Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Wilson, the hygienist, and staff were attentive and proactive in addressing my concerns. I wanted a second opinion on some procedures a different dentist recommended. Dr. Wilson willingly looked over the X-rays sent over, ran a couple of exams on my teeth and explained what he was seeing from his end. His scans and explanations helped me to understand better what was I was working with. By the end of the appointment I felt his assessment was fair, well rounded, and well thought out. I appreciate his waiting to jump to any hasty conclusions and taking the time to give me a well-thought out evaluation.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist and the team here makes it so much easier. They walk you through everything before they do it and check in constantly to make sure you are comfortable. The office is modern and clean and they have TVs on the ceiling which is a nice distraction. I got a deep cleaning done and it was honestly the least stressful dental visit I have ever had. Recommend them to anyone who gets nervous about dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: I am soooooo grateful for Dr Kayne and Mckailey!!! I came to Utah County from St George on a Friday and every mile I drove north I could feel a toothache growing! By Monday I was in such pain! I received a referral from my SG dentist office for Dr. Kayne. When I called, McKailey so kindly listened and made an appointment for me for the next day. I texted her insurance information and she texted back reassurance about the bill. She also asked more about my pain as to let Dr. Kayne know as much as possible. I told her my tooth was screaming. She was so empathetic and I felt heard and that someone cared about my pain. That night I texted her at O500 more about my pain and my hope that the doctor would numb me up and pull the tooth. A few minutes after 8:00 am, McKailey texted back that the doctor felt he could save the tooth and asked if I could come in earlier than scheduled to start the process. I was so grateful to be able to go in earlier, the pain was so bad I truly did not think I could endure it! Dr Kayne kindly said let’s get you out of pain, then we can talk about your options. I was so relieved to be out of pain for at least 4 hours, I went to my car and cried with gratitude after the appointment. I now have an antibiotic and in 36 hours I will go back for a root canal! I’m so thankful they could see me so quickly and so thankful for their kind care! Blessed!! Thank you so much!!

Experiencia negativa: They deleted my review and sent me a letter telling me they won’t see me anymore. To sum up, the front desk are very incompetent at understanding insurance and constantly put me in panic telling me my insurance would not cover procedures when it did in fact. They tried to charge me for x-rays twice that I was not informed were not covered as part of the original treatment plan. I also had a very difficult time scheduling an appointment as they would not call me back, text me, and when they did they did not read my texts closely and could not grasp what days and times I wanted to come. The front desk ladies are rude and unprofessional.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been seeing Dr. Kayne for several years, and he is truly one of the best dentists around. He is friendly, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond for his patients. When my husband’s parents were visiting from out of town and experienced sudden tooth pain, Dr. Kayne made time to see them right away and took great care of them. He also went the extra mile to coordinate sending dental parts to Canada for our daughter who’s attending college there. His entire staff is always warm, accommodating, and efficient. Appointments run on time and smoothly. I highly recommend Red Canyon Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I just completed my second serious appointment. Had a very bad abscess that developed overnight and was taken in right away. Did not have to make another appointment for the root canal and was completed the same day of my appointment. Dr. Wilson is a very warm, funny and attentive dentist. I was very sick with a swollen face and tremendous pain. I would recommend Dr. Wilson because of his caring ability to put me at ease and complete the work in a timely manner. I am fortunate to have come across Dr. Wilson.

They got me in quick, and scheduled an appointment for enough time so the dentist could explain my problem to me. He explained what was going on with the pain in my tooth, explained the different solutions we could do, and he let me decide what was best for me. He fixed the problem efficiently too! He was really fun to talk to and very personable. I will refer anyone I know to this dentistry! It definitely lives up to its reviews!

I live in Lehi and came out for a service I couldn’t get in my area and they were incredible and very reasonably priced. They even helped me after another dentist botched a job and they were incredibly efficient. They have their lab on site, so no need for multiple appointments in most cases and they have massage chairs to help you relax while their lab prepares everything. I’m very impressed and regardless of the distance I will definitely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday I had a delightful visit to Rock Canyon Dentistry. In the interest of full disclosure, until 2015 I practiced dentistry and was the owner of this start-up business. I might add, when I sold the practice to Dr Kayne, he invited me to stay on and work for him, which I gladly did (I love those wonderful patients!) for nearly seven years. Also, a few years before I retired, John Wilson joined the practice which pleased me very much because of his stellar character and foremost interest in patient care. After watching Dr Kayne’s interaction with patients for those seven years, I consider the treatment that I received yesterday to be routine, that is to say, excellent, gentle and technically superior. And I want to emphasize, PAINLESS! The procedure included a new crown and a gingivectomy so it was a bit of a lengthy visit. While the crown milled, I even enjoyed part a favorite movie while relaxing in a massage chair. Technology is amazing but only as good as the skill and detail of the practitioner. At Rock Canyon Dentistry you will receive that necessary, superior level of care. When the local anesthesia faded, my tooth and bite felt as natural as the original and the flossing contacts were perfect. Thank you Dr. Kayne and staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Kayne is an excellent dentist. He is very knowledgeable, skilled, and personable. He diagnosed the reason and source of my pain on a lower crowned molar by tapping on the tooth in various places on the top of it. He then took an X-ray that showed everything that was going on under the tooth as he could see & tell me what caused the infection under the tooth. Dr Kayne is thorough in diagnosing, gives easy to understand explanations, he's honest, explains treatment options, and suggests who to see when an outside specialist is needed. He also has excellent equipment to help him do the best job too. They give you sunglasses to protect your eyes from looking into the harsh blue light--which might hurt your vision. Very grateful for that! I went to see Dr Kayne yesterday, because I broke off nearly the entire inside of a pre-molar down to just barely above the gum line eating nachos made w/ kirkland organic tortilla chips, (try eating lighter, thinner kinds instead like organic tostitos or organic mission tortilla chips). There was no decay in my tooth. Dr. Kayne did a great job building up/restoring the broken off tooth and prepping it for a crown and left a good amount of my tooth to support the crown. Then, he said he could make a "real" porcelain crown there that would fit perfectly. It only took abt 45 min while I waited in a nice room w/ a message chair & TV. Also, Dr Kayne has the best hygienists and assistants I've ever seen too. Both Kristen and Andrea have cleaned my teeth & both are very gentle and very thorough. No pain during or after cleaning and teeth looked and felt so-o clean! In front office, Paige is amazing and very helpful, and Corrina did a great job explaining my husband's treatment plan and bill. Both are very pleasant and nice! Thank you Rock Canyon Dentistry! You're the best! P.S. My husb and daughter go to see Dr Kayne there too now!

