I was very nervous because my previous dentist was terrible Dr. Singh was absolutely wonderful and gentle and showed so much care and compassion because I was nervous about deep cleaning. And also her staff were very good OMG the place smelled so fresh and clean and high tech Had my follow up appointment this week and first time in my life looking forward to my x-rays and cleaning. This is the best dental office I ever been to in my whole life Everyone in that facility are wonderful, kind and genuine. Thank you so much keep up the great work see you soon!

I waited 4 months to come and write this review. I initially came in for a routine cleaning, and from that first visit I could tell how thorough and detail-oriented she is. She reviews every X-ray and scan carefully and takes the time to explain everything in a way that actually makes sense. I never feel rushed or overwhelmed, she walks through the “why” behind her recommendations so you feel fully informed. What I appreciate most is that she’s never pushy. She presents options thoughtfully, answers every question, and genuinely wants you to feel confident in your decisions. That level of trust is exactly why I’ve now started my Invisalign journey with her and have had an amazing experience so far, I am 3 months into my journey and am seeing amazing results. I wouldn’t have committed to that if I didn’t feel completely comfortable in her care. If you’re looking for a dentist who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and truly excellent at what she does, I highly recommend her. Esmeralda at the front always greets me with a smile and has been helpful with all my scheduling needs.

Experiencia negativa: STAY AWAY! This practice is highly unethical! I went in a few weeks ago and they said I needed fillings and other work done. Believing my dentist, I went and scheduled an appointment with them. However, I also scheduled an appointment with my Oral Surgeon to make sure they were telling the truth. When I met my oral surgeon, he advised me to not go here as my teeth did not need fillings at all. I called the office and they were simply rude about me cancelling the appointment and refused to even be apologetic, go somewhere else!

Experiencia positiva: I previously posted that I didn’t like my experience after new management. However, Dr. Singh is great. She’s personable, knowledgeable and patient. She takes time to explain things in an easy to understand way. Dr. Lee is also great. I don’t remember the name of the dental hygienist but I like them as well. Now, the dental assistant is another story. Not my cup of tea. She doesn’t know how to read the room with the patients, her jokes are not funny and her breath smells like cigarettes… smoking is business but not cool to smell when she’s up close in your face hella early in the morning. Aside from the interaction with her, my visits are good.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to this place for years for my dental needs - it has changed hands a few times, but the latest lead, but all the dentists and oral hygeinists, as well as the faciliites, have been wonderful! Dr. Singh is very kind, approachable and to the point. At my most recent appointment, the hygienist, Adriana, did a great job cleaning my teeth so I left feeling sparkly. The office is super organized and makes it easy to set up my twice a year cleanings/ checkups, sending text reminders so I never forget to go.

Experiencia negativa: Usually they’re great but I had a bad experience with them recently. My back was hurting and at one point I needed to get up and stretch because it was hurting really bad. The doctor couldn’t/wouldn’t understand why I had to stop everything to go to the restroom and treated me like garbage because of it. It was a serious lack of empathy on her part. She kept cutting me off whenever I tried to talk and then left me in the reception area without checking me out. It was incredibly rude.

Experiencia negativa: Dr Sanchez was cool, but the new dentist I saw for some pain gave me a lecture on poor oral hygiene, told me it was all my fault and sent me home with untreated pain under my tooth along with a referral to a perio specialist to see them in a month or so. They also did a hard press for me to review the spot and share about it on social media. The experience turned me off on dentists pretty badly, and I haven't been to one in a few years. I would recommend finding a different dentist. I now am, finally.

Experiencia negativa: Today I was told that my copay would be $140. My insurance states that cleaning and xrays are $0, fluoride is an extra $20-30. I have been going to this office for a few years and have always only been charged for the fluoride. Today I received a phone call from the receptionist saying I could come in early because they had a few cancellations earlier today. (Probably other disgruntled now former patients upset at the bait and switch). I was told that I would be charged $140. I was confused because I was told it is a new price but there is nothing new in terms of the service (ie cleaning, exam). Super disappointing as I've always had a good experience here. Make sure to call ahead and find out what you'll be charged ahead of time.

She was so friendly and kind and wonderful to work with. Then we met the dental assistant Minerva and she also was very kind and wonderful to work with. My mom is 97 years old and she needs a lot of compassion and this dental team really has that. Then we met Dr. Patel Who was so kind and so friendly Wonderful dentist. She is so knowledgeable about my mom’s dental And also needing a partial denture. We could tell that Dr. Patel was very Absolutely wonderful to work with. We felt so lucky as a family to find this wonderful That was led by Dr. Patel. Her compassion and kindness is exhibited. Her and her entire staff. I recommend her to the highest level.

I’m getting my first crown, and was quite worried. The doctor gave me an excellent explanation of the situation, utilized extraordinary technology to show me my own teeth, and the work was relatively painless. My only concern was that the office added an extra warranty and special cleaning service not covered by my insurance without consulting with me first. This significantly added to the price, nearly doubling it. So I would definitely recommend this dentist, but also recommend asking for an itemized list and double-checking the prices before any procedures.

These people way overcharged me for various services - did half my mouth for $1400, and then after I had paid, claimed I owed another $800 for the other side. After I caught them in an obvious lie (they literally tried to charge me twice for the same thing), they lowered it by $200. The service is awful and they’re super shady. Avoid, avoid, avoid if you can!!!!

The receptionist let me stand in 100 degree weather on the sidewalk while she talked on the phone for 5 minutes before opening the door, too. When I showed her my text message confirmation I had received for my appointment she didn't seem surprised or apologetic. I don't know what's going on with them, but I won't be going back.

Experiencia negativa: While the people there are "nice," the services and charges I received left me very disappointed. I was strongly recommended a procedure under pretenses that it would be very helpful and had to pay hundreds of dollars completely out of pocket only to find out afterwards that the medical evidence around the procedure was less than ideal. In addition, I kept getting mail about me owing even more money- when I called and emailed the office, I was told I had paid in full both verbally and in writing, but I keep getting mail asking for payment from their office!! I will not be returning to their location and would suggest getting a second opinion if recommended procedures that your insurance does not cover.

Now they are telling me that I owe a lab fee. No invoice or explanation was provided. My insurance shows they covered the whole visit 100%. Where did this lab fee appear from??? This is shady and ridiculous! I have never had this experience ever with a dental office. The 5 star ratings can't be legit with this type of service and treatment. I will no longer be a patient and will be sure to let others know regarding my experience.

She was honest and genuinely wanted the best procedures for my mother. Everything was explained clearly. My mom got her bridge taken out and told me Dr. Ma did an amazing job; it did not hurt at all. The receptionist was also very kind and efficient . Actually, the whole clinic was super friendly. This is the first dentist office I’ve been to that treat their patients with care.

Experiencia positiva: Two things here that were really frustrating and reason this is 3 stars. First and most importantly it was a pain to get a copy of my x rays. After the visit I requested them and they said they’d email. Then I called the next day, they said they’d email. No email. Then I called the following day and left a voicemail bc no one picked up, asking to email. Finally on Monday I called again and they’d said they’ll send it by end of day. Nothing. I needed them for another specialist and I had nothing to show at that appointment. Second reason is they didn’t do polishing of the teeth because of “Covid” yet everyone is vaccinated and the mouth is open the entire time. Would have been nice to know that when booking the appointment because the polishing was one major reason I went to get an appointment!
