Experiencia negativa: Twice now my husband I have scheduled appointments, taken off work, found childcare, confirmed the appointment with them MULTIPLE TIMES, and then arrived and the entire facility is closed and locked up, and they don’t answer their phone when I call to see what’s up. They are SO hard to get ahold of, they never answer their phone and have an AI assistant on their answering systems that is completely useless. I’m super unimpressed, and done giving them second chances. We’ll be finding a different dentist. I super don’t recommend - if there was zero stars I would give it.

Update: Their new office lady Stephanie has been great to work with and is making sure my treatment gets sorted out. They have been communicating about making things right so I’m updating review.

Experiencia negativa: I called asking for a free consultation, which I thought was kind of them to do for me, but I explained that I was sick and they said it's a $100 fee for cancellation, so I rescheduled. I still was very sick but I went in. They did the evaluation and it was a huge expensive number that I couldn't afford. They informed me that if I could not go through with the procedure it would be an $80 fee. So, it's not really a free consultation... Interesting. But I felt pressured into doing it and asked if I could have time to think about it, I asked a lawyer for advice and was fortunate enough to get out of paying the fee, but I probably won't go through with them. I am sure they are great dentists and I don't mean in any way to seem like I am slandering their name, but I feel they aren't very clear or honest with their prices, especially hidden fees, so just be careful when going through with them :)

Experiencia fantástica: I had to bring my kids to my appointment and I hate doing that. When I called to reschedule because the babysitter cancelled, Karina was so sweet and told me that it would be fine. I brought them and she put something for them to watch on TV. I love the new hygienist. She told me that she spotted some area of concern. When the dentist saw the same problems, I felt knew found a good team to trust. The new office manager explained what I need and my out of pocket and she made me feel comfortable and not pressured like the manager before! Karina was so good with my kids, and so soft spoken. Office feels different and full of positive and caring people! I was giving this office one last chance and they blew me away. But it’s like a whole new office!!

Experiencia negativa: Needed roots from an old dead tooth pulled. I had a great experience! The dentist & staff were extremely patient, and courteous. They were very careful, making sure the area was very numb, and I didn't feel any pain. Had a very nice procedure visit today! ** edited review: they do not try to assist, in finishing a dental implant, that's healed, and needs the crown placed- for a very disable, single mother- with strapped finances.

And then years down the road you get an insanely high bill, with one week to clear it, if you don't, they send it to collections. Don't make my mistakes. Go to another dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Starting from the front desk, Gustavo is awesome and very professional, he provided all the details I needed to know before and after seeing the doctor. I suffered from a "dentist phobia" , but I can say Dr. Stace cured me , very gentle hands and as soon as I felt even the smallest thing he stopped and gave me another shot of painkiller, and I needed a lot. Very happy with my new smile , thank you Dr. Stace and thank you to the whole team.

Experiencia negativa: Had to change my review from a 5 to a 0. This doesn’t pertain to the dental work, the team was exceptional. I had my work done and paid in full. Used their discount plan and always paid in cash and had auto payments made till my final payment was taken. Fast forward and they changed management and suddenly I was sent a bill for 500 saying they found an error. No error made when all payments were confirmed over the phone and in person. Even received a phone call for the last payment which was less than the others. If they lost receipts for cash payments they shouldn’t file suit against a fully paid customer. Very shameful. It’s true I didn’t respond to request for payments because it was ridiculous to make up fraudulent bills and expect me to fall for it, but they clearly don’t run an honest business. i’ve seen another review with a similar issue of prestige making up new bills from past services.

Experiencia fantástica: I hadn't been to a dentist in over 7 years so I came for a cleaning and they discovered I needed 10 fillings and a root canal. I did my cleaning and all my fillings in less than a week with Dr. Gardner (I think he's gone now). What I thought would be hours ended up being less than 30-40 minutes and made it look so simple. Everything was quick and efficient while making sure my needs were met and I was taken care of. It's been a few days since my last filling and I feel great aside from a small adjustment/new feeling period. Everyone there is real welcoming and treats you like a good friend. It made me look forward to going to the dentist oddly enough. I'm likely doing my root canal elsewhere cause of a change in my insurance and there's a dental place within seconds of where I live that is in-network. Overall, this is a great place to go.

