Experiencia fantástica: This was my first experience with Dr Esinger and staff and a root canal. As an attorney with over 23 years in the medical area I can affirmly state the procedure and staff went above the normal required standard of care. The procedure went so well I did not need the small bag of Advil included in my " take home bag ". If you wish the procedure steps are explained as they occur.If you desire you may read your xrays. There is total transparency in this office. As the procedure progresses digit pictures are taken to assure no affected area remains Alternativy the TV is personalized for your viewing. The reception room and offices and amazingly coordinated and beautifully decorated for a relaxed feeling. The offices are exceptionally clean and sanitized Dr Esinger and staff balance professionalism and humor beautifully. I could see staff getting along very well during my visit One could forget why they came to the appointment from entering until leaving Prior to the procedure all expenses sre outlined No suprides and very reasonable billing. If I never require another root canal this my place to go!

I had a root canal done, and unlike past experiences at other dental offices where I’ve been hurt, this doctor was incredibly patient and made sure I felt zero pain before continuing with the procedure. The doctor was professional, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. Overall, a great experience with a friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable team. I would absolutely recommend this endodontics office.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience at Arlington Endodontics. I came in with severe pain but received little care or concern from either the staff or the doctor. Despite being referred by my dentist, who had already taken X-rays, the visit mainly involved taking additional images with no meaningful discussion of treatment options. Before the doctor even reviewed the images, a staff member suggested extraction, and there was no real effort to explore ways to save the tooth. Cost transparency was also poor. Although I have insurance, I was charged $350 out of a $450 visit and was told afterward that the consultation was not covered. This should have been explained upfront. Overall, I felt rushed, unheard, and unsupported while in significant pain. The experience was unprofessional, and I would not recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Who isn't nervous about going to the dentist? I know I am and I don't like needles and the whole process. But when you pull up to the practice, it's unimposing, it's in a group of other professional suites, and once inside you feel calm. It's not a giant factory practice with multiple dentists and multiple examination rooms. It's warm and inviting but modern with state-of-the-art equipment and a very friendly, educated staff. Dr. Eslinger is a pleasant professional and will explain the process while it's going on or at the end if you'd like. I was surprised, I had a root canal and I have no pain, even the day after a few ibuprofen and I'm good. I would recommend Arlington Endodontics to everybody.

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday we had a root canal treatment for my 13-year-old daughter, who is extremely afraid of dentists. We needed a very gentle and caring approach — and we found it in this clinic. The meticulous and precise work of Dr.Bryan Eslinger and his assistant Natallka truly impressed us. I observed the entire procedure and was amazed by how complex the process was and how skillfully the doctor performed every step.It was clear that we were in good hands and Dr Bryan truly cares about his patients. Natallka was incredible — she explained every part of the process as it was happening, so we always knew what to expect. Her calm, supportive attitude helped my daughter relax, and by the end, all of her fear was gone. After the treatment, Natallka clearly went over all recommendations and made sure we understood everything. The only uncomfortable moment during the entire treatment was the injection only. My daughter is genuinely grateful to both the doctor and the assistant for their help and for saving her tooth. I also want to mention the lady at the front desk — she was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even easier for us. The very next morning I was in their office X-rays were taken and instead of root canal which we thought I needed it was a cracked tooth. Everyone was so nice and professional including making the appointment with the receptionist, the assistant, and the doctor himself. I was seen quickly and the entire appointment lasted only a little over an hour. The office was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The doctor and assistant explained the entire procedure and follow up instructions throughly. They gave me pain medicine and instructions for pain care at home, which I have not needed at all because I have had no pain! Really happy I came here and saw this doctor. From the moment I arrived they were very sensitive that I was terrified to be there and made sure I was always comfortable. To start, I was calmly explained to what was going to happen, without too much detail (to avoid making me even more nervous). I was also told I could reschedule if I was too scared to continue, with a few options given. Also, from the beginning to end, I was continually asked if I was okay and pain free. It's clear that how I felt was paramount, which I thoroughly appreciate. Anyway, fingers crossed I won't need to go back, but if I do, I won't feel as nervous as I was this morning. So I was concerned about the process but everyone from the receptionist to Dr's assistant Tara, who walked me through everything and kept reassuring me everything was going well. Dr Eslinger also was a little quite but keep working until he was satisfied it was complete.

However, everyone at Arlington Endodontics, from the front desk, to Tara, and Dr. Eslinger were extremely patient and kind which really helped put me at ease. They sensed I was really nervous so they talked to me about different sedation options and didn’t rush me at any point to make a decision. They always made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I couldn't have gotten through it without Tara. She was amazing at explaining everything that was going to happen. She talked me through the whole procedure which really helped calm me. Dr. Eslinger was very accommodating as well which was much appreciated. He’s so good at what he does that there’s very minimal pain afterwards. Overall, as lovely as everyone was, I hope to never have to see them again lol. But if I were to ever need another root canal I would without a doubt come back here and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

I suffer from extreme claustrophobia, so I knew that getting through the procedure was not going to be easy. But the staff was extremely patient and empathetic with me. They talked me through various sedation options and allowed me time to make a decision. I eventually decided on nitrous oxide, which allowed me to breeze through the procedure. Natalie explained every step of the procedure before and after as did Dr. Eslinger. I thought for sure that after the procedure I would be in pain. Not at all !! Wonderful experience.
