Experiencia negativa: I am not normally one to write reviews but I feel like I had to share this (this happened in early 2026). I have been a patient of Great Expressions for many years and have never had any issues with them - that I know of. At my last cleaning, after the radiographs were taken, the hygienist kept commenting on the severe amount of bone loss in the mouth that she was seeing on radiographs. I am in the medical field and I understand that ONLY doctors are allowed to make comments about radiographs to the patients so I was confused and worried - although looking at the radiographs I did not see the level of alveolar bone loss she was commenting on. She kept saying I was "too young" to have this amount of bone loss on radiographs. After the cleaning the doctor comes in, looks at the radiographs and then after my oral exam goes "good to go, we will see you in 6 months" - makes no comments on my radiographs at all. I ask him about the bone loss - he tells me to start using a new toothpaste and that's it. I scheduled a consult with a new dentist the following week - she had to take new radiographs as the ones I had done at Great Expressions were non-diagnostic (poor quality). She is not worried about alveolar bone loss at all and said the hygienist should have not made those comments. She did however find a MASSIVE cavity that the doctor at Great Expressions missed and even took a picture with my own cell phone to show my how large it was - I am not a dentist and I could have diagnosed that on oral exam. She also said that they missed some tartar in the mouth and did not give me the best cleaning. I will not be going back to Great Expressions - I just wanted to post this warning to be cautious when you go and get a second opinion if you had a strange experience like I did.

Experiencia negativa: I have been rescheduled about five times and I have been on the phone with this lady that just hung up the phone on me because she can’t find an accommodation to put me in and her answer was no I can’t no I can’t no you can’t speak to somebody else rude person. Don’t go here people are always in a bad mood. People are always rude. I have been rescheduled for the past month because the hygienist isn’t there what kind of business do they run if they don’t have a hygienist until October

Experiencia negativa: If I could I'd give them 0 stars. So I'm a new patient and had to wait for my appointment for a month. They sent multiple messages to confirm the appointment and I got a phone call to confirm the appointment a DAY before!! This appointment was triple and quadruple confirmed!!! Hours before appointment they called me to cancel because the hygienist had an "emergency". OK... The next appointment I can schedule is in more than a month!!!. Now if I am late 15min to my appointment I get charged for being late! How unfair and dishonest!! and hypocritical! I am in pain! I need appointment now! I was told "emergencies happen" - my response was "yes, I need appointment next week then, what kind of emergency is next week?" It sounded to me they are just getting extra day for their month long vacation. They have only one hygienist available and if she is out, you have to wait for her for a month or so... How do you run business like that? It's real third world right here on Long Island!!!

Experiencia negativa: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I would never recommend the Great Expressions Dental Center located at 805 Middle Country Rd, Selden, NY 11784. This was, without question, one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had at a dental office in my 35 years of life. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and arrived on time, expecting to receive the service I was booked for. Instead, I spent nearly THREE HOURS at this office and never received the cleaning I was scheduled for. The front desk staff were polite, professional, and repeatedly apologized throughout my visit. They were the only reason I remained patient for as long as I did. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the dentist. After waiting over two hours to be seen, I was finally brought back only to be told that they would not be performing my cleaning and that I would need to schedule another appointment and return on a different day. At no point did anyone explain why this couldn’t have been communicated sooner. Why was I left sitting there for hours if the service I scheduled was never going to be performed? To make matters worse, I witnessed another patient arrive approximately 30 minutes late and get seen before me, despite the fact that I had been waiting for well over two hours. That was incredibly frustrating and made absolutely no sense. What was most disappointing was the attitude of the dentist. While the office staff were apologetic and understanding, the dentist was extremely unfriendly, dismissive, and appeared completely unconcerned about what had happened. There was no sincere apology, no acknowledgment of the excessive wait time, and no appreciation for the fact that I had just spent hours of my day sitting in the office for absolutely nothing. The lack of professionalism and compassion was shocking. As a first-time patient, this left a terrible impression. My time is valuable, just like everyone else’s. Three hours spent at a dental office without receiving the treatment you were scheduled for is unacceptable. The lack of organization, poor communication, disregard for a patient’s time, and the dentist’s rude and indifferent demeanor made this one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely disappointed. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to family or friends. There are far too many dental offices on Long Island that value their patients’ time and treat people with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

I had no cavities and left with a bright smile and left knowledgeable in more effective ways of keeping up with my daily oral hygiene, Thank you, Tracy and Dr Daniels... great people!

