Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience at Laguna West Clinic in Elk Grove. Dr. Natt was very professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff members Phova, Ron, Soo, Carmen, and Phuong were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made the whole visit very pleasant. A special thank you to the manager Jaylene for her kindness and professionalism. You can really see the great organization and care in this clinic. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and compassionate care.

Experiencia negativa: I had a tooth extracted along with a bone graft. That was around $1,500.00. To have a tooth put in they qouted me about another $4,000.00 mind you this is all out of pocket with no discount. Got another qoute from clearchoice for $2,000 for a porcelain screw in. Update- So after only 5 days 2 stitches fell out mind you they're not dissolvable stitches and the packing that was in the socket also fell out. When I called in I was told it was normal and not to worry about it, I was also told I could smoke. I don't really see why i was told to come back in in 4 weeks to have them removed and never told that they may fall out before this time.

Experiencia negativa: I would like to convey my experiences concerning the dental office that I recently visited, where the quality of service and follow-up care were exceedingly disappointing. Upon paying a substantial fee of $2,000 for treatment, my expectations for adequate aftercare and guidance on oral hygiene were significant. Unfortunately, the reality was starkly different. Not only did I not receive any aftercare instructions, but my attempts to seek assistance through phone calls went unanswered. This lack of communication added to my frustration, leaving me feeling neglected and unvalued as a patient. Compounding my dissatisfaction, I later discovered that my attempts to express my concerns through a review led to an even more troubling situation. The dental office responded by informing me that I would no longer be permitted to return for essential follow-up services, specifically for the removal of stitches. This response demonstrates a concerning disregard for patient care and a reluctance to address valid concerns raised by clients. Effective patient care should extend beyond the dental chair, especially after a significant financial commitment. Patients deserve clear, concise aftercare instructions as well as accessible channels for communication should any issues arise. In my case, both elements were starkly absent, leading to a degradation of trust in their services. In conclusion, my experience with this dental office has been overwhelmingly negative due to their failure to provide necessary aftercare, lack of response to communication, and an unprofessional handling of constructive feedback. I would urge potential patients to consider these factors when evaluating their options for dental care. It is essential to select a practice that prioritizes patient communication and care, ensuring that all clients feel supported throughout their treatment journey.

To date I have had one cleaning and am now getting a crown for a broken tooth. I love the facility, it is bright and clean and has state of the art equipment. I love the staff. They are friendly, compassionate , efficient and thorough. Care is excellent. Dr Sanghivi is knowledgeable and skillful. She has a gentle touch and clearly communicates what she is doing and what needs to be done. I have no reservations in recommending this team of professionals for your dental care needs.

Today, Wednesday July 02 2025 at 7:30 am I find myself at the Laguna West Dental Care office to keep an appointment. In the past most of my visits at the Dentists office had been a source of anxiety, but I also know that visiting your dentist is a crucial part of maintaining good oral health. Laguna West Dental Care was prompt in confirming my appointments, the staff are extremely courteous, and Dr. Apeksha's attention to detail in patients care during my oral surgery and tooth extraction was very exceptional, indeed. To Laguna West Dental Care, you were all very friendly, compassionate and helpful. My tooth extraction was painless. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything. You have a wonderful staff and I thank you ever so much for your help and care. Dr. Apeksha is a responsible, dedicated, and ethical dentist. Dr. Apeksha was emphatic and compassionate and for the first time my visit to the dentist office was not a source of anxiety.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Anthony Tat replaced a filling and I have to say that the experience was so pleasant, gentle and swift. While Dr Tat did not rush the procedure, we were finished in no time at all. He was meticulous so much so that when the effects of Novocain wore off, I could not tell that I had any work done. Super gentle care, and so refreshing to see. Thank you Dr Tat.

