Experiencia negativa: My procedures here were fine, however the office could be cleaner and I waited a really long time even though I had an appointment. But what really soured my multiple visits were the front desk staff, who mostly seemed inattentive but when they were attentive they were pretty curt with me.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very frustrating experience at this doctor’s office. I was kept waiting for over three hours, even after explaining multiple times that I was in severe jaw pain. Instead of showing any urgency or concern, the staff told me there was nothing they could do because Dr. Brian takes on more patients than he can realistically handle. It was clear he was in a hurry, which made it difficult to feel properly cared for or heard. No patient should have to endure that level of discomfort while waiting, only to receive minimal attention afterward. Dr. Brian performed my root canal, and even after three months, I am still experiencing significant pain. I also had a root canal done by another female doctor at the same clinic, and that experience was noticeably better. She was attentive, gentle and made sure everything was done properly. I would recommend her specifically, but unfortunately my overall experience with the clinic was negatively impacted by the issues described above.

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a very respectful, welcoming attitude. She made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. Melissa truly provides excellent customer service. She was patient, attentive, and took the time to answer my questions clearly. It’s rare to meet someone who balances professionalism with such genuine kindness. She also handled scheduling efficiently and made sure everything was organized before my appointment. What stood out the most was how calm, friendly, and helpful she was even while managing multiple tasks at the front desk. People like Melissa make a big difference in a healthcare setting. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to helping patients truly reflect the high standards of the dental office. I highly recommend this dentist, and Melissa deserves recognition for the outstanding care she gave me!

The way the dental assistant (mannie) took his time to help her and actually make her comfortable before any work was done by the dentist was relaxing for my mother and she appreciates the good work dr. Jun did on her fillings it was painless process. I would recommend 10 out of 10. Thank you guys I’ll be back soon

Experiencia negativa: My appointment was at 6 and it didn’t start until 8. I had to sit there for 2 hours and when i asked the staff they said it’s not their fault and if you can’t wait reschedule. During my cavity appointment the equipment was broken and even the dentist and staff were complaining about it. They didn’t even properly fix my cavity. Will never be going again and would recommend everyone to never go here.

I called my insurance company and was told that they still have a partnership with them . My insurance company then called GIGI and GIGI confirmed that they accept INO. I’m confused as to why I was turned away. I had to use my PTO to come in. I am highly upset with this location . It’s not fair that you do not value people time.

Experiencia negativa: Doctor he is not good Mr Chow(I think that’s his name) , the Asian one. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! he wanted to rip me off by giving bad quality dentures , even though I paid out of pocket money. He thought it was from Medicare/Medicaid Which is even worse because that goes to show how they work ! I am 69 yrs old & he was shouting at me. The denture I currently have is better looking & quality and I don’t have to even pay half the amount that I was being charged here. Very disappointing. Once I tried in the denture from him immediately, I felt very uncomfortable in my mouth, and it looked very bad. He didn’t ask me. How do you like it which I did not answer him and I returned the question back to him and ask him. What do you think? How do you like it? There was no way I was going to answer that question, because it was very obvious, the look in quality of what he gave me compared to what I already have. And it took forever to get appointments with him. Not only did they take more than eight months just to get a denture, but the product was still not finished and he wanted me to come back. There is no way I would ever return to this facility, nor do I recommend anyone to come here.

Experiencia negativa: Where do I even start….avoid this dentist office. They are unprofessional and do not care about their patients. One of the dental hygienist splashes water all over your face while attempting to clean your teeth, I almost slapped his face off his body how nasty and uncomfortable he made me feel! They told me I had an emergency root canal and expressed how important it would be for me to get a root canal right away. The day of my appointment I waited for over three hours to see the dentist just for him to tell me that my root canal wouldn’t get done! So I requested time off from my place of employment for nothing, which frustrated me even more. The dentist promised to refer me to another dentist but unfortunately it seems as though I have reached a dead end. So ladies and gentlemen don’t waste your time with this place! They just want your insurance money!

Experiencia negativa: It wasn't a great experience it was okay. 1. The fist time I came the receptionist and couple other staff members were friendly but a bit unprofessional and kept giggling when I had a few questions to ask. I decided to book my appointment just to give it a shot. They said they would call me to remind me but... They never did. 2. The day of my appointment I got a cleaning. There was dried blood on their equipment and I'm glad I noticed before I they started to clean my teeth. They sent me over to another room and apologized. I was grateful for that :). 3. The dental hygienist was okay. He wasn't gentle, forgot to floss my teeth and I had to ask him to remove plaque from vissible areas of my teeth that had it. He seems nice though. He checked in on me and held my hand when I was receiving a lidocaine shot. 4. The doctor that did my filling and x-rays (Jackie) were great! I absolutely loved their service. But I don't think the filling was set in properly because the next day a piece of it came out and It hurts when I chew. The staff is friendly but I wish the service would improve. It isnt too bad but it can definitely be better :).