Experiencia negativa: One of the worst experiences I ever had at the dentist. My first visit to this office for my x-rays and checkup went extremely well, the dentist was very thorough and kind, and made sure to answer any questions I had. I went for a routine cleaning, where I was seen by a dental hygienist who for one did not introduce herself before beginning. She was unable to read the x-rays effectively and answer questions I had. At one point, she ran the images through AI which gave an unclear answer as well. While cleaning my teeth she kept mumbling to herself and was very passive aggressive. This was unlike any other time I've went to the dentist, because I know that I keep on top of my dental hygiene very well. She kept trying to have me pay out of pocket fees or get unnecessary procedures such as fillings for deep grooves, when an actual dentist has never mentioned that to me. Besides poking around in my mouth for almost an hour, I don't know what else was done the entire visit. I honestly am turned away from this office and will search for another provider.

Experiencia negativa: I was hoping to be a be patient at this dental practice. I called ahead of time and got an appointment for 2pm on Friday Dec 19th. I show up at 1:50pm to the office closed, the pouring rain did not help. No prior warning or cancelation was given. I called several times while standing outside the office and got no answer which isn't surprising since the office appeared to be CLOSED. Based on this first impression I'll find a different provider.

Experiencia negativa: I was there about 2 years ago. Was told I needed a full denture on top and a partial on the bottom. I knew this was probably going to be the outcome. Oral surgery went good until I came back for my cleaning appt. The hygienist told my my pockets around my teeth were really deep and I needed an antibiotic to treat it and my insurance didn’t cover it (it was about $100) ok no problem. I saw a difference in my gums for the good and the next cleaning the hygienist was still telling me they need to do the antibiotic again. I said no. The dentures they gave me very poorly fit my mouth and I went back for adjustments and after a few adjustments they said they couldn’t do anything more for me. They also made them bright white and it did not match my other teeth at all. I didn’t wear them. Then I had a filling to be done on my bottom from tooth that turned into a root canal. They went to put the crown on and they SHAVED my tooth next to it down a little so the crown could go on. They did not tell me they were going to do this, they just did it. My front teeth now look horrible. I went to another dentist and got new dentures made and they fit perfect. DO NOT GO HERE.

Robbed me of $70 for xrays that they said my insurance wouldn't cover, then the Dr came in a said I needed a Crown for a cavity the size of a pin head. After I said I wasn't getting a Crown he agreed to fill the cavity But said he doesn't guarantee it will work. So I had agreed to the appointment and tge Dr then requested a medical release from my heart Dr that was provided 5days later. The receptionist called me and said the letter was no good. Complete waist of time and money. Horrible rude receptionist BEWARE HORRIBLE DENTAL FACILITY

Experiencia negativa: Stay as far away from this Dental office as you can. I have never been to a place more unprofessional in my entire life. I was truly traumatized by this experience and decided that it was worth it to return to my dentist in Queens. I had come to this office because my dentist was in my old neighborhood of Queens. After what I went through in this office, I immediately decided that it was worth traveling to my dentist in Queens. The X-ray technician, Dentist, and Dental Hygienist were very unprofessional! I had to take X-rays that had teeth marks from prior patients, and I expressed my discomfort with that. In addition, they kept trying to sell me things that they told me I needed, but my insurance would not cover. Every time the dental hygienist was cleaning my teeth, she would not stop talking about my need for this particular procedure, and the smell of cat litter was overwhelming, so I told her I was done. I am diligent about going to the dentist, and my dentist has never recommended any of the stuff they insisted I needed. This is clearly a money-making operation with little regard for patients. I plan on making a complaint with my insurance company about this dental office.

Without any valid reason or proper communication, he took it upon himself to lock my account and add misleading notes, claiming I wouldn’t be returning something I never said. When I simply asked about the wait time, he responded with unnecessary attitude and even suggested I find another location. I don’t go to this office for him I go because I trust and like my doctor. Leo clearly lacks the professionalism and emotional stability required to work in a patient facing role. When I tried to share my concerns, he dismissively told me to use a website. His actions were completely out of line, and he should be held accountable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any healthcare setting.

