Experiencia fantástica: We love Provo Pediatric Dental and the staff so much, we come from Saratoga Springs. Our children have had a few different procedures outside of cleanings done, and the staff is amazing and the prices are very reasonable. We’ve seen Dr. Lund since my kids were little and he’s so kind, patient, and supportive of not just the kids, but the parents as well. The hygienists are the exact same AND they make balloon animals :) The front desk and billing staff are fantastic. Our dental insurance was being tricky and obnoxious and they were as patient as they could be and helped the conversations along when we needed extra help and support. We’re so grateful for them!

Experiencia fantástica: The appointment went amazing. The dental assistants were very kind and I really appreciated the young man that spoke in Spanish to my son. That’s his native language and I felt very comfortable with that small gesture. The other assistant was a young girl that was sooo patient with my boy. I was very happy and I could see how my son felt safe around both of them. That means the world to me.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good about this place. They are seriously next level in taking care of kids and making them feel comfortable and safe. The entire staff was warm and friendly and I couldn’t be more impressed. My 4 year old daughter had to have a molar extracted and she didn’t flinch the entire time. Such a good experience. My wife is a dental hygienist (not for this office) and so we know a fair number of offices and this one gets all the stars I can give it.

Experiencia fantástica: There is not a negative thing I could ever say about Dr. Lund and his staff! They are kind and Gentle with my children. Instead of dreading the dentist my kids often ask when they get to go back. My oldest child had issues with teeth coming in crooked and twisted and with Dr. Lund's knowledge and treatment plan her teeth came in better than we ever expected! Keeping on top of appointments they have even been able to prevent cavities from showing up on my youngest. We are so lucky and grateful to have this wonderful group of people to take care of all of my childrens dental hygiene and care!

Given my previous situation with other dentist I was a little uneasy about giving a new dentist another Shot… But he was just AMAZING! Not only was he so gentle with my little girl, and talked her through the whole thing! He also talked me through the whole process and really cared about the health of her mouth and what would be beneficial for her mouth looking into the future. She never once felt the need to get up or never showed fear! He made it quick and painless. I will be bringing my kids here back in the future until they get older. Experiencia fantástica: Our first two experiences with Dr Lund were a lip tie cut for an infant and then 7 months later an extraction for my 6 yo. After these two experiences we knew it was time to move over for all our kids cleanings and care. We’re so glad we did! Everyone we have interacted with has been so patient and engaging with our kiddos. Even spending extra time to explain things again and more in depth for my anxious one. We’re so glad we jumped ship and moved over from our family dentist to have the kids only receive care here!!

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Dr. Markham when I was kid, and my siblings and I grew up just loving to go to the dentist. Which is saying a lot because I inherited weak enamel that gets cavities easily and had dental work done all the time. Dr. Markham was always so kind and careful to help me feel comfortable and understand what was going on inside my mouth. He was so innovative too, figuring out ways to get my teeth straight with a variety of retainers so I never had to have braces. So I am delighted that Dr. Markham is still practicing! I brought my toddler in for their first exam, and it was as smooth as could be. The hygienist was extremely patient, letting my child feel the tools and explaining in a fun way what was going on. The waiting room is still a kid-friendly place where they play good kids movies (Cars and Despicable Me were on while we were there), and there are a couple of arcade games and a fish tank to help keep kids entertained. Dr. Markham was as awesome as ever, and my child is excited to see the dentist again. Thank you for providing a wonderful kid-friendly atmosphere, training employees to talk kindly to kids, and offering the best dental care I've ever known!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic service helping my 1 and 2 year olds with a cleaning, and then clipping the youngest’s tongue tie. So grateful for your intentional care of my kiddos to make it a positive experience; that the trip wasn’t a nightmare for my wife when I was at work. I wasn’t present at either visit but heard it was 100x better than my wife had expected. Thank you for the energy and focus you showed in taking care of my family. I appreciate it.

He values his patients - this is not an assembly line AND he's great with kids. My kids love it here! They organize appointments well and help with insurance, etc. Highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my daughter’s first dentist appointment. She is three so we didn’t really know what to expect or how she would react. Our hygienist was awesome immediately felt comfortable doing x-rays having her teeth brushed, got to pick her own flavor of toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. then the dentist was super good with her, and she immediately did whatever he asked. At the end, the hygienist made a balloon animal laser gun for her and she was super excited about it for the rest of the day. Great dentist for kids! Bonus is that they have arcade games for kids in the waiting room.

