Experiencia negativa: Front desk is kinda rude. Be warned they will turn you away if you are more than 5 minutes late. I would think that the state with the highest per capita dental numbers would be accommodating. 2 stars cause of this. Hopefully this review helps people know that folks should be on time….. or you will reap the consequences. My wife literally cried on the phone. 2 stars cause everything appears fine until they inconvenience them.

They are always professional and so kind, they make the experience much easier to deal with. Dr. Brooks is a perfectionist, in the best way possible.

Experiencia fantástica: I waited for a year before I reviewed Brookside Dental so that it would include my entire 3 on 6 experience and not just one appointment. I have been going to Brookside for a few years now but I wrote this review after having the 3 on 6 procedure completely finished. I really enjoyed the people and how they didn't look down on me for the condition of my teeth. (As some dentists have in the past) It was super friendly. I chose the 3 on 6 system. Dr. Brooks actually recommended for me to wait, which surprised me. I wasn't being sold on it. However, this was something that I wanted. I have wanted it for years. I had been to another place (4 on 4) a while back but it was unaffordable for me at that time. I'm glad I waited because I am a huge fan of the 3 on 6. It just makes more sense in my head to have more anchor points. My experience... Keep in mind that this procedure takes time. I didn't care how long it took as much as I wanted it done right. The first "phase" went great! All of my existing patched-together teeth were gone. I was in my first set of "temporaries." They were awesome! I looked and felt like a million bucks. Compliments everywhere I went. I would smile extra big just to show them off. I loved the security of knowing that the bones were being built up in my jaw and not just "hoping" for secure anchors. My next set of "temporaries" were even better! I could eat anything and they looked great. I had gone a couple shades whiter than everyone had suggested because "If you're going to do it.... do it right." Right? I loved them. My wife was not as convinced. We were roller skating one night and my teeth would match the color of the disco lights. Haha! So my final set was toned down to a "better" (more natural) shade. I personally liked the white white ones. But I should probably try to keep my wife happy too. This final set... Dr. Brooks made sure that it fits perfectly! I am so happy with them. I am so happy that I had this procedure done at Brookside Dental. Dr. Brooks is awesome!

Experiencia negativa: Don't get implants from this dentist. Instead of using screws, they use glue. I had a full implant done with them, and it's already fallen out twice. They're supposed to use screws, but they use glue because it's easier for people who don't know what they're doing, like them.

What I have enjoyed most about Brookside dental is that they were interested in providing a complete solution not just another tooth to work on. It seemed that my previous dentist visits were always revising the plan. When I meet with Dr. Brooks, after a very complete examination a plan was put together and I now have a complete solution. The staff was professional and kind. All shared the same values that Dr. Brooks put in place for the dentist office. My teeth are in great shape. I have never been more pleased with the work that was done. I now have my smile back. If you want quality dental work with complete confidence go see Dr. Brooks. You will not be disappointed.

I called several “we have emergency walk ins available !” Other places and this is the only place that worked me in today! I was in so much pain and everyone was so sweet from the front desk on back. And I have never had a dentist be so honest with me and upfront. Let alone as gentle as he was with the tooth that got pulled! I am switching dentists to these guys. They are well worth the cost (which are still reasonable!) just from how I was treated. Cannot say enough good!!!

The Doctor is always very helpful and professional, but also friendly and attentive to understanding the needs of each patient. The girls at the reception are also very kind and attentive to satisfying your every need. In this study they used a technological robot to be able to precisely install my dental implant. I was so scared but incredibly I didn't feel any pain during the surgery or even in the following days. I didn't need to take painkillers of any kind. Thank you so much for your work. I recently chipped a natural tooth molar while eating Doritos. They were able to get me in with a day, and were able to make my crown in their office and place it during that same visit. We both really feel comfortable going here for our treatments and cleanings.

That's always a bonus! the price they quoted me seems to be a bit better than most of the people I've seen, which is saying a lot because like I said products are top of the line.I wish they offered a better price break if you're paying all that money up front.even on a destination smile makeover to Mexico or Costa Rica their prices may be $3000 to 5,000 lower....but after reviewing their products they did not offer the zirconia crowns.which as I stated it's a huge deal because their County offers a higher durability a better stain protection and an overall and all around just better tooth product and you got to remember you can save a few bucks going out of the country but if you don't get the smile that you want or like is it going to be convenient for you to go back and say hey let's do something a little different.and the biggest selling point is zirconia is the thinnest tooth material on the market. so if you want to look like you have a fabulous smile that's the product you should aim for if you can settle for looking like the guy in The Mask then yeah use other products that make you talk with a slur and look like Chiclets because they're so thick. thanks Dr Brooks you're awesome!

My tooth was cutting my check cause it was chipped. The doctor fixed me up super quick with patients he had and was an extremely professional and nice doctor which is rare to find. At least for me. Plus they got me an appointment quick to cap it to work with my schedule. Basically great experience for me thanks.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a full mouth implant surgery and I would recommend Brookside Dental! Even tho it was extremely painful (which is to be expected when surgically removing 11 teeth, drilling into the jaw in four places, and taking out an inch of gums) they did everything they could to make me feel safe, calm, and like everything would be okay (I'm terrible with anything to do with my mouth lol) The Dr was extremely gentle, professional, and knows what he's doing! He goes thru and explains everything in depth and makes sure all your fears and questions are answered before the big day of surgery. Even the aesetheologist called me the day before the surgery to make sure I knew everything that was going to happen and to reassure me he would do all he could to keep me safe and comfortable! Then surgery day came and even tho I was a nervous reck the entire team stayed calm and did everything they could to make me feel calm as well. Honestly my teeth were absolutely horrible due to health issues and I was always embarrassed to smile or show my teeth in any way. I couldn't even chew anymore. Now I can chew again and have a confident new smile and these are just the temporaries, and they are wonderful!! If your planning on having implants done I'd definitely recommend Brookside Dental hands down! The lady's at the front desk are also extremely knowledgeable, so kind, and will do everything they can to help you with any questions at all! If your needing one or all your teeth looked at and in need of implants or work of any kind look no further than Brookside!! The Dr is a surgeon, but also a general dentist as well and can help with anything you need! They also take almost any dental insurance which helps too! Located in Orem

They got me in within hours of my call. The tooth was pulled with no pain and in record time. I was only there for an hour. I have never been so impressed with the kindness of everyone there. Now I have appointments for cleaning my teeth and will do regular checkups. I highly recommend Brookside Dental. They are the best.