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible, the place is very dirty, everything is about money it does not matter if you have health insurance, I always charge more than 100 dollars, the doctor for treating two at the same time told me that I had a cavity, he filled it and for several days I could not close my mouth properly, he did a bad job I had to go back to have it fixed by another doctor, the hygienist also recommends things so that you pay more when I asked her if what she recommended was necessary she said it is only if you want it but this involves surgery, in short, I do not recommend the place, being there I saw the bad comments it has and I will look for another place to go.

Experiencia negativa: I had the absolute worst experience at this dental office and will never be returning. From the start, it was uncomfortable. During the X-rays, the metal device they used was sharp and painful, and the way they made me bite down was unbearable. To make matters worse, the staff taking the pictures were speaking in Spanish over my head the entire time, which felt unprofessional and made me feel excluded. Before they even began the cleaning, they took my blood pressure, which I found odd since no other dentist has ever done this during a routine visit. It felt unnecessary and made me even more uncomfortable. After the pictures, a lady came in to discuss my teeth, which was fine until she suddenly launched into a speech about mouth cancer and tried to charge me for an oral cancer screening. I was only there for a standard cleaning covered by my insurance, including the usual fluoride treatment at the end. When I declined the cancer screening, she started aggressively poking at the back of my gums with a metal pick, causing significant pain. She then claimed I had gingivitis after only cleaning half of my mouth. She used a metal pick so hard that my gums started to bleed lightly, and by the end of the cleaning, I had a cut at the back of my mouth from her aggressive scraping. She insisted on charging me $140 to finish cleaning the other half of my mouth, saying, “if insurance isn’t covering, I ain’t doing it.” This was beyond frustrating, as I have always taken excellent care of my teeth and have never been told I had gingivitis in my regular six-month checkups with other dentists. Despite my obvious discomfort and my decision to decline the gingivitis cleaning, she continued pressuring me, saying other dentists wouldn’t tell me about these issues. I was in tears by this point because I’ve always been diligent about my oral hygiene—brushing twice a day, flossing every morning, and using a mouthwash recommended by my previous dentist. The cleaning itself was rushed, lasting about 10 minutes, and when they told me they would apply fluoride, they wanted to charge me an extra $14. At every other dentist I’ve been to, fluoride is included as part of a standard cleaning. The dentist who briefly examined me spent only two minutes looking at my teeth, poked at one spot, and left. One staff member with large glasses and an intimidating demeanor made the entire experience even more unsettling. After leaving this office, I was so upset I called my mom crying and immediately sought a second opinion at a highly-rated dental practice. The second dentist confirmed that my teeth and gums were perfectly healthy, with no signs of gingivitis. This place is a complete scam. They pressured me into unnecessary treatments, gave me a rushed and incomplete cleaning, and tried to charge for everything that should have been included. Avoid this office at all costs!

I went again to another appointment and yet again, I was treated with nothing but professional treatment And courtesy by the desk and all the staff I encountered. I've been there many times in the past and it was no different in terms of treatment. I do not know where anyone can give a negative review for great expressions especially dentist Demarco who does Great work every time. Again I went to another dental appointment today. Again I was treated with the utmost courtesy by the entire staff. The dentist specifically treated me great while taking the extra time to explain things etc. I've been at great expressions many times in the past and not one time was there any type of problem. I can't see how anyone can give a negative review for great expressions Concerning anything. I recommend this place to anyone who want professional help by people who have the most important thing. EXPERIENCE. Again I was seen at great expressions and again I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by both the staff behind the desks and the staff doing the actual work in my mouth. The entire atmosphere is noticeably pleasant and after being at great expressions at least 10 times over the past 2 years, I can't see how anyone can complain about anything there. I highly recommend great expressions and Dentist Demarco taking care of your dental needs.... I went again to get my dentures and they are great they don't hurt or scrape. Dentist Demarco is a true professional all across the board. His staff are as well and there's nothing anyone can say bad about great expressions. Get your work done there.....