Experiencia fantástica: This was a very comfortable and good experience for my three-year-old. Of course he was nervous as I expected him to be and was a little difficult to get x-rays of his teeth but the Office staff were all exceptional and so friendly with him. The lobby was comfortable and inviting for children, and the balloon animals they make at the end where are really nice touch that he loved. The main dentist was very good with children, and made it very comfortable the entire time.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Markham has been our pediatric dentist since 1990. Our children and now our grandchildren have received excellent care from Dr Markham and his staff. He continues to treat our 32 year old son and our granddaughter with autism along with five other grandchildren. Our son loves going to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Super awesome pediatric dentistry! Highly recommend it. My son had some cavities and his previous dentist introduced me to the idea of conscious sedation. I was terrified and hadn't heard much about it, so I called to see if they had any other options like nitrous qnd they had no other options. I called pProvo Pediatric dentistry and they were so quick to help me and to address my concerns. They had other options as well, but after discuasing them with the dentisit I felt reassured that my son was in good hands. They did phenomenal, 10 out of 10 this is where I will take my boy from here on out.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Lund is sent from heaven. I saw him for my daughters lip tie release as a newborn baby. As a first time mom, putting your newborn into someone else's hands can be difficult. Especially when they are undergoing something that can be scary. I came upon Dr. Lund out of convenience in scheduling, but wow am I so glad that it was him that I saw. The moment he walked into the room, I knew I was in good hands. He spoke so lovingly to me, and even more so to my newborn. He was gentle with her, and as he examined her, he explained what was going to happen during her procedure. He made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen and even explained some of the science of what he was doing. You could tell he loved babies and had a soft place for moms in his heart. I hadn't yet chosen a dentist for when my newborn gets bigger, but I will most definitely be returning to him. I am so glad that my newborn was in his hands, and I would encourage all moms to choose a dentist that cares like Dr. Lund.

Experiencia positiva: Dr. Lund’s office was recommended to me by a friend who said her kids beg to go to the dentist. She was 100% right that your kids will love going to the dentist! They have movies and arcade games in the waiting area and each kid got a balloon animal to take home. That’s certainly enough to win my kids over! The actual cleaning part seemed surprisingly fast, so I have my concerns about that. I didn’t see any plaque scraping happening. We’ve only been once so I’ll see how teeth cleanings goes over time.

Additionally, they were not taken back with my son's yelling and agitated behavior. They were very patient and helpful even outside of their "office' when I fell... stepping over a curb.

Experiencia fantástica: We brought our first child to see Dr Markham 30 years ago when she was 3 and had a fall which impacted her front teeth. He was a great help. After that we brought all 5 of our children for their dental needs. His use of retainers kept all 5 from needing braces! One child saw another dentist once, who said she needed nine cavities, so we went back to Dr Markham, who said she only needed 1. He is always generous and kind. My kids loved him! And now they are bringing their own children to see him!

Experiencia fantástica: My 5 year old son cracked his front two teeth on a Sunday evening, and after speaking with Julie we met her and Dr Markham at the office after hours on a weekend. They worked quickly and efficiently to help relieve my son’s pain, but also explained to him what they were doing so he wasn’t afraid. We got in the car after having to get his damaged teeth pulled and my son said he couldn’t wait to go back to the fun tooth doctor. I would highly recommend Provo Pediatric Dental! They made a scary moment easier for me to handle and made my son excited to go back to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: My 3-year-old daughter had a big oral surgery done by Dr. Lund (it went amazing, he is awesome) last year where she had to use a pediatric partial. Today, my daughter had an accident where the pedi-partial popped out on one side of her mouth while still attached to the other side. She was incredibly uncomfortable. We live in Tooele and they were closed. I didn’t know what to do but called their medical emergency number where the amazing Julie answered. She told us she would be able to help us out. We drove an hour and arrived around 7:40 pm. Julie noticed that the partial was bent and called Dr. Markham to see if he could help. He drove from his home, after hours, to help us. We are INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL. He is so kind and gracious. We are just BEYOND thankful for the amazing staff and Dentists here. ❤️