Experiencia fantástica: 6-19-25 ~ Was able to come back to this place due to Insurance changes (again). The Receptionist, Trinity and another gal were very friendly. Trinity also took the time for me. I appreciate her time and explaining all that I asked. Phoung, who took the X-rays was also sweet and nice. Lovepreet, the Hygienist was nice and thorough. Took his time to get to know me, let me know if I needed a break to let him know and explain everything that my mouth needed and answered all my questions. :) Dr. Sanghvi remembered me and my tooth that needed fixing. She’s still sweet and nice. I only wished I never told them how long it was since my last cleaning. I am now labeled for a deep cleaning $$ than a regular cleaning, free (which felt the same). Still no Vaseline to put in our lips, as they work on me.

This is the second time I wait in the lobby for 15 min after my scheduled appointment only to be taken back to a room and sit another 15 “waiting for a hygenist” staff are friendly though. Today my appt was at 2 and the hygenist didnt start working on me until 2:38. I almost walked out its just the fact that I drive a long distance. I miss Dr.You and Chan and his staff. Think its time to move

Experiencia fantástica: I am from the UK and I can genuinely say was a very pleasant experience at this dentist. Friendly reception staff who are efficient, brilliant dental nurse who does all the pre checks for the dentist who then comes in and seamlessly comes in and diagnosis the issue offering the correct treatment plan. This is a lot different to UK practice where the dentist does everything and the nurse is just to assist in what the dentist asks for. I assume this is due to the lower price points we pay. I am still waiting on my notes via email from the dentist as the receptionist did say they would email it across first thing in the morning, I am yet to receive this so would appreciate if you could send this over. Cost of diagnosis $175 dollars Treatment would have been around $230 but opted out of going ahead as can do it a lot cheaper in the UK same treat around $80. All in all a really good dentist and would highly recommend for both residence of elk grove and those who are from our of the country simply for ease and efficiency. 5 star service ⭐

She is autistic and a fear of dentist, so she would need to be put to sleep to have any work done, but she felt that she could have her cavities worked on without being put to sleep, I wasn't convince and I know if not for her dentist the care and understanding that she helped my daughter every step explaining what the next step would be so my young adult was able to let the dentist do something I never felt would happen ever ! She found an infection under my crown which enabled me to get the problem fixed immediately. To me this is a sure sign of a very good dentist. I haven’t felt any pain whatsoever when she has replaced my old crowns. That is always my Fear is feeling pain. The helpers are courteous and everyone is very professional. I feel at ease when I’m in the Dentists chair and that’s what I always want to feel. At ease!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been a patient at this dentist for a year now and the first experience I had wasn't that great. The staff were super friendly but the dental hygienist I had was a nightmare. She was very rough with my teeth and caused my mouth to hurt for about 2 weeks following my cleaning. I decided to give them another try in January of this year and they were fantastic! I didn’t have any issues at all. Fast forward to my appointment today, I believe I had the same exact hygienist I had the first time because she was SO rough with the cleaning instruments and just generally rough with my teeth. While she was flossing my teeth, I literally had to grab her hand and stop her so I could tell her to not be so rough. Such a bad experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very anxious today about my appointment to get a crown on a cracked tooth. The dental assistant was very comforting and asked if I wanted to watch something on Netflix to help distract me. After I told her I had a low pain threshold she relayed that to the Dr who used a topical to numb the injection site first so it wouldn't hurt as much. Overall, it was not a terrible experience and they all did a great job making me comfortable. I greatly appreciate their gentle nature and compassion.

What a team!!! On the way out, Allysia took care of my payment information and getting me my next appt... Experiencia fantástica: I cracked a tooth over the Memorial Day weekend. I called the office early Tuesday morning and spoke with Alyssa, she is always very courteous. She was able to make me an appointment for early afternoon. She then called within 5 minutes and was able to get me in earlier due to a cancellation. So by 0930 I was in the dental chair and out by 1145 with a temp crown. Dental Assistant Husna and Dr. Sochi tended to my cracked molar with the utmost care and as usual not a stitch of pain. I am very grateful to have found such an awesome Dental Office. They are always courteous and professional yet very personable. Thank you all very much!