I've been a patient for 2 years, and every time I went there something bothered me, but since it's literally right around the corner from my house, I went there for convenience. First, they always call to cancel the appointment, always with a different excuse, and they never see you on time. Last time I went, they charged me out of pocket and charged my insurance too, so I will be careful with the billing. Now after 2 years my insurance changed and called them 1 week before my appointment to change, everything was fine. The day before my appointment they called me and were super rude and unprofessional saying that my appointment had been canceled, when I asked what insurance they had on file, the woman replied that she didn't know, I asked if she could look for me and she made me wait 10 minutes then asked my name again, after all, she told me that they didn't accept the insurance anymore (how does the place change in less than a week??) I called my insurance and they told me the place do take my insurance, then my insurance called them and they said that I don't exist as a patient (???) even though I've been going there for 2 years. Anyway, the last time I went, the guy who does the x-rays didn't even say his name and explain what he was going to do, it hurt my mouth, the dentist barely looked at my mouth and the cleaning lasted 5 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE !!! my advice to you is to get away from this place as soon as possible !!!!

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT COME HERE. If I could leave a negative review I would. I went in for a cleaning and a checkup and was told that I had 4 cavities. I was shocked by this and didn’t feel like this was true. I read the reviews and changed my dentist immediately thinking that I may have had maybe one or two but not four. I go to another dentist and first off they would not send my new dentist better x-rays unless I came in and signed a form. I then have my new dentist look at my teeth and take new x-rays due to the fact they would not send mine over and it turns out that I have NO CAVITIES. This place was extremely unprofessional as they tried to sell me three different things including a cancer screening at 19 years old as well as a mouthwash and toothpaste for no reason. They dentist was extremely rude as I asked him routine questions and told me to ask the desk up front because he didn’t deal with the questions. I do not recommend this place at all this has to be against some sort of law.

Both were very professional sweet , caring and made you feel comfortable. Darianna is a great at what she does , she knows her profession inside and out. He told me to call the Insurance to resolve this issue, then, as soon as done with the Insurance calling them, it took me 10 minutes he told me your appointment time is over. why did you tell somebody to call Insurance and why don’t you tell them? They have no value of your time I got there it took me 30 minutes to get there all morning was wasted for nothing

Experiencia negativa: I have never had a more miserable dental experience. I went in for a cleaning and a consult for what I believed to be a TMJ issue. First they were hesitant to do anything without clearance from my doctor due to a heart condition but could not explain to me how it would affect cleaning my teeth. They proceeded only after I told them I have literally never had a dentist even ask me about this before for a cleaning. The dentist/oral surgeon looked around my teeth for a couple minutes and was like “oh you probably dislocated your jaw” and lifted his hands up like oh what can you do and said maybe put in an order for a night guard. He didn't actually explain anything as far as I could tell and I didn’t really know what to say. How do you tell someone they probably dislocated something and then not actually follow up with a why or a how or even a here’s how to not do that again? But the absolute worst experience was with the hygienist. Surely a nice guy but somehow managed to have me choking on water/spit through the entire cleaning. I have been going to the dentist since I’ve been a child and I have NEVER struggled with this. Even after raising my head a little, I was struggling to breathe even through my nose as the back of my throat kept getting blocked by the spit and water combo. Towards the end of it I believe I swallowed some kind of listerine or something because I ended up choking so bad that I had to sit up quickly and cough for like a minute. Even an hour later after I got home, I had a horrible stomachache and was continuously burping up something minty. He applied what felt like an unusually thick sealant to my bottom molars that turned HIGHLIGHTER YELLOW by the end of the day. I have no idea how this happened and it looks so ugly and I’m incredibly distressed and embarrassed. My appointment was early in the morning and when I tried brushing my teeth before bed, it didn't lighten at all. I have worked hard to take care of my teeth and I feel like all my work was for nothing after this terrible procedure. They told me it was ~$144 (158 after tax) out of pocket which I only agreed to because I thought it was going to be a long term benefit for my teeth. My jaw still hurts. The final nail on the coffin was the fluoride application which was done by the same person who did my x-rays. Absolutely haphazardly slapped on in seconds, uneven, no polish. I walked out with the grossest feeling mouth I have ever experienced after a dental appointment and that’s saying something since I’ve had everything from root canals to wisdom tooth extractions. Like my teeth were sticking to my lips and gums. I asked how long before I could eat and she said oh about 30 minutes. I waited around 50minutes later and I swear every bite of my meal felt like the fluoride was coming off and I could taste it the entire time. Bitter and minty and nasty. No one was rude or unkind to me and the hygienist did do his best to explain what he was doing. Front desk was courteous, everyone seemed to be in a relaxed mood, no obvious red flags. However, I cannot stress enough how painful and horrible this experience was. I feel like my teeth are worse off and now uglier with this thick, yellowed sealant. I canceled my follow up appointment before I even left the building. EDIT: they comment on here asking for feedback and say they will make it right but they have never followed up on this after their useless little comment. Don’t trust these people with your health when they can’t even be bothered to fix their problems.

