Experiencia fantástica: Your office in Centereach NY is one of the friendliest, professional and efficient medical offices of any kind I have been to. From talking on the phone for appointments to being at the office you are always treated with respect, consideration and caring. Everyone is do helpful and professional. Dr. Papadopoulos is what medical professionals are supposed to be. He is friendly, professional and extremely qualified. He makes you feel at home and i have not been to a Dentist in a long time, and he didnt make me feel embarrassed by my the condition of my teeth. He was helpful and understanding All in all Dental 365 in Centereach New York is one superior dental office and they should be recognized for their efforts

After driving around trying to find a dentist who could treat my daughter for a cavity that developed below a filling, we walked into the Centereach location. We were disappointed to find out there wasn’t a dentist on staff. HOWEVER, Kelly and Maddie offered to reach out to Gentle Dental an affiliated office of Dental 365. As luck would have it, the Middle Island Location was able to accommodate us. While there we helped by Veronica and Artie who were very helpful and pleasant. We felt welcomed as opposed to being made to feel we were an “inconvenience.” Thank you to all who helped us!

She successfully got me a last-minute appointment on a Friday evening, and I wound up having an emergency root canal. I am forever grateful!!

Experiencia fantástica: My dentist Dr Papadopoulos is excellent. Every time I have a concern, he listens carefully and understands my situation. His entire team is also wonderful. On the day I received my full set of crowns, I came out feeling numb and very uncomfortable. Sandy ( from front desk) noticed right away and kindly asked if I needed a mask. I didn’t even think of it at the moment, but she offered again and then went to get one for me. She handed it to me with such kindness and thoughtfulness. The whole team is caring, attentive, and truly treats every patient with respect. I really appreciate all of them.

Experiencia negativa: I kept going because they’re recommended by family and everyone talks about how “nice they are”. But they have consistently overcharged me and have singlehandedly given me all the worst experiences I’ve ever had at the dentist. DO NOT PAY UNTIL AFTER YOU HEAR FROM INSURANCE. Talked me into a getting a risky surgery at 19 just to lead to infection. Went to another dentist after the fact and they told me that initial procedure was unnecessary (but surprise it was expensive). They are fake nice here, and will laugh at you and try to scam you behind closed doors. It’s hard to find genuine people nowadays but just know they are not genuine at all. Protect your energy and go somewhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I switched over to Dental365 after having a horrible experience at another dentist. All of the front desk workers especially Sandy and Jess are amazing. They follow through with what they say and I can always count on them. All of the dental hygienists are amazing and I haven’t had a bad experience with any of them. Dr Papadopolous is the best and I couldn’t recommend this dentist more.

Experiencia fantástica: Just got out of the last in a line of of visits, ranging from repairing a broken tooth, root canal, and a slew of fillings after a few years of bad-behavior and less attentive dental offices. People here are great; would trust Dr. P to do surgery on my heart while longboarding on a cobblestone road. Assistants and the front desk's also super kind and easy to work with. Facility's clean and modern, and everythings always been a straight in-and-out. Easy 5 star

Alexis is extremely thorough and explains what she does while cleaning my teeth. She makes me feel comfortable while also educating me. Alexis and Dr. P are a great team and have great personalities. I never enjoyed going to the dentist until I started attending Dental 365!

I have dental anxiety and I tend to panic and gag but Dr. P made me feel so comfortable and so relax. I needed a cavity filled, they were fast but professional. I will most definitely be coming back. I'm so happy they're in network with my insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything about them is great! The idea of going to the dentist can strike a nerve for a lot people, but this office just makes it so seamless, I'll never go anywhere else. Dr. Papadopoulos is an artist with his dental drill, along with his assistants who make you feel at ease. They're all so patient and ask if you need breaks, etc. I had a root canal procedure and didn't experience any pain during or after. Didn't even know that was possible! The hygienists who do the exams and cleanings were just as great. I forgot how much of a difference the cleanings alone can make. (don't skip out on your routine exams, kids!) All of the front office employees are caring, helpful, and of course efficient with their call and text appointment reminders. Plus, I've never had to sit in the waiting room for more than a minute or two. Everyone is so patient, empathetic, and most importantly: they are never judgemental or "preachy." They work with your schedule and your needs. Who could ask for anything more?

Next major dental work appointment booked to fix the problem that brought me in. In and out in less than an hour. Booked on a Friday night got Monday evening hours to accommodate work. I'll get back about the wisdom tooth removal in a few weeks. Clean facility, modern. Doctor was cool. DH was knowledgeable and friendly non judgie that I was honest about my oral maintenance. I decided to go with Dental365, I called for an emergency visit and was able to get an apt within an hour. The customer service was excellent over the phone! So fast and easy! New patient paper work was so quick and efficient, all done through my phone. Upon arrival, the two receptionist were just truly great, so respectful and informative. Unfortunately, I needed an extraction and that was able to be done at another of their location but on the SAME DAY! I’m feeling so much better! Totally recommend, no regrets! Will definitely be back for regular check ups. Recommended the rest of my family as well! Thank you all for the fantastic experience considering how terrified I am whenever I visit a dentist office.. They were honestly amazing all around i had excruciating pain since last night and called almost every dentist on the island and they were all rude or had no availability and or once i said my insurance and they didnt take it they didnt care & Jessica was so nice and understanding and had me there in 10 Minutes after calling even though they didnt take my insurance they took care of me & really helped me in a pinch .. if you understand tooth pain you know its the worst pain and will leave you on the floor in a ball dying of agony. Experiencia fantástica: My name is Suzanne catala! I’ve been a patient at Dental365 for the past six years! The staff are absolutely wonderful they are very welcoming and Courteous . The Dentist at Dental 365 is very knowledgeable about what they do and does a great job! They don’t try to have you do stuff you don’t need! The great thing about dental 365 for me is that they accepts Care Credit which comes in very conveniently if a procedure is not fully covered by your insurance or if a procedure is not covered at all by your insurance! Care credit comes in very handy . I would recommend anyone who’s looking for a good Dentist should visit Dental 365 ! The main thing I forgot to mention is that the facility is extremely clean and you don’t have to be concerned about if the equipment that is being used on you is sanitary they do a excellent job at keeping everything clean .

He took the time to fully explain things to my son to make him feel more comfortable. The front staff is absolutely wonderful they really care, after the procedure they called multiple times to ensure that he was doing well and if any issues did come up they would immediately address them. I am very happy with the service I received at 365 dental and I wouldn't go anywhere else

What I thought would be an annoying process turned into a breeze. I couldn’t have been happier that I came to this office. Experiencia fantástica: My husband was having pain in his tooth for several days. Last night the pain was so intense I googled walk in dentists in my area. I found Dental360!! I went on their website at 1:00 am, completed the required paperwork for an appointment, and by 9:40am, he had an appointment for 2 hours later. The dentist and staff were VERY friendly and the office was very clean and modern. After a quick X-ray it was determined the tooth needed to be extracted. My husband was in the best care, the staff was very empathetic, and the dentist had the kindest bedside manner. It began when I called to make the appointment. Every individual that I encountered while at my appointment made me feel comfortable and valued. I had to have oral surgery and Dr. Lynn was amazing! Due to the care that I received at the Centereach location, I no longer fear dental visits. Thank you so much to the entire staff.

Very upfront with what your visit is going to cost which is really appreciated and not something I’ve had at previous places. The doctors are great and explain everything well and answer any questions you may have.
