Experiencia negativa: Dentists are hit and miss, might get a good one, might get one that leaves you with a half filled filling that aches for weeks and eventually just turns into a bigger cavity. Would not receccomend unless you enjoy gambling.

Experiencia negativa: I could not suggest this place even to my worst enemy. My wife who is already very anxious about her situation left confused and humiliated. Our insurance does support out of network , but she still was told it was pointless as the people basically told her they would charge her for the full visit. She was confused and was scoffed at. I called afterwards to find out what happened, and the experience was just as painful. Do not come here. Or hire new staff. UPDATE: Generically claiming you are sorry about the experience and to call your office does nothing to help this situation. People need to know exactly what to expect. I hope it affects your business.

Experiencia negativa: My husband went to get his tooth removed second week of March as it was a baby tooth. They only removed half the tooth the remaining root is still in his mouth. Now we have to go to another dentist to pay additional $200-$300 to remove it when it should have been done correct the first time. Also this should have not been removed until the implant was ready as it voids any supplement insurance that we could have purchased to save additional money. I would at least appreciate to be refunded. Please avoid this place at all cost they don't know what they are doing and you will pay more in the long run.

Experiencia negativa: This was the absolute worst experience of my life! I have been to the Dental Associates in Greenville and was super happy with them. I was referred by the to go to Green Bay Dental Associates for 2 tooth extractions. The female dentist, (I cannot remember her name) put numbing gel on my gums. She did not wait at all and just started in with the needle to numb deep. Nothing was numb and it hurt so bad! A needle going so deep into your jaw and being moved around…not fun!! After the numbing, I thought it was going to be fine because I was numb and wasn’t going to feel anything. She removed my top tooth without any issues. However, when it came to the bottom tooth, the area by my jaw line was not numb. She was removing a back molar, so the jawline definitely should have been numbed. She started to work on getting the tooth out and my head pressed into the head rest so hard, I’m surprised that I didn’t break it. She then said, ‘can you feel that?’ Obviously! So she numbed me some more, which hurt just as bad as the first time. Felt like the needle was 4 inches long! The she started working on the tooth. My jawline still was not numb. So I started squirming from the pain, the dental assistant grabs my hands so I wouldn’t disrupt the dentist. Then the dentist, obviously seeing that I was in pain, told me to wiggle my toes…like she was trying to distract me from the discomfort. It was not discomfort, it was pain. She kept working on the tooth as I had tears running down the sides of my face and was shaking from feeling the outside of the tooth being torn from my gums, roots, I don’t even know. But it hurt! I will never go to this place again. Horrific! Also need to add how unprofessional they were. The assistant and dentist were joking back and forth the entire time, as I’m laying there, obviously in pain. And I could hear other workers talking about a dead body that was found in the river last week. Extremely unprofessional environment. Thankfully, at least the receptionist were nice.

Experiencia fantástica: For the last couple of years, I have only been able to get one cleaning scheduled for the year and it's way to far out that I won't guarantee I can make it. Even with calling monthly I can't get in. *Update: one the customer service reps was able to get me two appointments book this year, six months apart! Thank goodness, because looking for other dental clinics and insurance is not fun. Glad to remain a customer with them!

In the past year, I have had a crown replacement, a bridge and of course cavities attended to!!! A dental office is Never a fun place to be, however, Dr. Mark A. Malinowski and his team are very professional. They informed me of my treatment options, cost, and I was seen in a timely manner. I refer to them as my "A Team" for dental care! Experiencia negativa: I had a terrible experience with doctor Marie Cineus who removed my wisdom teeth. She was not personable, spoke with a demanding tone, and did not attempt to calm me in any way after I told her I was very nervous. I honestly felt uncomfortable with her doing my surgery as did my mom who was in the room with me. When my mom left, she was not very kind to the other staff helping either. They then forgot to call in my pain medication prescription and when we went to Walgreens to pick it up they informed us it had never been called in. I would definitely NEVER go back here and would not recommend this doctor. I will say the front desk associate who checked us in was very kind and helpful.