It felt like I went to a dentist filled with people. My one complaint is that the dental floor is open so it can get noisy at times. Had a wonderful experience.

Dentist ignored my constant implant pain, I called , made appointments, left messages, but was told to ‘give it time’ Until finally the implant came out of the bone and into my mouth! When I told the dentist, his response was ‘ are you sure?’ Also, My crown was messed up twice and I’m left biting my cheek when I eat. Gustavo gave me a prescription with someone else’s name on it, then was so rude about it . ShaNae is unprofessional, she didn’t relay messages to the dentist, she lied several times, and they over charged me two different times and then said it was just a mistake. The whole experience was just ridiculous! Go anywhere else.

All he needed to do was talk to the doctor to learn my case to get a quote and hung up on me instead When asked for his first name, the office also would not supply it. Edit: they replied and it needs to be understood that I had an exam with their Dr, doctor Nolan, already that day. All that needed to be done was to consult with doctor nolan I already had an exam with to understand what the pricing would be.

Experiencia fantástica: The moment I walked in everybody was so friendly and personable, I really liked the casualness but thorough explanations of my procedures on both Dr Newman for dental and Dr humble for orthodontics, I also had a massage and Janae was really awesome! They all seem to know their trades very well with specific specialties-Newman with materials that he lectures on that are better for your teeth, Humble for over 40 years of experience and techniques that are health-conscious for your mouth structure! Ps-I was grateful to have met Gustavo at the Latino festival and grateful for the coupon, he also is a bright shining face there at the clinic! It was a 5-star experience for me with the people and the price being awesome!

Experiencia negativa: The first and last time I went here for a cleaning I was so uncomfortable because of the disorganization, the poor cleanliness of the facility and restrooms, and horrible professionalism. The front desk assistant, Shanae was unbelievably rude. She was short with me, didn’t work with my insurance at all. She just went straight to charging me out of pocket for my cleaning when it’s all covered by my insurance. It seemed like she was just too lazy to do her job correctly. It’s a good thing she’s just a front desk worker and not in any sort of management. Honestly, if you’re looking for a dentist office, go ANYWHERE else. Also, I’m not sure if anybody notices but I’m pretty sure the front desk worker mentioned above (Shanae) added a 5 star review of her own office… apparently to offset the recent influx of 1 star reviews. Pathetic…

Experiencia negativa: We have double coverage for our dental insurance. I was informed today that my insurance is refusing to cover a dental cleaning. First of all dental cleanings are free as part of your yearly exam. Second of all the secondary insurance should pick up remaining charges of what the primary insurance doesn't cover. Thirdly, I have insurance billing and coding experience. I Know that the office has the ability to write off said expenses and should certainly do so for a service that is supposed to be free.

I may or may not have had a temporary crown (done by them) for way TOO LONG (more than 6 months) and without scolding me or making me feel like a criminal, they simply helped find an endodontist who could take care of my difficult root canal- so I could move on! Thank you for working with me and my budget! Also, I send all of my friends, family, and massage clients to see Dr. HANSEN for their chiropractic needs because he ACTUALLY LISTENS to them and doesn't try to just sign them up to return! My son went to him after a moderate concussion and he was so careful and attentive- my son's pain IMMEDIATELY felt so much better!

We have been going to Dr. Christian for years now and I won't go with anyone else. One time he came after-hours for an adjustment because we were leaving for a trip and I was getting headaches when pregnant! We have to drive 30 minutes to get to his office, but his work and the price are more than worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to the chiropractor to get my back realigned. There was a sharp pain in my lower back which felt like a herniated disk. He fixed me right up with some spinal manipulation which allowed for my body to heal itself. I feel great now! No essential oil drips, cups, candles, or vudu/witchdoctor stuff. He is the real deal for a cheap price. No hidden fees, just the flat rate they promised.

Experiencia fantástica: I was experiencing a severe toothache for days before calling Flat Rate Doctors; I absolutely should have called sooner! Thankfully they were able to see me right away. I ended up needing my wisdom teeth removed and they did an amazing job. I felt no pain during the procedure and the doctor and nurses were very kind and comforting. The office manager gave me an great deal to have all four extracted and genuinely cared about the patients. I strongly recommend Flat Rate Doctors for any dental needs, especially if you are nervous or have a fear of dentists, they were all awesome !
