I will be back for a cleaning in August, but my first visit was wonderful and I’m glad I ended up getting in here than anywhere else.

Molly was my hygienist and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Dr. Troy did my exam and was honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to. They also have a great referral program. Overall, I’m very satisfied and glad I chose this office!

I called Willow cove and the very nice lady who answered the phone told me to come right away❤️ I have been looking for a dentist for a while and this place is great. They had drinks in the waiting area, gave us some more info about prize drawings, and when I went back to get my jaw checked, they had a list of things that are provided to patients. Including, headphones, sunglasses for the bright lights, neck pillow among various other things. Its been hard to find a dentist that I enjoy so I'm very happy to have stumbled upon willow cove. They gave me a coffee mug at the end of my visit and gave me solutions to the jaw issue I've been having. They make the dentist, which I find uncomfortable, very comfortable and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

The staff where very nice and very helpful. I will be returning. Im usually afraid of dentists. But willow cove made me feel very calm with little to no anxiety spike. Experiencia negativa: They are super nice when you are there - OVERLY nice! They give you everything you need and then some. Everything went fine until I got the estimate for my treatments - wow! Expensive! BUT that wasn’t the end of it. I left and would think about whether or not to continue there and didn’t have to pay for anything else since they told me everything was covered by insurance for the cleaning and check up. HAHA! A few months later a get an URGENT text and threatening letters in the mail for over $200. Why didn’t they tell me then? They were able to tell me what everything else would cost! And they wouldn’t stop demanding the money and threatening collections and I just got the bill.

My every need and concern was addressed without me even having to ask. At the end of the visit I had treatment plan options with estimates for each choice. No pressure, it is my choice! I felt like they actually cared about my comfort and treatment and weren’t just looking for ways to make money off of me, which is becoming increasingly hard to find lately. Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this dental office. First off, they saved me from severe pain caused by another dentist. I had to have a root canal while pregnant and NO ONE would help me. I was frantically calling any dentist that I could when I stumbled upon this amazing office. From the start they were very caring and very quick to get me in to get help. I’ve been going to them ever since (over 2 years) and I feel so welcomed with all staff. There is no ounce of unprofessionalism here. They listen, if you have questions they give answers. I personally think most customers write reviews before talking with the team because I know this team would care to hear any of your concerns. When I went to Willow Cove recently I was immediately impressed with how friendly and caring the whole staff was! Right from the start they did everything to try to make sure I was comfortable. Warm blanket, stress ball and many others. Almost seemed like a spa. Dr. Troy was amazing!! He knew I wasn’t to a dentist in many years and was a little uncomfortable. They are flexible and willing to adjust my bite so it’s perfectly comfortable after a filling (which was a painless experience, I was nervous but it was a smooth and fast appointment!). They are always easy to schedule with and take phone calls right away. Their office is cozy and have a lot of amenities like drinks and a menu of items like sunglasses, headphones, music, a blanket, and more to help your experience be more comfortable. Great atmosphere and great people :D. My front tooth chipped to the point where I looked like Jim Carrey in dumb & dumber and they helped me fix it! My tooth actually looks better than it did before it was chipped and it looks natural. They did a great job and I highly reccomend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is top-notch! I didn't have an appointment and they aren't even my dentist, but I had a crown fall off. After talking to fifty-eleven other dentists, Willow Cove was not only able to get me in for my initial consult like an hour from my phone call, they were also able to get me in a little later that same day for my temporary crown! They have affordable dental savings plans (think HSA for teeth) and accept CareCredit as well. Everyone I encountered was helpful and knowledgeable and their welcome gift is WAY better than floss and a toothbrush

Experiencia negativa: THEY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF! (Read below) --- I visited Willow Cove for a cleaning after not seeing a dentist for about four years. At the time, I didn’t have dental insurance, so I was paying out of pocket. During the visit, they conducted X-rays and a full evaluation, informing me that I had several cavities, gum issues, and needed my sealants replaced. My fiancé, who also hadn’t been to a dentist in about 12 years, went to Willow Cove the same day as me. Unlike me, he had insurance. Despite his longer gap in dental care, his evaluation revealed no cavities or major concerns. Later, I obtained insurance but discovered Willow Cove was out-of-network, so I switched to Dental Designs. During my first visit there, they conducted X-rays, a cleaning, and a full assessment. To my surprise, they informed me I had ZERO cavities, no need for sealant replacement, and that my gums were perfectly healthy. This stark difference between diagnoses left me feeling that Willow Cove may have taken advantage of the fact that I was paying out of pocket. Additionally, during my cleaning at Willow Cove, the hygienist made an inappropriate comment, saying “oh, ewwie,” while cleaning my teeth. This was both unprofessional and embarrassing, leaving me convinced I had serious costly dental problems. I’ve since researched this issue and learned that A LOT of dental practices exaggerate diagnoses, especially for cash-paying patients. I strongly encourage everyone to seek a second opinion before committing to costly procedures. My experience with Dental Designs confirmed that I didn’t need any of the treatments Willow Cove recommended.

They did several things to find out my preferences and make me comfortable. It was professional, yet felt like a family atmosphere. They have a great new patient special with no added or hidden fees. The dental hygienist had some helpful tips for tooth care. I have no complaints and am happy to make them my new dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first time there, Very friendly, welcoming, and clean. Had drinks and snacks in the waiting area, and they were very prompt to get me into the chair. Hygienist and dentist were very nice and informative on what was going on with my teeth, very glad i chose this place!

Experiencia fantástica: We could not get an appointment with our regular provider, so we tried Willow Cove and we're not disappointed. Molly and Kim were fantastic and made the experience relaxed and judgement free. Dr. Troy was great too! The office has the feeling of being at home with an intoxicating scent filling the air and snacks if you want them. This office and their staff truly wowed us and we will use their services again!

Experiencia fantástica: I have a dental phobia and went to Willow Cover for an extraction and filling. It was hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. They were patient, gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I never thought I would say this about a dentist but I’m looking forward to going back and fixing some other dental issues I have.

Experiencia fantástica: They are all so sweet and welcoming! Super transparent and I didn't feel pressure to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Answered all my questions no problem, and made me feel super comfortable and welcomed! As a fist time patient they first gave me a tour of the office and even a goodie bag! I have had nothing but bad experiences at every other dentist I've gone to around here, but this place is leagues above the rest. They checked in with me throughout my procedure to make sure I was comfortable, they have a wonderful comfort menu with options such as blankets, headphones, stress ball etc. I would HIGHLY recommend going here!