Experiencia negativa: Not really a review person but here we go .. DO NOT GO HERE —— WARNING ⛔️ I have state insurance and this is the ONLY place I called on Long Island that takes my insurance. Call make apt please come in on this date I come in the girl at the desk is very short/blunt no manners. I go to the back and get seated no one says the name or anything or what they are doing. He said open your mouth I said ok. He drapes this heavy shield over me for an x ray but I have my Phone and keys and wallet on my Lap I said can I put this on the counter he said you don’t need to .. usually they ask if pregnant or anything never did. (That is dangerous) after x rays done he comes back (younger guy) and starts doing a cleaning. He then leaves the room comes back with a paper pen and clip board says sign this I said what is this he said sign it it’s for what we are doing today. I said ok. He comes back in and says you went to sign this too? I said what is it he said you need a deep clean not a regular clean bec. You have Gingivitis I said okay for how much he said 150$ I said do I need it he said yes no explanation though. So I called my husband he said do it NP So I signed the paper he left and then Comes back does cleaning in less then 5 min max says pay at the front. I said ok. I get to the front to pay I asked when do I need to come Back for the deep cleaning she looked at me and said what do you mean. I said I just payed for a deep cleaning. She said oh then you need mouth mash from us. She got Me the mouth wash and said come Back 4 weeks. Made the apt in the office. Get a call morning of Dr called out I need to move your apt ok np until when ? She said end of July … okay book it. She said while I have you on the phone Dr. has a note here you need a crown when can you come in I said when ever. She give me the date for crown Day of the crown I get a call from lady at desk to come in at 12 not 1230 bec. Dr has to leave early I said ok I get there 1145 to play it safe and I wasn’t even called into back till 1245 !!! In the chair for the crown partial Dr doesn’t speak much to me about what he has to do never had this done before and just starts working. The dr begins to tell me he doesn’t do back teeth like this bec it’s harder to do / get too but bec. I am a young lady he will do it just for me he says. When the dr walked into the room he tripped Over the wire and fell against the chair I was in and didn’t even say sorry or anything just keep cursing and saying owe. He rushed the whole thing I couldn’t wait to get out of that place. I get done with the work go in the car and my tongue has been drilled. Four days later I go to city me my tongue is killing me I haven’t eaten now going on day 5 and drink anything I have a headache and light headed at this point. So city MD give me Lidocaine to use on tongue to be able to drink something maybe eat something. It worked for the time being. My tongue took two weeks to start healing to the point I didn’t need the meds city md gave me. I WISH I can keep typing but I think you all get my point

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO HERE. Dr Daniels will make you worse than when you started! He fractured my tooth which led to infection and now I’m forced to get my molar extracted! You don’t know the amount of pain I am in!! Worse place I’ve ever been to in my life and I never write bad reviews! UPDATE: I am recovering from a painful tooth extraction, receiving out-of-pocket fees because my insurance didn’t cover all the costs, including the bone graphs I had to get prior to this. I don’t even know what my out-of-pocket is going to be for this extraction and the new implant I have to get. I have emailed great expressions and have not gotten a reply! Second update 11/15/23 thank God I have fully healed from the extraction but unfortunately I was cut off my health insurance and have to get an implant done which cost $3400!!! Third update 4/19/24 I can’t believe I’m still dealing with this, I got my own private health insurance and they STILL won’t cover the implant so it will cost me $3,750 out of pocket!

