Experiencia negativa: We received good service, but the pricing is out of this world and incredibly aggressive. I had to listen about Doctors golf game or something similar. With consultation and then biopsy everything lasted about 15 minutes combined. I think they charged insurance at us at least a couple of thousand dollars. Also, I don’t think I received a printed invoice. They were just texting me to pay and then charge 3% for the extra fee they demanded after insurance. I know I paid over $400. Should I need this kind of service I will shop around. They have a system where five star rating is almost demanded right away. I am confident the doctor’s competent and good. The office provides good service but just how they went about things really left the bad taste .

The procedure went smoothly and quickly. All the assisting staff were great. My only challenge was scheduling the initial consultation appointment. It took me a few weeks of calling and leaving voicemails before I was finally able to talk to a receptionist on the phone. Perhaps they were short-staffed or just extremely busy. Otherwise I would have given a 5-star rating.
