Experiencia fantástica: Came here seeking help from past dental experience. I have suffered for almost 6 months with ill fitting partials from Aspen. I found the entire team from calling and making the appointment to seeing the Dr. And his assistant to checking out and paying the bill to be very kind and making sure they explained everything and how long everything was going to take. I wish I had tried them first and could have saved me a bunch of money and suffering. Definitely recommend Dental Depot on Hwy 24, Independence MO.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Dental Depot for the past five years, and both my kids and I have always had a great experience. At my appointment yesterday, I decided that I no longer wanted to have a tooth pulled and preferred to get a filling instead. The staff were very understanding, respected my decision, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Everyone is always friendly and professional, and if they're running behind schedule, they make sure to keep patients informed. I really appreciate how they communicate and genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend Dental Depot to anyone looking for a dental office that is welcoming, respectful, and provides excellent care

Experiencia negativa: I will not be returning, and I will be taking my children elsewhere. During our visit, the dentist recommended a spacer for my daughter. When I asked for an estimate, he looked me and my children up and down and responded, “Oh, you’re not on Medicaid?” before sighing and calling a nurse to get the information. This interaction was unprofessional, inappropriate, and deeply disrespectful. I have never felt more judged in a healthcare setting. Regardless of whether a patient has Medicaid or any other form of insurance, every family deserves to be treated with dignity and without assumptions. His behavior made it clear that this is not an environment where my children or I will continue receiving care.

They are amazing, professional, and extremely helpful. Dr. Milson is phenomenal the way he takes his time with each. Patient is extraordinary. I brought in my sons. Julian and Geovanni both were seen by Dr. Milson. He took his time with each patient. We are new to the office. We have had terrible experience at a Dental office in the area area after hearing about this place, I switched and it's the greatest answer to my prayers. Now my children have a place where the dentist, the dental hygienist and the receptionist actually care about their care and their teeth praise God for this place.❤️

I jokingly asked my wife to make me an appointment at the derailment dentist, she did . The atmosphere is great for children and adults, the employees, every single one, was in a good mood, smiling, professional, but with a great sense of humor. This must be a really great place to work and management is doing something extremely right. I can keep going on, the train going around the rooms, a restroom so clean, I took my shoes off at the door Xray girl was phenomenal. Hygienist 99% perfect, Dr. Tooth was great too, I'm horrible at remembering names, sorry..... Anyways, make an appointment, you'll be very happy you did.

Experiencia fantástica: We could not ask for a better experience. Scheduling with them is so easy, everyone is always so kind and helpful. When scheduling appointments we never have to wait long for an appointment. We’re always greeted when we walk through the door by happy smiling staff who are personable. We are never left waiting in the waiting room for very long to be seen, we get there a little early and are always called back at the appointment time if not before. The staff here always makes my kids feel comfortable. My child who once hated going to the dentist and would have huge anxiety surrounding it had a procedure done recently and was HAPPY to go in for it to be done. No anxiety, no complaints, and even she said it makes it easier that the staff are so nice and Dr Milson is so awesome. They handle my toddler with ease and make him feel right at home. They take their time to explain what they’re doing and have been amazing in helping my children not be afraid of the dentist. They pay attention to the smallest details. Snacks for my toddler if they notice he’s getting bored and impatient, glasses for patients for eye protection, they even sent us home with goodie bags and tshirts at our cleanings once. Over all there are not enough words to describe what a great experience we have here each time we walk through the doors and how amazing these healthcare professionals truly are. Dr Milson and ALL of the staff here deserve far more than 5 stars. I would highly recommend this office and thank you all for the amazing job you do and the care you put into your patients.

Experiencia negativa: I have had the worst experience with the receptionists and scheduling department. I needed a cardiac clearance and gave them the information and waited three weeks. No call back. Called them to find out what was taking so long. And they acted like they knew nothing about it. Then I had to get it myself. Then I was scheduled and they called me one day prior apologizing saying they didn’t get the approval from insurance despite having it scheduled months prior and now the dentist is on vacation. And it’s been a year since they have had my partial sent and put the two teeth in place that I am supposed to have the two teeth extracted. So my teeth are rotted and the pain continues. The dentist isn’t the problem his staff is…. So many issues.

Experiencia negativa: I would give Dental Depot a one-star review mainly because I went to them to get a root canal and Crown they were well aware of what I was there for they did X-rays and an exam and then told me they couldn't do the job. So when I went to another dentist to get the same work done that dentist wanted $280 out of pocket for X-rays and exams because Dental Depot charge my insurance but would not give me a refund I do not feel like that was fair

Experiencia fantástica: Feared the dentist until I started going to Dental Depot. I neglected care, so procedures went awesome compared to other places where they drill before completely numb. No pain is always a plus. Dr. Drew was always respectful and thorough, and non judgmental. The facility (independence 24 hwy) is new and keeps train theme even inside, with model trains always running. You receive T shirt and little goodie bag on first visit. I recommend this place. ** Update** Still seeing this dentist (Dr. Lusby) couple years later, have had multiple procedures done. Still the best dentist I’ve been to. Previous dentist filling would always be flat. Dr. Lusby put the ridges back in your teeth making them feel natural. This dentist office I will say since originally opening has really picked up on patient load. That being said only draw back is you might be in the chair for a little longer while they jump back and forth between patients. I think they need to hire an additional dentist. But also sounds like they get a few cancellations which they’ll call you to bump you up if you want to. So I’m sure that can be frustrating. So after multiple operations and even a tooth extraction they still deserve a 5 star! Also the assistances are always moving and helping doing a good job. Keep up the good work.

