We travel from Roseville to go here. Nav is the best hygienist, and so friendly and great with my 5yo daughter. The whole team is always friendly and welcoming. I have referred friends here, and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist.

I was informed by staff what I needed and what I could do to better my oral health. While the office is tidy and clean, the staff is friendly and very educated. Making a first appointment was a breeze, location was easy to find, and my first visit was excellent. When I left I was given a treatment plan with the breakdown of expenses and how much my insurance will cover. Everything was clear and straightforward! Happy to have found this place! She sat on my lap and before they did anything to her, they showed her had her hold out her hand and did their toothbrush on her finger. Then they did the air blower on her finger and then they merge here she was comfortable with everything. I highly recommend them to any family And every family and every person that ever exist. I felt confident, based on exemplary reviews from HUNDREDS of patients, that if they reached out, I would be in good hands. I used the online appointment portal at 2am and with a wink (really, I winked) and a prayer and tried to get comfortable. I managed to sleep and woke to a call from Alyssa to establish and for the ache. Miracle workers and so accommodating! I had an appt within 1.5 hours. The staff is first rate. Dr. Ionescu has the most soothing and calming presence. His philosophy on wellness aligns with my holistic approach. - and tbh, I have stuff happening so this is very, very important to me. Dr. Ionescu put me at ease. I know the quality of his work - should I need it, will be incredible. The tooth ache was addressed and I was seen within 10 minutes of leaving the office, by a colleague for the wonky tooth, but that’s another review altogether. My heart is full, and my smile is bright. Thank you Dentistry by Design - you have a patent for life!

Experiencia negativa: i suggest never go to this dental clinic. they are just after your money. they told me by phone that they can whiten the teeth even when there's invisalign. this is just to get money from patients. but other dental offices will really wait after invisalign process has been completely done so that teeth whitening procedure is effective. they do very poor job. 1 of the dental hygenists & receptionist are unprofessionals & have unpleasant attitudes. do not believe on everything they tell u.

They even covered me with a warm blanket to keep me comfortable during my treatment. Dr. Ionescu is the kindest Doctor I have ever met. He genuinely cares and he listens, which is huge for me. He even called me personally after my treatment to ask how I was feeling. I recommend Dentistry by Design and give them five stars without question.

A friend of mine recommended I try Dentistry by Design and I cannot emphasize what a blessing it was to find this practice. Since then, I have been coming to Dr. Ionescu for years and have not looked back. I always receive the best care and level of courtesy and professionalism is bar none. I entrust them not only with caring for my needs but also the care of my children and that is an even higher bar to clear. Whenever we have an appointment we walk through the door and are met with beautiful smiles and are treated like family. Alyssa and Erin are so kind to my children and I. These ladies always make sure we are comfortable and all the ducks are in a row for our visit. You can tell they genuinely care. My children love that they remember what they wanted for Christmas and discuss their birthday’s, how school is going, etc. This is a small part of what sets them apart but as a father makes all the difference and let’s you know they genuinely care. Navleen is our hygienist and my kids no longer have sensitive gums and my teeth have never been healthier. Dr. Ionescu is meticulous and thorough with his treatment. He provides all viable options along with his professional recommendation. I know to trust whatever route he recommends and he has never steered me wrong. Whatever your concern may be he is always looking out for your best interests and will provide you with the best solution for your personal needs. Working in healthcare, I wish that all doctors had his bedside manner and level of professionalism. The quality of his work is unmatched. Whenever our treatment is complete we are walked back up to the front desk and everything is well coordinated and no one is, “in the dark”. Erin, the schedule coordinator knows exactly what you had completed and what you have agreed to. She knows what follow ups are necessary and she makes the entire process a breeze. She understands your insurance inside and out and more importantly makes sure you understand it as well. Nothing I hate more than getting hit with an unexpected bill or feeling like I was bamboozled by an unknown cost. That does not happen at this practice. We get our follow ups set up timely and everything is in place so there are no loose ends. We exit just as we entered with smiles, warmth, and care that I have not found anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Ionescu and your wonderful staff. You changed my mind about dental care and have a lifelong patient because of it.

Experiencia fantástica: Dentistry By Design is the best dentist office I have been too. All of the staff at this practice are great. When I first came to the office, they did a very thorough exam and showed me pictures of the teeth that I needed to have worked on. It was major work which included new crowns to replace old, cracked fillings and replacing old crowns that were not put on correctly and caused gum damage. Dr. Ionescu has been absolutely amazing. He does not rush the process and does everything he can to eliminate the need for additional major procedures. He also takes the time to explain what he is doing and why, which is much appreciated. I highly recommend coming to Dentistry By Design.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Theodore Ionescu, and his staff are the most caring, friendly dental staff I have ever had the privilege of being treated by. Nav is back! She is the best dental hygienist I have ever had clean my teeth. She is thorough, gentle, and truly cares about her patients oral health. She “goes the extra mile” in examining every potential problem and makes great observations for Dr Ionescu to follow up on. During her absence for child birth, I was treated by the other dental hygienists at their practice who are equally as good, and I highly recommend them as well, but Nav has that personal touch, and knows and treats the rest of my family, that makes me feel like she part of the family. 3/23/21 update. Today Leticia did the “heavy lifting” preparing two of my teeth that needed some lite restoration so Dr Ionescu could do the final polish and fitting. She provided wonderful care and was very pleasant to be around. Again, the best dental care I have ever received. 2/25/23 update. Dr Ionescu and his staff continue to provide outstanding service. Navleen, my dental hygienist is not only concerned about cleaning my teeth and teaching me to better care for them, she noticed my gum below one of my crowns, that predated Dr Ionescu providing my care, looked chronically inflamed. She asked the doctor to look at it and he concurred that the margins of the crown were irritating my gum. They began a process to check if replacing the crown with a better fitting one would alleviate the irritation. You just can’t find better care than that. A staff and dentist that will go above and beyond the standard care! I can’t say enough about the people at Dentistry By Design. All of Dr Ionescu’s staff, including him, are the best dental practitioners I have ever met!