Experiencia negativa: I don’t like leaving negative reviews but feel morally obligated given the experience I had with this practice. After being warned by family not to go here, I thought, how could they mess up a cleaning? Long story short, the staff was extremely unprofessional and Dr DeMarco insisted I had a cavity on my front upper tooth. He tried pointing it out with a mirror but I didn’t see what he was talking about. He was incredibly persistent in trying to get me to let him fill it, but I went with my gut and walked out. I’ve had 3 dentists since that experience assure me there is nothing wrong with that tooth or any of the surrounding teeth.

I was treated for infections at that appointment, 2nd appointment got canceled by them with no excuse no phone call I found out by calling to confirm my appointment, made new appointment was cancelled by them again this time Dr called out now new appointment is 3 weeks out, go to that appointment to never leave the waiting room, the guy who works in the office wanted to talk treatment plan meaning money, I can’t get the line of credit. So I ask about payment plan through them as their website states, was told no option for that, was told I would then need $ up front, very rude, condescending tone. NO mention of what exactly my insurance covers, they have no clue if I would be fine with the partial the insurance covers.Was told good luck.calling my insurance company to report them & make sure they do not charge for a office visit considering I was not seen or left the waiting room.. Would never ever treat someone in the manner I was treated by the staff today!

I am sad that my regular dentist is out due to an injury but I look forward to seeing him soon.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give a negative star I would. The ancient dentist, Mark Daniel’s, was rude and lacks integrity. Somewhere along the line he lost his passion for his profession. My daughter went in for fillings and she developed 5 canker sores the next day and her face is swollen from the work. I’m not sure they even cleaned their equipment. If I were there the dentist would have been ripped a new one. Maybe retirement should be in this man’s future?

I have to say I was very anxious as I’ve never had a root canal done before and Dr.De Marco spent his time calming me down and explaining exactly what he is going to do. He was so kind and understanding through the whole process. He kept making sure I was okay, and talking to me throughout the procedure. I also needed to get a filling at a different appointment and he checked up on my root canal and did the fillings perfect. I definitely recommend Dr.De Marco as your dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I came here a few months ago and saw Dr.DeMarco. It was the first time I had been to a dentist in about 5 years, mostly due to insurance issues. At first he seemed nice - however I got cavities filled in a very small room, I left with chunks of tooth in my mouth and wasn’t given anything to rinse with. Upon leaving, I asked him if there was anything I need to avoid eating and how long I should wait to eat and he looked at me and said “I’m going to pretend that was a joke” ..I’m not a dentist, I figured that would likely be a common question. Fortunately the dental assistant was able to answer. The dentist then goes on to tell me I should consider Invisalign for a cross bite, to which I said “I would love to, but it’s very expensive” then dentist then told me “you can just use mommy and daddy’s money.” All I said was “unfortunately that isn’t an option” and I left. I have never in my life been treated this way in a medical facility. He knows nothing about my family situation and having been raised by a lower income single mother I was shocked. At the time I was a full time graduate student working two jobs and balancing an internship. Also, I was literally on Medicaid insurance…Safe to say I will never return somewhere that the medical provider can be so disrespectful. I left regretting that I allowed that man to drill into my teeth. Also a few months later I am now having pain in one of the filled cavities, when I didn’t have any pain prior to having them filled.

Experiencia fantástica: Upon reading the reviews, I was hesitant besides that I have dentistphobia. I am happy to saw my experience was nothing like I read. First, the office manager Leo, he went out of his way to schedule my appointments as well as confirming everything with my insurance and always with a smile. I saw the periodontist and he too was very pleasant and took his time explaining what needed to be done. I then had deep cleaning done by two different hygienist, both were professional yet caring and considerate of my fears. All in all and good experience and I highly recommend!