EVERYONE, from the techs, the oral higentist, to the dentist herself were so very good at making me feel comfortable that my anxiety just melted away. They all listened and responded in such a positive and friendly way that I completely forgot to be scared. 10 stars out of 5. Thank you all, very very very much.

Experiencia fantástica: Jeniffer R. is a fantastic hygienist, my first appointment with her was more than a routine cleaning for me - she was the first hygienist in 30 years to pay attention to my medical history/prescription list and link it to my declining oral health despite doing everything right at home. Over the course of 10 years, my medications caused dry mouth and it’s gone unnoticed by previous providers. Jeniffer steered me in the right direction for things to try and add to my at home care routine. And continues to do so every time I see her.

Experiencia fantástica: Before I came to Dental Associates Green Bay, my mouth was basically a crime scene. Years of dental anxiety, bad experiences as a kid, and neglect had left me so self-conscious that I figured my teeth were a lost cause. Every time I opened my mouth, you could hear the theme song from Psycho. I am not exaggerating — it was that bad. The first person I met was Flo, and honestly she deserves her own Netflix special. She was funny, kind, and had me laughing during my x-rays, which I didn’t even think was possible. She also gave me straight answers about pricing, which was clutch, because I was half-expecting to have to sell a kidney to afford treatment. If it hadn’t been for her warm, hilarious attitude, I probably would’ve sprinted out the door and never looked back. Flo set the tone and gave me the courage to stay. Then came Jeniffer, the hygienist. This woman is basically a dental superhero. Imagine an angel armed with dental tools and zero judgment, and that’s her. She made me feel safe and comfortable, which is no small feat considering my history. My mouth was such a disaster that most people would’ve run away screaming, but Jeniffer just smiled and dove right in, regardless of the challenge. After my full debridement, I could see the bottoms of my teeth for the first time in forever. I actually got emotional. I went from hiding my smile from the world to walking around showing off my teeth like they were a brand-new car. Jeniffer didn’t just clean my teeth, she gave me back confidence I thought I’d lost forever. Plus, she even re-taught me how to brush and floss like a functioning adult. And then there’s Dr. Guo, who might secretly be a miracle worker. Two other dentists (at other offices) took one look at my mouth and basically said “good luck with that.” Dr. Guo, on the other hand, looked me in the eye and said, “We can do something about this.” Within a week I was scheduled for a debridement and fillings. She was fast, efficient, and brutally honest in the best way. Most importantly, she gave me hope when I was ready to throw in the towel. For someone who had started to think they were beyond saving, that meant everything. I should also mention her assistant, who was absolutely wonderful. I was too scared to even look up what a filling was, and while I forgot to ask Dr. Guo directly, her assistant kindly explained everything to me after the procedure. She even listened patiently while I bragged about how clean my mouth felt after Jeniffer’s cleaning. I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves credit for making me feel cared for and comfortable through the whole process. Dental Associates Green Bay isn’t just a dental office, it’s like rehab for your mouth and therapy for your soul. They took me from Psycho soundtrack teeth to actually looking forward to my next appointment. If you’re afraid of the dentist, ashamed of your teeth, or think your mouth is too far gone, stop what you’re doing and call them. They don’t just fix teeth. They fix people. And if they can fix me, trust me, they can fix anyone.

Unfortunately I didn’t ask her name, but she just got it. From explaining things in a simple but honest way to laughing with him and being friendly with me, the whole thing was over before he knew what was happening. I’m very grateful!

Experiencia negativa: Received a bill stating it was over 90 days overdue and would be sent to collections if not paid. This was the VERY FIRST bill I received for the work as it was originally sent to my insurance. They originally quoted me that the procedure would be 100% covered by insurance but none of it was. I tried to contact their billing department and left a voicemail for a call back. Looking for care elsewhere!

To have a tooth extraction ..i,m from Appleton ,our Doctors were busy...so, I came to this facility...as my appointment time was reasonable...Dr.Guo and her assistant ,Nicole...we're absolutely wonderful!...so, kind and caring. My experience was as good as it gets for having a tooth pulled! Lol If I ever need another extraction...i,ll certainly come back to Green Bay...to see Dr.Guo! Thankyou,so much!