Experiencia fantástica: I like using Rock Canyon Dental because I can trust them. The dentists and staff don't try to upsell me on services I don't need. They make recommendations and then let me choose. I came from another practice where the dentists and staff were constantly trying to get us to buy unneeded things like Invisalign braces for a 65 year old. The staff is knowledgeable and competent and trustworthy, all things I expect from my dentist.

The staff is all really great. Dr Wilson and other hygienists have helped me and my family here as well. It’s nice because a couple people can get work done at the same time if needed. They also have equipment available like the CEREC to do crowns quickly.

He narrowed it down and filled her tooth as if it was a cavity. He discusses the options openly and answers any questions we have had.

The only way to find out seemed to be to call the insurance company. I called several dentists before I was told that. When I call Rock Canyon, not only did they tell me I had to call the insurance company, they gave me the number and told me exactly what to ask. They have great dentists and hygienists for sure, but their staff is just overall wonderful as well. The little things make a big difference.

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 experience here. Dr. Kayne and Wilson were so friendly and professional. I think the biggest thing I appreciated was that since I don't have dental insurance their prices were affordable and they have a 15% cash pay discount policy, all while offering top notch services. Especially for other college students in my situation I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kane and his staff are fantastic! I trust Dr. Kane completely with my dental care which is saying a lot because I have had a lot of bad dental experiences. I was able to contact him on a Sunday about a dental concern (pain I was having) and he was able to get me pain medications and worked me in the next day to get the tooth fixed. I have had an implant and a root canal/crown done by him and all of the work he has done has been excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Kayne for 4 years now and we have had a great experience. I have had crowns puts in and ClearCorrect done apart from the bi-annual check-ups. The office staff and dental assistants are friendly and caring. I highly recommend Rock Canyon Dentistry and Dr. Kayne!

Experiencia negativa: Had a teeth cleaning and examination. They did a good job, so I got a second appointment to get my teeth whitened. During the whitening, they slipped and got bleach all over my gums, making the whole experience extremely painful. Then months later I got a suspicious text message that I still owed them money (I had made sure I was paid up during my last visit) They did not have the professionally to contact me directly and explain why I owed them money. I am not happy with them I do not recommend using this dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had bad teeth my whole life. My family was poor, we didn't have good food, parents never had us brush, etc. I was always ashamed of my teeth and kept trying to find a dentist that cared about me more than my money. About a year and a half ago I was just about to have all of my teeth pulled and do the implant thing. I knew it would cost a fortune, but I didn't care. I felt like there was nothing else I could do. For many years my son kept telling me to go to his dentist and that he was the best. I told him no because I didn't trust any dentist. My son was having a checkup with Dr. Kayne and mentioned to him my teeth problems. Dr. Kayne told him to have me come in and he would look at my teeth and see if he could help me. He took x-rays and checked out all of my teeth (no charge). I immediately felt comfortable with him and finally felt like someone cared. He talked with me for over and hour and gave me hope. So I started coming and he was so good at what he does. He's very quick, doesn't want you to have any pain, he's fun and made me feel not afraid. He makes most of the crowns in another room while you wait in the massage chair room having a great massage. Takes about 1/2 hour, he puts the crown in and you don't have to wait 2 weeks having it sent away to be made. All of the assistants and hygienists make you feel so comfortable. The office girls, Paige and Nikayla are so fun to visit with and are excellent at what they do. Dr. Kayne has helped me with many issues, but my favorite thing is he's given me a nice smile for the first time in my life. Before I went to him I was starting to try not to smile or talk with people close up. I don't have that problem any more and that's a big deal to me. The office is newly remodeled and is beautiful. Going to the dentist is no longer a terrifying experience for me, but a pleasure. I'm SO grateful for Dr. Kayne and would highly recommend to everybody! I wish I knew about him sooner!
