extremely bad experience on my first (and surely last) visit to this dentist’s office. I first called them and said I needed two fillings and they said they could accommodate me on the same day. When I got there, the dentist inspected my two cavities and said they were very busy that day and asked me to come back another time for the fillings. When I asked her why they accepted me on the phone that day in the first place, the dentist reversed position and agreed to do the fillings that day. What happened afterwards was nothing but a horrifying experience. First, they gave me Anastasia then left me for a whole hour in the exam room lying on my back on that flat bed. Then the dentist finally came back without an assistant, and started drilling one of the two teeth with cavities. Since she did not have an assistant, she could not drill and remove the water from my mouth at the same time. So, she hooked a water suction tube on my lower lip which kept falling off my mouth and onto my chest. I even got water on my shirt and jeans as a result! However, since no assistant was there to actually operate the suction tube, the water was not being removed from my mouth and I repeatedly choked on the water accumulation in my throat and mouth. I ended up swallowing that water twice and I closed my mouth to swallow while she was still drilling my tooth so the drill in her hand ended up hitting other teeth in the process. To make matters even worse, that suction tube fell out of my mouth and down on the floor while she was drilling! I asked the dentist to STOP this and inquired why she did not have an assistant with her. She said they were busy. I replied she should not have offered to do my fillings if she knew she would not have an assistant especially that I did not have an emergency. I asked her to find an assistant then come back to finish the drilling. She left me again in the room for approximately 45 mins!! Then she came back with an assistant and finished the first of two cavity drillings. Seeing the way she handled the situation thus far, I lost all confidence in her and asked her to finish the one tooth she drilled and leave the other tooth with the cavity alone. I believe she over drilled the tooth she did. Nevertheless, even when her assistant was helping to cement the filling, the assistant did not have the device right over the tooth that was filled. The dentist did a bite test over six trials. But, she did not do a floss test. So, when I got home, I was really surprised to see that she hardly left any room between the new filling and the tooth next to it so I cannot get any floss in between them. It is nearly impossible to floss around that filled tooth now, no matter how thin the floss I use. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dentist’s office. I am going to another dental practice to remove the filling that this dentist did and start it all over and also fill the other cavity. Another strange thing at this dentist’s office is that they do not have that little sink where you can spit the excess saliva and water! Needless to say this has been an extremely annoying and disappointing experience between the long wait and the way I was handled.

Experiencia fantástica: New patient. The doctor and hygienist were both really great. Went in for a cleaning and found I had a badly infected tooth. They were able to get me in an have it extracted the same day. Absolutely no pain (first tooth extracted). Equipment appears to be top of the line. Financial - it would be good if they notified a new patient ahead of time about prepayment of copay. Also too many email / text reminders. So far so good though. Definitely a 10 for treatment.

Omg I’m petrified of Dentist and These Dentists are fantastic all of them are sooo compassionate and caring ! I had the best cleaning in my life from Umair, and I had a cavity filled painlessly by Dr Natalie. All staff who I encountered are kind, considerate and perform their jobs skillfully and efficiently!

Experiencia negativa: Clearly profit motivated with suspect business practices. Went in as a new patient, as did my wife. We were both told we had a bunch of cavities. They filled all cavities in one appointment and the results were neither of us being able to chew for six months without pain. Multiple complaints ended up with no resolution. They also said we had to get cleanings every 3 months because our gums were horrible. Magically at our new dentist our gums are fine. I highly recommend you beware of this establishment.

The doctor will describe the real state of affairs, do all the work with high quality, and at the reception they will tell you the best way to apply the payment into the insurance.