Experiencia positiva: I'm reviewing the interior. Needs a renovation. I've been to multiple DAs over the years and this one is aged. I even talked to the hygienist and she said they are trying to get renovations but all they got was a painted wall. The wall paper IS PEELING off the walls. The chairs are all wrinkled. And I'm sure other work is needed on the dental equipment. What is the disgusting stuff with the light The staff is very pleasant.

Experiencia negativa: I needed to get a tooth pulled, my dentist said the surgery department would call me within a week to set up an extraction. They called me within 2 days, which was a great and said they could get me in 2 days later! I manage a business that is extremely busy on the weekends, they only had a Saturday available otherwise I’d have to wait 3 months. I took the Saturday and re-arranged my entire business for me to take this appointment, I fasted for 10 hours, to be woken up with a call 2 hours before my appointment saying that the doctor had an emergency and I need to now wait 3 months while I am in agonizing pain. I understand emergency’s happen, but when you have patients uproot their whole lives in a quick turn around to be ecstatic to not be in pain and to just take that away hours before the appointment is not good practice or business. I will have to go elsewhere to help me because this dentist is too busy for the patients that need help the most.

Experiencia negativa: I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible experience with ortho. After getting Invisalign treatment 3 years ago (and wearing my retainers every night, as instructed) my retainers had stretched out and my teeth had shifted. I had started to notice the movement, so I made an appointment to get a fresh set of retainers, only for them to “not have access to my previous scans” so they re-scanned my teeth, and gave me retainers to fit my bite, in its current state. Oh, and I had to pay $400 for the replacements! They refused to run them through my dental insurance “because they typically aren’t covered” RUN IT ANYWAY! What is the point of having dental insurance if they won’t even bother to use it?! So, long story short, I’m left thousands of dollars in the hole, and have crooked teeth again. Thank you Dental Associates for the most disappointing experience ever!

Experiencia negativa: HONESTLY WISH WE NEVER WENT HERE. My husband got his teeth cleaned the beginning of the year, what was preventative we had to pay for. Although there were issues with my insurance, Dental Associates inputted my information wrong, never updated it as I told them and never RESUBMITTED my husbands claim. Me and my Daughter had an appointment 1/28, in which I called and cancelled because we too would have had to pay out of pocket for. Fast forward, March 23rd, I get a $500+ bill from Dental Associates for Late Cancel/No Show $50 fee, when no one informed me about it. I called 3/24 and spoke to someone who was NOT helpful. On top of that how was my wait minute 1 minute but takes 12 rings just to get someone on the phone? I told her the issues and she disregarded everything I said, didn't look into it and told me a "Supervisor" would call me back? I specifically asked when because this statement was printed 3/7, I don't want it being prolonged because someone won't call me back. Not to mention she said the bill also had something to do with my Husband who went to his appointment? Also remind me where is the LINE item for my Husband and why have I not received a bill for him? It's 3/27, guess what? HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING. So what do I do? I call the office. I speak to Susan, who informs me NOTHING was noted in my profile, and proceeds to tell me the bill also includes my husband. I totally get HIPPA but how was my husband charged? And again, why have WE not received anything in the mail? Susan proceeded to tell me the same thing the lady told me 2 days ago "a supervisor will give you a call". I said When? She said I can't promise you, so I told her "Well this statement is stated March 7th, if this gets prolonged till 4/7 and I don't hear back I am not PAYING it especially with all the miscommunication and how I was honestly treated just simply figuring everything out. Not to mention, she hung up on me :) All I want is someone to call me back to discuss this issue, because I'm pretty sure if they've done it to me they've done it to other people. This is absolutely ridiculous, I have gone to Dental Associates before and have NEVER been treated like this. They think they can just take your money and never hear from you. Yeah no thanks, I will gladly come to the office myself to get this resolved. Customer service -0, Dental Associates, poor job hiring people.