I felt like both the hygienist and dentist were not very careful with their care inside my mouth or handling of their instruments. I might be looking for a new dentist which I hate to do but the care is so different than what I had for many years with the previous dentists at Laguna West Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks for scheduling my appointment to have a temporary fix before Christmas. My dentist and dental assistant were very professional, caring, and efficient. The work to complete the work on my permanent crown went quickly. Adjustment made my crown fit well. The color of my crown matched my other teeth. A tooth grinding guard was suggested and made to fit my upper teeth. Instructions were given to prepare for overnight grinding guard use by wearing the guard for 2 hours, then four hours during the day, and finally overnight. My dentist and assistant staff were very professional. My dentist suggested crowns for the part of my front teeth #8 and 9 that may break down completely after my routine cleaning and exam. We are taking a wait and see approach. Maybe it’s time to take care of the teeth before they get worse. I was able to have a cracked tooth temporarily repaired today (5/21/24) that previously had a cavity filling. I chose to have a crown to replace the failed filling rather than replace the filling again. The crown should be better than a filling the bite on tooth 21 (premolar) receives high bite pressure. I broke my temporary crown yesterday and the dentist office had a replacement temporary crown available on the following day. So nice to have such good service.

Experiencia fantástica: Laguna West Dental Care is the best with doctors that really care about the health of your teeth (unfortunately most doctors that we went to before Don’t). All of their Hygienists are very knowledgeable and very detail when they clean your teeth. This is the only office ( I and my husband have been through at least 4 different office before we settle with LWDC) that’s honest when dealing with our insurance benefit. The office equipped with high technology and always look clean and professional. I would give them 10 stars if I could and recommend this office to everyone I love

When I tell you Dr. Sanghvi and her Asstiant,Husna ( so sorry if I’m spelling wrong) did so good with my daughter (along with some laughing gas), they got so much work done that other dentist have refused to do. I am so happy with how fun and gentle they were with my child, along with being very honest. I thought at some point they would loose their patience with my child and give up. That never happened. Also, let’s not forget the ladies at the front desk! All three of them amazing. I will sing the praises of this office and I hope they continue the great work that they do.

Experiencia negativa: The worse experience . I had got an infection after a procedure they did . When I called the doctor she did not care instead she sent me to a specialist without even asking me to come in to see what happened since the day she did the procedure . Other dentist I’ve had at least call you back to check on you and see if there is an infection . What the doctor here did was tell me to pretty much diagnosed myself . She asked me if I thought It was an infection that she could send me antibiotics. Since when do patients diagnose themselves so a doctor can prescribe an antibiotic??? I couldn’t believe that she literally asked me that instead do asking me to come in . Then she was in a hurry and didn’t want to listen to the rest of my symptoms because they were about to close. She said she wouldn’t have time to send out the referral to the specialist . I will never return again . I was going to bring my whole family here but I am glad I was able to see how they really work . I will make sure I share with all my coworkers as well to not come to this place. It is sad to pay for a service and they could care less if there is a problem after the procedure. I came with some pain and after the procedure had a bigger problem . Please be careful coming to this office . Look for other dentist in the Elk Grove area.

Hygienist lovedeep ? Is very good He is gentle and considerate. He is soft spoken, patient and kind. Dr Sangvi is amazing. I trust her to make the best plan for me. She has a lovely manner with patients. I am a very nervous dental patient but she puts me at ease.

Turned out Dr Sanghvi had the time to do it for me the same day. Normally, it is the dental hygienist’s job to handle dental cleaning. I really like this office. Ashley is very knowledgeable and helpful. When asking her questions, she takes the time to answer your questions. It feels like talking to your friend.

Experiencia fantástica: Tooth pain is worse in ones life and visiting dentist was no no for me because I get scared and very nervous but by going to Laguna West Dental care proofed me wrong. Now I compare going to blood test is scary than going to the dentist. The receptionist has such a warm positive presence that makes you welcome. Within minutes I was called inside and was met by a very friendly doctors assistant Terry she was great in doing xray etc. Than I met Doctor Sanghvi who looks like a high school student lol,a very professional doctor who knows her job. I was in bed she sat next to me and comfort me as she figures out that I was bit nervous. She told me that there won't be much pain and she was right I felt very little push and pull and the tooth was out WOW. Who ever is reading my review please check her out.A very friendly, positive and caring office staff. I would give Dr SANGHVI 10 stars instead of 5