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been taking my kids to this office for about 5 years. Dr. Lund was the greatest until lately. My last two visits have been a real disappointment. He seems annoyed all the time and the way he is been talking to my kids have not been very nice. In one of the visits he grabbed my kid’s hand in a rude manner because she pointed at his magnifying glasses and he didn’t like that and on our last visit he rolled his eyes after a question. I’m not sure about what’s going on there but maybe is time to look for a different office. All the assistants and the receptionists are super kind and friendly! Keep up the good work there

Experiencia fantástica: It was my two year old’s first dentist experience and he loved it so much he’s been requesting to go back ever since. There’s lots to keep kids entertained (fish tank, books, movies, balloon animals) and the hygienists and dentist are wonderful with children and competent.

Experiencia fantástica: I have two children that have needed to have oral surgery it’s a frightening feeling but the doctors both markham and Lund at the pediatric dentistry made me feel reassured and so sympathetic for the situation. My older child who’s now 8 loves going to the dentist that’s bc they made it such a fun experience when he was younger . My four year old now is learning to love it she doesn’t want to leave . They make you feel at home and they have an amazing warm happy staff

Experiencia fantástica: As always, they were wonderful with my (special needs) son, Michael. They are always caring and compassionate with him and get xrays, teeth brushing, and fluoride treatment done even though he has an oral aversion. He has always received wonderful care!

The hygienist clearly explained everything to my son, on his level and made it so fun. The dentist was also great and was even familiar with a rare condition my son has that can affect his teeth. The wait time was long, but worth it. I have nothing but great things to say for this place and am quite pleased.

The doctor did an amazing job and he educated us as we went through the process of fixing a cavity and sealing a few teeth. Prices are very reasonable. So happy we came here! Experiencia fantástica: We've been here twice, once with a 1 year old and again this year, now 2 years old (almost 3). I was just awash in relief interacting with the assistants and Dr Bott. My child has some special needs and their dental staff are absolute rock stars. Dentist AND assistant actually read the patient profile and were SO THOROUGH in applying the strategies I said would be helpful, I didn't even have to remind them of it. It was like they were all supporting me and my son, and his best interests. They were so accommodating working with a skittish 2 year old, and allowed me to help out where needed. They were just awesome. I am so grateful for them. The biggest word that comes to mind really is "relief." Dr Bott even took the time the first time we came to read up on Owen's favorite things and talk to him about them while looking at his teeth. They're personable, patient, accommodating, helpful, and kind. Very deserving of 5 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Provo Pediatric Dentistry! They make going to the dentist so fun for my son. They are so skilled at working with children and really great at explaining what they are doing. My son really enjoys the fish tank, prizes they give him, and the balloon animals they create. It’s obvious that they have worked really hard to make this a fun atmosphere for children! Also appreciate the cleanliness and timeliness of the office. 5 stars for sure!

Experiencia fantástica: I would say 10 out of 5, I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for fantastic dental care for their kids, especially for children who are autistic (my kids are). The staff was phenomenal, and absolutely fabulous for my autistic 6 year old, and super helpful.

My son is autistic and the dentist that referred us said that they would be better equipped to address his needs. I was very impressed by the Dr. and staff, they treated my son with love and respect. Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here is so great with kids and so patient with them, especially when they have some fears about going to the dentist. My kids always have a good experience, they love Dr Markham and Dr Bott, and they love the balloon animals!

Experiencia positiva: We loved this dentist—he was understanding of our 1.5 year old and made sure it was a positive experience. We did end up waiting a total of 45 minutes, which made it a lot harder with a little toddler.

Experiencia fantástica: My kids have and I have had really good experiences at this dentist office. The dental assistants are so sweet and patient with little kids, and they always make balloon animals. I have seen two of the dentists there and they were both really good at explaining things to me thoroughly so we could decide what to do. They were very kind and patient with my kids just like the assistants. They really understand that little kids can be shy and nervous about having a stranger look at their teeth, and they always had me hold my little one on my lap so that she would feel safe getting her teeth checked. They always have a movie playing in the lobby so that waiting to be seen doesn't feel long for little kids, and they also have a big fish tank for the kids to look at the fish too. All around a great dentist office that really caters to children.