Experiencia negativa: Worst dentist experience I have ever encountered! So unprofessional! They were very fast; and did not seem to care about their patients what so ever. Had wisdom teeth taken out and had the pads still left on the body from monitoring heart rate. This is inane and I will never tell anyone to go here.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist but my dental assistant Alandra and Dr. Campbell have totally changed my opinion on going to the dentist, they actually listen and respect your feedback. I am currently getting braces and if I have too much discomfort they acknowledge my pain and try to make my appointments as easy and painless as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: Dental Hygienist Emily is the best!!!! She is so thorough, compassionate, and hard working. I had my first dental cleaning in over 4 years and was initially hesitant to keep my appointment in fear of being judged. Emily showed so much respect and gave me recommendations on questions I had. You can tell she is very knowledgeable, takes pride in her work, and care about her clients. She consistently took small breaks in between my cleaning to make sure I was doing okay. She took her time to thoroughly get my teeth cleaned. I am so happy with my experience (from 12/10/2024) and will now be following through with my 6-month dental cleanings because my teeth now feel better than they ever had! Thank you SO much to Emily for being such a great person!! Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves.

Experiencia negativa: After 2 years of going to dental associates and finally switching to a different dentist my husband learned they were absolutely negligible in their care, and even caused more damage to a tooth than necessary by a hack job for a filling (they didn’t fully remove old filling before using the new white filling and it damaged his tooth significantly). He also lost a tooth they never address and had many other issues caused by their terrible care- it’s incredible they can even practice after learning everything they missed (and yes, dental associates did miss it because the records and X-rays they took were send to the new dentist).

Experiencia fantástica: Every time I go to Dental Associates for a routine cleaning or more recently, an oral surgery, I am treated very well by the staff. I love the Dental Hygienist who takes her time and is so friendly throughout the whole appointment. When I was nervous for my oral surgery, the staff was patient and calm, reassuring me when I needed it. I have had nothing but positive interactions and experiences at Dental Associates and will continue going there.

Experiencia negativa: Refused to pull an absolutely destroyed tooth. Insisted on a root canal and crown. Tooth fell apart before the crown was even applied. Cost of pulling- $450. Root canal and crown- $3600 total.... Also brought my kids in. Have full coverage insurance up to $2000 per year, no co-pay. Told them I'm not paying extra for anything. Nothing out of pocket. If insurance doesn't cover it, then they obviously don't need it. Bribed the kids with FLAVORED rinse. Extra $120 each, insurance of course doesn't cover flavors. Not going back. Changing my dental insurance as soon as I can to get somewhere better.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a pleasant experience when I went in for a cleaning on July 23 with Leah. She explained what she was going to do during the process. There was a slight problem when taking X-rays but she did very well once again talking me through the process.She took her time, was friendly. She made my day. Highly recommended!

Experiencia negativa: Place is decent but their Customer Service stinks. One example my appointment was just cancelled you would think hey they would call let you know so you could re-schedule. No you get a letter in the mail saying it was cancelled and you need to re-schedule. So I'm thinking OK I'll get a choice or priority since this business is the one who cancelled on me. Nope they'll push you out like you never had an appointment. This could be five or six months out. They did this when they cancelled my appointment during COVID as well. They also make you fill out an excessively long questionnaire every time you come.

Experiencia fantástica: I had two great visits this past week for a check up and cleaning. The staffs that helped me during my visit were amazing and beyond friendly. They answered all my questions and concerns. Courtney did my cleaning and I cannot explain how amazing my teeth feels! I haven't had a cleaning in years due to fear of dentist but Courtney walked me thru the whole process, reassure me that my teeth are still in place! She was so patient with me. Haha, overall, I am super satisfied. Thank you, staff!

Experiencia negativa: The dentists are good. However, their billing department is the worst. They never check what is included in your insurance they demand you pay, and then when they submit the claim, you get a credit. I guess that is their way to get you to cone back since they would never issue a check for any refunds. I did not mind it that much when it's $30. However, when you are asked to pay over $600 out of pocket instead of $200. That is a major problem in by book. Never stepping into this clinic ever again.

