Experiencia positiva: I honestly don’t feel like 4 stars is even deserved. That said, I’m not going to trash your facility since I never even got the chance to be seen. I scheduled an appointment over a week ago and completed all required information the same day. Your office was recommended by my insurance provider, so I moved forward expecting a smooth process. Instead, after holding my information for over a week, I was told today that you don’t accept my specific plan—despite accepting other plans under the same Delta Dental umbrella. This could have—and should have—been identified much sooner. It’s frustrating to waste time like this, especially when I provided everything upfront and relied on your office to review it accurately and in a timely manner. Now I’m back to square one, searching for another provider. Disappointing experience.

Experiencia negativa: I chose this place because I saw a lot of good reviews and that they did emergency extractions. I made an emergency appointment on March 23rd. I was in severe pain, but all they did was x-rays. Even when I explained to two different doctors and their assistant I was in pain. It seem like there assistant care more than the doctors. They asked my age (which I think shouldn’t matter in an EMERGENCY) and then I was told I needed to get a cleaning done first and to schedule it. I wasn’t given any meds or anything. I ended up in the ER on March 27th because the pain had gotten so bad. I was finally given some relief until I went to another emergency dentist and finally got the tooth extracted which had nerves expose! Maybe because I have a high pain tolerance and wasn’t crying or maybe it was my age, I didn’t get the care I needed at first! Don’t recommend this place!

Experiencia negativa: Well I responded to a request for people who would like implants. Went to first visit. X-ray was done, hygentist came in. No cleaning no tools ever went into my mouth, nothing just looked at X-rays. Extractions needed. Ok. I have good dental insurance so I thought that there was no problem. I get to my extraction appointment I still needed another $1200 to $1600 cash to pay what my insurance would not pay. I don't have that kind of money at my disposal. I was told that since I have dental insurance I would only pay , $20 to $30 dollars a tooth for extraction. I have the treatment plan to prove this. I said I don't have it . Now this is 15 minutes into my appointment time and I'm STILL in the waiting area. I said I'll leave. I'm told wait I'll speak with the doctor. I was given pamphlets to other providers. But wait the doctor may work with you. I waited until almost 30 minutes into my appointment time only to be told that I really need to have my infection taken care of It seems that they were more interested in money and what my insurance covered than taking care of my teeth. I will not be back and definitely NOT be back. I have insurance and I feel that I should not be choosing between a mortgage payment and dental work. I went to another provider and the second tooth that was to be extracted today is not there. What happened to do no harm? It seems that money and the amount that my insurance covered were only what matters.

Experiencia fantástica: First time coming to this practice, my husband had to have two teeth extracted for which he had an extremely positive experience, I was amazed at his recovery time with only minor pain and minimal bleeding after. I myself will be changing to Warrington Dental. They do it all at this practice, no more being referred to high price Endodontist miles away, then back to the dentist to complete an implant, all this hassle for $6000 per implant, Warrington Dental charges 1/2 that price start to finish all with same dentist/practice. Sorry I didn't know about them years ago. Will be making an appointment for myself in the near future.

From the moment I arrived as an emergency patient, I was treated with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. Dr. Motwani was incredibly gentle and took extra precautions considering my health concerns. He made me feel safe and fully informed every step of the way, which meant more to me than I can express. His entire team is truly outstanding. Michelle, the office manager, went above and beyond to make both my daughter and me feel comfortable and confident about the procedure and aftercare. Sashel carefully reviewed all of my post-operative instructions and answered every question thoroughly. Rajvi coordinated my appointments seamlessly and ensured my medications were called in promptly to the pharmacy. Kolby, the surgical assistant, was meticulous about reviewing which medications I was permitted to have during the procedure, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. In a stressful situation, they made me feel cared for, respected, and supported. What began as an emergency visit has turned into finding my new dental home. Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m genuinely surprised this office has positive reviews. I originally scheduled an appointment for Friday at 2:30 PM. On Monday, I received a call asking to move the appointment to 2:15 PM because the doctor would be leaving early. That was fine. However, on the day of the appointment, I received another call asking to move it up to 11:30 AM. I explained that I work and could not make that time. The staff member said “okay” and ended the call abruptly. About an hour later, I received yet another call telling me the doctor had an “emergency” and that I needed to reschedule entirely. Considering they had already tried multiple times to move my appointment earlier, this explanation felt extremely inconsistent. Overall, this office demonstrated poor communication and disregard for patients’ schedules. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of my time.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very bad experience with the receptionist at this place. She got very rude and nasty because I had to cancel/ reschedule my son's appointment. I had a lot going on and was unable to call until 1 hour to 30 minutes to cancel. She demanded 50 dollars for a no show even though I called. The next day my son wanted to reschedule his appointment. This nasty rude person stated that the dentist is refusing to see him ever again! All over 50 dollars! I can't believe it! She started talking about my son personally and comparing him to her stupid kids. This woman was very unprofessional and should be fired immediately! I am not sure if the dentist is aware of this but should be more careful of who they employed ! THIS PERSON HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE MANNERS!!!

They wete upset i didnt have my tooth pulled but i need insurance first so tjere will not be a missing tooth clause. Then cause i didnt get my tooth extracted dr said said schedule deep cleaning first. I was told dont need antibiotic if it gets worse bsck. Name should be mindy earussi. Should mot have paid for xrays as i will be going else where

After spent 2800$ it was not rite ! His solution go to oral surgeon and have it removed which I did 1400$ to remove does not back up his work

Dr Motwani and staff make your whole dental experience a pleasure to visit the dentist! I had root canal today and I can say that it was great! The office called me to check up on me to ask if I was okay. As a dental patient that was the first time I had an office genuinely concerned about my condition after having work done earlier that day. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Motwani hands down, is the best dentist I have ever seen in my life! His team does it all from extractions, cosmetics, surgery etc. Highly specialized. The initial consultation was simple. Doc and staff were so accommodating and addressed all of my concerns, and from there, a plan was put forth to fix my dental needs. I had an extraction and implant done on the same day in 45 mins. It was super smooth from numbing me with novacain. I hardly felt the needle. I only felt pressure during the operation but no pain whatsoever. Michelle and the front desk staff are all very pleasant making check ins and check outs very easy. Michelle emailed my prescription for pain management meds right away to my pharmacy and I picked it up less than an hour after my surgery. They did a great job and I haven't experienced any discomfort whatsoever after my operation. Thank you Warrington Dental PC!

Experiencia negativa: we find this doctor for a family from google reviews, but our experience was so bad with them: my husband had done the implant. they gave one price but the final was much higher. however during that they change few times the appointment, replaced the implants without anesthesia, during that loose the crone and he almost choked, they could not match the color of the front tooth twice, to fit the crown he start to saw down the lower healthy teeth. We paid a cash in a few payments during the every visits, they want to deceive for extra $900, good that I keep all receipts. its pass few years after that, because of the not professional implant installations, my husband got the problems, like a few times his crone was felt down, he could not bite , when he bite he felling the crown cracking, discomfort all the time, now he have a problem to loose the bone. we had done the gum graffiti which is additional cost and trouble. its too much. they are not honest, not professional at all.

The procedure went well, no pain and staff was very attentive to several special needs that I require for these types of procedures. Experiencia negativa: My son needed a tooth extracted, I was quoted a price of around $250, but was told I’d be called with the amount if it changed, no call, day before procedure I called to double check, the price had doubled and they would not take two payments, even though they had said they would work with me. He’s gotten very greedy, we have been patients for a while, won’t be going back.