Experiencia fantástica: So this place is absolutely the best. From Liz, Amber, Natasha, Christian, Trish, Stasha (hopefully I am spelling her name correctly), and of course Dr. Drew Lusby. (My mother had work done with Dr. Milton and from what I can tell he was very kind and competent) My care has been under Dr. Lusby so from what I experience at this location I plan to make this my new permanent dental place for myself and slowly transition my whole family. Overall the staff is amazing even those I have not worked directly with from what I observe they are all 10 out of 10. I cannot express how grateful I am for this practice so far. I have needed a good amount of work done and I cannot get over how pleased I am with this practice. Greeting you? Appointment reminders? Bathrooms?( They have at least 3 in the building!! The hand soap always smells amazing) Gentleness with your mouth? Injections? Cleanliness of facility? I am sure I can keep going but AMAZING! As for Dr. Drew. His skill and technique is amazing, his care for client situations is so considerate, if a dentist has a 'Bedside Manner' he is outstanding, his injections have been flawless for me at least and I know pain is a big scary thing for many people visiting any dentist. I still have a little ways to go in my overall treatment but I cannot see myself going anywhere else for a very very long time. If he ever decided to leave this location I will probably want to know where so I could continue under his care. Not in a stalker way but a professional way. LOL. You find great care and you do not want to Not have that great care if you are able. LOVE DENTAL DEPOT AND EVERYONE HERE!!

I found him through my partner and he's made my treatments more than pleasant and is always making sure to be as gentle as possible and making sure you're comfortable. Truly the best dentist I've been to! I absolutely trust him with my oral health, he explains things very well in a way that makes sense. Very reassuring that we can always get things figured out with whatever I need. I've also noticed that with the assistants and students there, that he seems so patient and like a great teacher, always answering questions and helping them all. Experiencia negativa: originally planned and scheduled an appointment due to an obstruction between my teeth that's made it hard to eat along with scraping my gums. my dentist sent me home with a syringe to 'flush' out said obstruction(to no avail 3 days later). i appreciated the comprehensive look on my dental health but i would've appreciated more if my issue was resolved in-office opposed to receiving homework. instead i've been miserable and originally planned to be until my next appointment here. people were nice and respectful but i could've ordered this half baked solution over amazon. will not be returning.

Experiencia negativa: I didn't have a good experience, I was scheduled for a appointment, when I arrived they said that they needed to do a X-ray and order to complete my dental procedure, because it's been 6 months on the payment plan when they could have informed me. Before driving over 30 minutes out. All of the staff standing at the desk looking at one staff computer saying yeah it's been 6 months so the dr left a note to re-xray I feel like all 3 staff was not needed on my medical records I would have understood with one staff member. Appeared nosey in brought about a lot of attention in the office. This office has a terrible communication problem with explaining themselves for appointments and Trouble counting money. I separated the money into $20 stacks and $100 stacks with paper clips to separate counting to $636 Because each visit it would take them forever to count it. And when I was getting X-ray they was very aggressive with it pushing it towards my throat causing me to choke I told them you are pushing it to far back it should be on my back tooth. She continued to tell me to bit down and stepped out of the room came back into the room informing me that they have to diagnose I told her would you only X-ray the tooth the dentist is working on. I will go somewhere else To get the other teeth repaired. Which she eventually and used another tool that was better Which could have been used before. And I asked them to close out my payment plan to continue procedures work. Each visit was $636 out of pocket. Too expensive I feel like it was a rip off , the plan really doesn't help. So I have one more visit to return for them to complete the one tooth. I really don't wanna go back but since he started on the tooth it has to be completed before going to a new dentist I usually don't usually leave a review but I had too . On this terrible experience

Experiencia negativa: I broke my partial, and I went to this dentist. They said that they can make it the same exact way. They made me pay in full, which was over a $1000. And when I seen my partial, it was not exactly the way the other one was. When I told them it wasn't the same one. The dentist got an attitude.Try making it fit. It didn't work.I went back and again, he had an attitude, so now that partial is sitting int container I'm not even useimg Wasn't it because it was not the same? That's my old one that I had broken. And I had totally expressed that I know I did not want to pay for another partial if it wasn't exactly like mine, now I'm out over a $1000. Again. So got a call the lady told me they was going to call another dental depot to make it right. Never got a call from other one. Just wrong they took my money and nothing just out of money.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my granddaughter to this dentist because he is less than a mile from my house and we don't have a car right now.She went in got her shots and he did a fantastic job she said you couldn't even feel the shots. She talked me into doing it . The next day he made what i needed. He told me to wait a couple of weeks and my dentures would be ready.i came back he pulled my last 4 teeth like it was nothing.5 minutes later they brought my dentures and to my surprise they fit great and look just like my original teeth.Ive been to alot of dentist but never happier than i am withhim my granddaughter got 4crowns and acted like it was nothing.I highly recommend them higly.+mention brett sent you and we both get 25 dallars

Dr drew is awesome (hope I spelled it right) and the nurses Liz and I can’t remember the other nurses name but they are all so sweet and helped me with not only my teeth but helped me from anxiety attacks and gave me time to calm down and I went through tough Procedures.