Experiencia negativa: Place looks more like a shop than an office. You have to pay for service immediately there and it doesn't stop there! They will hound you a couple months after the fact for something that SHOULD have been paid for already when they shake you down afterwards. Less than a year later one of their shoddy fillings fell out. I'm in pain and their response? "We'll get back to you." 5 hours later no response. No accountability for their faulty work or their shady billing. I'd never go there again if I wasn't hamstrung by insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: The dentist was very friendly, kind, and good vibes, I give him 5stars. The receptionist was very friendly and nice I give her 5stars. The dental hygienist was not very nice no sense of humor not very friendly at all. I made a friendly joke and asked her if I could have the sunglasses they put on me when cleaning my teeth and she responded in a very serious manner no. I was just kidding it was a joke. She didn’t seemed very happy with her job. She didn’t offer a toothbrush and toothpaste sample like they always do. I am pretty sure that her position pays her a lot of money and the money comes from customers like me, doesn’t she realize that? A few visits ago the previous dental hygienist was very happy to take care of me and very friendly and I thought to myself her job seems to me to be very boring yet she seems so happy it’s all about the money not about the dream job I was motivated and left there very happy and motivated to go to work and make money. My message to my dental hygienist that took care of me this time is to be grateful and happy that she has a job that pays a lot of money and show appreciation to the client or look for another job. Thank you and don’t have a good day HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Front desk is never helpful and don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Communication is poor there, had questions that were supposed to be passed on to dentist and never got a call back. Was referred to oral surgeon in their network, they had no information about me. Called yesterday for a half hour, no answer. Tried to leave a message today, mailbox full. Really? They need to get their act together. The dentist I was seeing used to drown me in water when doing work. I’ve had a lot of work done over years and never felt like I was literally drowning. Next year I’ll chose a different insurance and go elsewhere.

First off it always takes over 2 months to get an appointment and second my appointment always gets canceled by them less then 24 hours before my scheduled appointment. Yet if I were to cancel (which I don't) less then 24 hours ahead then I would get a fee of $60 or more. Same should apply if they cancel on us, especially if the appointment is very much needed. If I have to wait 5 months for an appointment and it gets canceled less then 24 hours before my appointment and I am in sever pain already and have been calling each week to see if there are any cancelations and openings because its that bad, then get a call (again - I know I am repeating myself but I am mad) not even 24 hours before my apt. that I cannot get seen and unless I go to another office the dr wont be back until June. I told the lady if there was anything at all- I had off work, I had the kids being watched, I was in desperate need. She laughed at me, I hung up. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. Again will never recommend or go back.

My dentist also took his time, answered all my questions after giving me a full exam. He too was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. Very good experience!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible customer service. I called to set up a new patient appointment and wanted to know if they accepted my dental insurance before scheduling. The lady I spoke with told me to call my insurance company to find out, if they were in network, then to call back to set up the appointment. I did as was asked, but when I called back to set the appointment up, the lady wouldn’t schedule me because she wanted to check on my insurance. ‍♀️ Was a bit frustrating, made no sense and the hold time for each call to Dental Associates was ridiculous. I will be scheduling else where.