We were 19 min late because of traffic, and I called to tell them I'm 5 min I had they said, " your appointment has been canceled due to lateness" I begged that I was almost there 5 min and no ! But they can make you wait 3 months for appointment!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve never given a review before but people need to be informed about this place. This place has red flags all over it. I’ve been here three times. The lady at the front desk always seemed annoyed and always gave me an attitude and the other people behind the desk have their feet up on the desk fooling around on their phones. The waiting area is nice but once they sit you in a room the amount of filth in there is disgusting, there was empty lidocaine glass bottles on the floor and dust everywhere. Any medical facility should be sanitized and kept clean especially dealing with people’s mouths and teeth. And they don’t even have a mouth rinsing station for you to spit I had to ask them to give me something to rinse and spit somewhere. DO NOT let Dr. DeMarco touch your teeth in my opinion he shouldn’t even be a dentist. I went in there the first time to get a regular X-ray/check up to see what needed to be done. I was expecting to get a cleaning and a filling for my 2nd appointment and when I went there Dr. Demarco surprised me with wanting to do a root canal and crown on my front tooth, which is not what I made the appointment for and no one called or informed me about it. He told me he wanted to do it so he could get the insurance money to go through if I had it done now or else he would have to put in a referral again to insurance. I told him I’m not doing that and that I came in expecting a cleaning and filling and he got very nasty and annoyed with me that he had to put all the root canal stuff away. He ended up doing the filling and drilling the hell out of my tooth and caused it to be worse then it was and now I have to get a root canal and crown. I was in immense pain with my other tooth that needed to be extracted since there was nothing left of the tooth and it was down to the gum. That was the third time that I went there and when he took it out he was very rough leaning into my lip I screamed out in pain. I could feel a piece of broken tooth still in my gum and he told me that it was bone and he had the nerve to tell me he’s done this for 30 years he knows what he’s doing. He wouldn’t even do an X-ray afterwards. I knew it wasn’t bone and I ended up pulling the piece of tooth out myself at home. After these experiences and being treated the way I was I’ll never be coming back here. I warn people NOT to come here or come at your own risk. You’re supposed to treat patients with kindness and be gentle, they’re asking for help and probably in pain. I’ve had dental problems all my life and I’ve never been treated like that as a patient. This is a very dirty and unprofessional place. If I could give zero stars I would.

Get out of there immediately and don't let this doctor touch your teeth. I went there looking online for a place to be treated and I got there. Some cures from previous years are cracked. I did not know what the doctor was doing on the front of my tooth and where it was cracked (behind the tooth) he did not touch it. The worst thing is that he injured me with the drill they use. I was bleeding for a while. When the doctor finished. I asked the assistant why the doctor hadn't fixed the back of my tooth. This doctor came back and checked me out and then he told me he couldn't do anything that what I need is an implant. I will leave the photo of my tooth that he supposedly fixed so that you can see the type of work that this doctor does. I leave a star only for the staff

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been coming here 3 years. Mostly decent experience. I liked the hygienists and the periodontist. Last time there was a new hygienist who sprayed my in the face multiple times and there were spots missed. It was an expensive deep Cleaning that took 15 min. I didn’t find her to be great at her job. But I made an appointment to come back. I got multiple reminder texts for my appointment on Wednesday including on Sunday and Tuesday. I show up for my appointment and I’m told the hygienist will not be in and they don’t have another appointment for over two months. One of the ladies behind the desk got nasty with me (the one to the right) and told me that she had been trying to call me multiple times. After leaving I check my voicemail there was one message left on Friday offering me to come in on Tuesday at 10 AM which I could not have done but meanwhile I got multiple reminder texts for my appointment on Wednesday after that phone call that I missed. These people are supposed to care of your health and well being just don’t make them have to stay an extra 30min to take care of a good customer who has spent well over 15k out of pocket.

Why I didn't get second option is still mystery to me. Well after removing half of my upper teeth he made a mold and after coming back to have rest removed he made yet another , then over the next 3 weeks he made more , well let's just say they never fit right and he is the rudest person as well as his office manager Carlos. After calling and complaining I was told I'm not welcomes in the office because I complain to much . Well I returned today gave the dentures back and got yet another attitude from Carlos. Experiencia negativa: Staff isn’t friendly. Dentist is rough, he told me I’m fine to go but I asked him to check the X-rays again because the pain is unbearable. For over a year he kept filling in a Cavity rather than checking my X-rays, now I need a root canal. The new dentist I went to said it could’ve been prevented had the previous dentist actually took a look at my X-ray and made the right choices rather than continuing to fill in this tooth which makes the infection stuck in the tooth/gum causing worse problems. I was in so much pain they still had me wait 2 weeks to fill the “cavity” and then The receptionist cancelled my appt a few hours before my appt time and did not accommodate. Don’t go here.

It is very comfortable for her and now she is eating so much better. Dr. Daniel takes his time to measure, very understanding, knowledgeable and compassionate. If you want dentures done come to this office and see Dr. Daniel. So grateful!!
