Experiencia fantástica: This office exemplifies what patient-centered care should be. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. I've been a patient here five times since November 2025, and every single visit has been exceptional. My first visit was a consultation, and while I arrived in tears, I left relieved knowing I'd found a dental practice that would walk me through several challenging appointments ahead. For each of my appointments, my wait time has never been more than five minutes, which speaks volumes about how efficiently this practice is run. From the moment you walk through the door, every staff member is warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to be there. The office has an amazing atmosphere, and it's clear that the entire team works exceptionally well together. Everyone is exceptional individually, but collectively, they create a seamless experience focused entirely on the patient. After my second visit, staff members remembered me, stopped by to say hello and chat, and were invested in my progress and treatment plan. The team is down-to-earth and professional, with a great sense of humor, which helps create a relaxed and comfortable environment. At each appointment thereafter, every staff member I encountered treated me with genuine kindness. They have a remarkable ability to work with patients who are terrified of going to the dentist. Their calming approach helps transform what can be a stressful experience into one that feels safe and manageable. Dr. Dai is outstanding. He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional, and he brings just the right amount of humor to put patients at ease. He never makes you feel rushed and genuinely cares about your comfort and treatment outcomes. I also appreciated the administrative team's dedication. They worked tirelessly with my insurance company, explained my benefits, and walked me through every payment and financial question I had. Their professionalism and willingness to advocate for patients is truly appreciated. This team has created something special—a safe, supportive, compassionate, and highly professional dental practice where patients truly come first. I am incredibly grateful for the care I've received and would recommend Dr. Dai and his entire team without hesitation.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Dental Care of Patchogue for about 20 years. I actually coordinate my trips from Florida to be able to see my dentist.

Experiencia positiva: I enjoy having my teeth cleaned by jackie. Shes very good. I think she missed a cavity on the lower left side I can see. I dont know if it can be cleared up and I just noticed it a few weeks ago. Don't have time to come in now. She may see it on the xrays. MY only big problem with this office is the cost . I do not have insurance so it's gets costly. My last visit cost around $400 for a cleaning with an ex ray.

Experiencia positiva: The staff were very courteous and professional. Really nice

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent t experience. Very caring staff.

Experiencia negativa: Stay away from this place total scam Not to mention the litany of issues I have faced with them like a 4 hour root canal. That same root canal they did not get the root all the way so now I have to go to an endodontist to crack through the crown and re do the root canal. They just called me that it’s going to cost me $600 outside of insurance to fix Dental Care of Patchogue’s mistake when the initial root canal was already the worst experience of my life because it was 4 hours!!!! Then they did a crown on a different tooth which actually required a root canal so I had to go to the endodontist last year to crack through the crown and fix there mistake yet again. This place should be shut down it’s a total scam. They also say that you have cavities when you don’t. Stay far away. I will be taking this to small claims court as I am not paying for there mistakes.

Experiencia fantástica: Needed root canal got me in same morning worked on 2 1/2 hours left temp crown very satisfied

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and dentist always provide an excellent dental experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding! Highly recommended. Very attentive to patients concerns.. friendly staff and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service, they are always making sure your ok.

Experiencia fantástica: So polite and understanding. The comfort ability’s were amazing. Not in comfortable with poor mouth hygiene. Understanding I have to do better to get better.

Experiencia negativa: I went for a routine cleaning . Dental hygienist was phenomenal. The doctor came in to examine my teeth . I have a tongue ring he stated “not that I’m judging your tongue ring, why you have it and what you use it for but it will cause exceeding gum line” . The statement , not that I’m judging and everything that followed was very much judging and I didn’t appreciate the comment . It was unprofessional he could’ve stated the facts regarding the tongue ring without saying, “not that I’m judging” if I go back I will be requesting a different doctor

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was excellent! Very clean and compassionate, Rose and Dr Patrella made me feel so comfortable during my visit ! They are truly the best !! Wish I can give more stars

Experiencia fantástica: For the past three years I continue to have an exceptional experience at Dental Care of Patchogue. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The office is clean, modern, and organized, which instantly reassured me that I was in good hands. Their Dentists and professional staff are not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate and thorough. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, I’ve always felt confident and well taken care of. Experiencia fantástica: Amazing staff I loved it there I was running a little late too they did not send me away or reschedule they were very interactive and showed me what was going on with my teeth definitely home to me now

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a new patient and the way the entire office treated me was beyond exceptional! My dental hygienist was incredibly caring, personable, informative and so sweet, I felt like she was my mom! Dr. Dai is also very nice & informative and takes the time to go over everything. I felt very comfortable the entire time I was there. I am so so so happy I chose them to go to. I had a HORRIBLE experience at Aspen Dental that recently opened on Sunrise Highway where the dentist tried to convince me if I don’t get their version of invisalign, that my teeth would get loose and fall out. He also jammed his tools into my mouth to try and make me bleed to show “how bad my gums are”. But I floss everyday, and they weren’t bleeding. He also told me a had a severe cavity and needed to be fixed ASAP. But again, I knew that wasn’t the case. THANK GOD I went to Dental Care of Patchogue. The entire experience with them was so pleasant and I left very happy. It’s nice to go to a practice that treats their patients great and doesn’t try to get as much money as possible out of them.

Experiencia fantástica: Would not go anywhere else. They work with you financially, are great with dental phonic patients, and Jackie is the best hygienist who will ever clean your teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: The office is being renovated which is great it needed it. They also have the new X-ray machine which was a needed upgrade. I have been going here for a few years. The dental hygienist are always great, I highly recommend this dentist, I am basically in here twice a year for cleanings and X rays and all is good.

Experiencia fantástica: The whole staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Thanks to my dental hygienist! she educated me on my oral health and gave many good suggestions on how to counter act the issues I have!

Experiencia fantástica: I was seen promptly. Everyone was friendly, professionall and competent. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Love coming to the office. Everyone is so kind and genuinely cares!!

Experiencia fantástica: Even though it was my first visit to the office they made me feel as if they already knew me. They are kind @ compassionate. They took the time to explain every step of the visit@ they allowed me the opportunity to speak all of my concerns. I was not rushed in anyway. I have already recommended them to family. That tells it all

Experiencia fantástica: Great place nice people ~ made it a pleasure

Experiencia fantástica: So great with families and kids! Everyone is always so kind and patient

Experiencia fantástica: Very good office!!!! I have been going there for years, and the Dentist is a great guy. I originally didn’t know this, but he achieved distinctions from NYU years ago.. I like that he’s honest, I can’t say the same about a different Dentist in Manhattan.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Dental Care of Patchogue, the whole team is fantastic, highly recommend this practice!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best dentist I’ve gone to by far. They are very attentive to all my needs. Everybody is very personable and friendly and make me feel totally at ease. I love my dental hygienist. She is so sweet and caring. The whole office just is so homey I actually like going to the dentist now And they found the way to address something in my mouth that could be very expensive and found another way to take care of it I really appreciate them for all they do.