They did a root canal for my fiancé and had to get a crown on the root canal and they push the appt for that out two months, never called up, now the whole is back and the root canal broke. Even after calling them so many times on the issue to set up an appointment. We called to set up an appt for a different tooth never could get that appt. Worst dentist ever I honestly would give them 0 stars if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Dental Associates. They are on-time, efficient, courteous, friendly and I love that each person is a complete professional in each step of the process. Each step is done by the same people over and over so they become experts vs. the smaller Dental places that require their people to be a jack of all trades. I appreciate lots of 3-4 second breaks during cleanings to swallow and relax my mouth. And especially that they only talk to you when you don't have utensils in your mouth. These are professionals in a state of the art facility. Been going there for about 20+ years and they have only gotten better. For someone who has a quick gag reflex I never have to worry when i am there because they are relaxed and courteous of my extra anxiety. To top it off their prices are much better than anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Edited to add.... I was also sent to collections for a bill that was never submitted insurance and should have been (preventive) paid at 100%. When I spoke with Theresa Martin's from billing, she was rude, unknowlegable, and hung up on her customer. Awful! Numerous cancelled appointments, unnecessary (and not covered) work done. I do not recommend! Customer service is awful. No one can answer your questions or even schedule an appointment without asking for help. They always have to call back and never actually return calls. Prepare to spend days calling the office to get anything done.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately my typical Howard location was booked into next year but the amazing receptionist there was able to book me at the Main Street location in Green Bay for a last minute cleaning… I arrived on time to be taken back 13 minuets late… the hygienist doesn’t even say her name at any point during the cleaning nor does the doctor who did my exam…. All he did was joke during the exam with the hygienist… I was heavily questioned by the hygienist how I got an appointment at the Main Street location vs staying at my normal Howard branch… as they don’t “bounce patients” between locations… like sorry I don’t work here they just scheduled me where it fit…. Not my problem, which she then proceeded to say how backed up she was and has no time for anyone. My cleaning was probably the worst… she polished my teeth first and then proceeded to cleaning the tartar build up which I am no dentist or assistant but in my 30 years of getting my teeth cleaned… this seemed to be the backwards order… my appointment was for 12.30 taken back at 12:43 and left at 1:05… by far the shortest cleaning which was probably done incorrectly. Will absolutely be sticking to the Howard location or doing away with dental associates all together. I legit thought these people were fake while sitting with my mouth open while they just had a fun break room banter session. If I had the doctors name you bet it would be included in here.

Experiencia negativa: I was a patient here but decided to stop going here because of every experience I had when I would go. I would show up at least 10 minutes early as I was instructed to and yet would still find myself being attended 15-40 minutes AFTER my scheduled time. I scheduled my appointments around 11-1 pm due to the fact that I worked at 3pm and worked 2nd shift so I had a long night ahead of me. I showed up for a filling and waited almost 45 minutes before I was even taken back and sat down. This was ridiculous as my appointment was scheduled that day for 12 and it was after 1pm before the dentist even started my filling. I had to rush home and get ready for work but I’m sure if it was the other way around and I was late my appointment would have been cancelled. Also had several times where I would book an appointment around 11-1pm again for work reasons and I would get a text reminder for that appointment with a completely different time than I had wanted and scheduled. I would reach out to the office and was told if I wanted a certain time I would have to reschedule and that they had no availability for WEEKS. How and why is that my fault??? I was there in person when I told your staff what day and time works for me so how did I get an appointment 3 hours earlier which was not what I chose Also needed two fillings but was not able to get them done on the same day. I don’t live in Green Bay so was making the 45 minute drive to the office and was scheduled appointments back to back. I had an appointment one day then had to go back literally the next day to get the other filling. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. Staff is friendly but the entire place lacks professionalism and punctuality.

Experiencia fantástica: Edit to my review: On the next day, after sharing the below review, I was called and offered an appointment that day to repair my cracked tooth. I gladly took it and was treated very nicely with the dentist explaining fully the procedure and then telling me step by step what she was doing. Therefore, with them reaching out and getting my tooth repaired in short order I will again give them the 5 stars. I am a patient of Dental Associates and have always had good service but today I called early morning because I chipped my lower front tooth. It is throbbing and I asked to get an appointment to get it fixed. She gave me a date 10 days away for an appointment. When i said it is uncomfortable and sharp it didn’t matter. Seriously? There should be availability for emergency care I would think. Obviously not and not happy.

Experiencia fantástica: Today I had the pleasure of working with a great staff at my appt. The receptionist stated she was new. She did very well, self confidence shone through. The second woman that assisted me with their procedure of registration is Susan. Very sweet most kind. With the blend of her professional and natural charm we completed registration fairly smoothly. I then worked with the dental assistant named Lauren. She too has a kind and gentle nature. As we interacted I found she is very attentive, pays attention to details even if something's bares repeating she reiterates flawlessly & with the same kind tone in her voice. Then there's Dr. Walker, I couldn't have been in better hands. Not once did he make me feel bad for the reason I was there. His kind smile, adorable face the kind of face that made you wish he was your grandfather. Wrapping up my visit with Tracy -surgical desk. Added to the ambiance of my visit. This team ran like a well oiled machine. Receiving help from this team of health care professionals as I did. Made me feel like I was wrapped in a warm blanket.. Dr. Walker & Lauren brought my fears to a calm. I appreciated his cute jokes too! ☺ I had every intention on returning to the dental office I started out with. But I think I'll stay here. She was the only one who got the ball rolling with getting xrays and a referral sent to another dentist for my wisdom teeth after a month of trying to get it all figured out. She left me voicemails with updates on when it all got sent over.

I got a little ribbing and shame from the dentist but this facility went above and beyond to get me in for three appointments in the span of 9 days. No complaints. Thanks to everyone who dealt with me.

Experiencia negativa: I left my initial appointment with these people feeling ecstatic that I had found a solid team of people who were both capable and willing to help me with my dental goals. The second time I was seen, it was by a very dismissive dentist who told me, and I quote "that I should just go to the ER next time" instead of using their on call service to get help with the severe tooth pain I was suffering from. Then, when it was decided that both teeth bothering me would need to be pulled, they jerked me around for five months in order to do so, only to now cancel my next appointment to do so (at month 6) because the surgeon was leaving and they apparently have no other surgeons. Instead, they told me I would have to drive over an hour away to get two teeth pulled and would have to set up an appointment with them (so what, I'll get them pulled in 2024 at this rate?) Screw that, and screw these people. I will yank them out myself at this rate. Don't come here if you want any sort of consistency with experience or any sort of care or understanding from the entire staff. What a disappointment.

Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed in the professionalism of this location, my wife had an infected tooth that needed a root canal. She was in extreme pain. When we reached out multiple times no one gave us an answer except we will have our team call you back. When they did call back they offered an appointment in June..... seriously??? I would not recommend this location at all if you value being treated like a individual not a number, or should I say a $$.

But the minute I met her to walk in to have the cleaning and x-rays I felt comfortable. She was absolutely knowledgeable and very easy to work with, and explained everything along the way. Really one of the best visits I’ve ever had there and I’ve had good ones. I was so impressed with Courtney. Great visit overall made my day. I did not go to his house earlier on

Experiencia negativa: I came to dental associates for the first time and originally went in due to a pain in one of my teeth. I checked in and did some paper work and then waiting and a dental nurse came and brought me to take pictures of my teeth. This nurse was so nice and walked me through the process. I felt bad for him because I want to puke every time any dentist office tries to take pictures on me. Everything was good up until this point Then a doctor came in who immediately came off rude and started yelling at the nurse and talking down to him due to the pictures. I know I have a few teeth that I need to get removed and doctor was telling me how he comes from Chicago and cant believe how far out this clinic is booking for extractions and to see other specialist. Why would they have me see a doctor who is only going to be there for a short time? And why would they even hire this man with the way he talked to people? My entire time in the chair was pretty much spent hearing about his health issues and him complaining. After the doctor left the room the nurse once again talked nicely to me and went over my price for things that i needed to do. Due to my time with this doctor I ended up not going back and going to see an amazing doctor at a small office.

Experiencia fantástica: Nicole cleaned my teeth yesterday. Usually I am “white knuckling“ it the entire time I get my teeth cleaned somewhere. Nicole was very calm and relaxing and just very pleasant. I’m looking forward to my next visit with her in six months. I have been going to Dental Associates for many years but took a break for a couple of years and went to Familia dental. I will never return to them again. So happy to be back at Dental Associates. The entire staff was wonderful.

Experiencia negativa: Their dentist messed my teeth up now I have to have crowns and root canals done. I was prepped for a crown which takes 4 weeks come in. The temporary continues to come off and after telling me I have to come in right away to get it taken care of because if my tooth breaks they'll have to pull the tooth they still will not get me in right away. They tell me there's no openings for a couple of days. Even though I was told to call and come in right away because they simply just have to glue it back on. The receptionist even told me to go to the store and buy something like fix a dent or the temporary glue that the stores sell to fix my tooth. So I guess I have to spend more money to make sure that I don't lose my tooth even though this is because of them!!
